I went in to repair some recalls on my vehicle. The woman I dealt with at the service department called me and informed me that my radiator also needed replacement. The quoted me $2900, which is highway robbery. I called her back repeatedly (about 3:30pm on a weekday) only to get voicemail. I went in the next morning to pick up my vehicle. After waiting about an hour, I saw my group into the drive. I headed back to the desk of the lady who assisted me (Ashley?) and said, “am I ready to go?” She just nodded, and didn’t look up from her computer. How incredibly rude. I would seek out an independent qualified mechanic, because the Hyundai dealership does not care about your time.
Good service but miss Craig Rogers, he made sure I get the best price and deal possible without getting ripped off.
