They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices were light years better than the competition. They also have some amazing high-dollar cars in the shop, so I immediately knew I was in good hands. Very professional and knowledgeable shop. I was having issues with my VW. It had been flash tuned by a different vendor. Krautwerks helped to diagnose the issue and then flashed to APR. All of my issues are resolved. This is my new go to shop!
