Got my car fixed because of a recall part and no money out of pocket. Ashley was great and helpful.
They are ridiculous on their parts prices. They wanted 454.00 for 1 brake caliper i got 1 for 71.00. Thats just one of many rip offs that i know about.
Purchased a part for my Fiat 500. Fast and courteous service. Friendly staff.
Quick and efficient service. Marissa was a customer service all star.
Friendly, quick and thorough. Ashley, my Service Advisor, was fantastic!
I had my routine oil change this morning, and, Logan was my service rep. She has helped me before. She did an outstanding job, as always, which made my experience at Rick Hendrick very pleasant. Between Logan and Zach, they keep me coming back.
I did not but my Fiat 500x here but I take it to them for all maintenance and repair. Oil changes included. They treat me like I did buy it there! Super professional and courteous service advisors and manager, Travis. Erik is great too!I dropped it there for a warranty repair then had an accident and ended up in the hospital for a week. By rights they could have charged me $35 per day storage but Travis and Erik had empathy for me and waived it.I strongly recommend this dealerships service department no matter what brand car you own.Thank you Erik and Travis! 😄😁
Nice helpful people.
I was dreading the whole car-shopping experience but I had no choice. My car was totalled so I had to find myself a new ride and I had already fallen in love with the Fiat 500. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Donny and Lou were fantastic. I put them through the ringer and they found me the Fiat I wanted for the price I needed. It also said a lot to me that Donny and some of the other Rick Hendrick Fiat employees also own Fiats. That says a lot about the vehicle. The sales team at Rick Hendrick was so friendly and they answered all of my emailed questions - of which there were several. I couldnt be happier, frankly. It was the least painful car-buying experience that I have ever had and I would absolutely recommend Rick Hendrick Fiat of North Charleston to anyone who is looking to get into a new Fiat. I LOVE my car!
Excellent service !!! Appointment was at 1:00... Simple oil change & tire rotation.... BOOM !!! In & out in 40 minutes 👍 Zach was my service advisor & he did me right !!!
Love the fact that they have a shuttle service. Quick and easy in and out.
It was very efficient and proficient I will definitely return.
They are AWSOME best place to get a Fiat Car!! Also theyll allow you to use their lounge for free! And they are nice to kids and adults as long as your respectful!
Car buying Experience was good but dont try to call them befor 9am.... Even though they online info says 7:30 a.m. to 8pm. I used Google Yelp and Yahoo searches.
Told them what we were looking for and price range and after test driving and getting ours appraised they came back with crazy numbers that were 2 and 3 times higher than what we told them we were willing to do. Also they sold the car we were wanting to buy while we were working on numbers for that car, Very shady. We also told them specific features that we had to have and they kept showing us models that didnt have them which was extremely frustrating. Just overall an infuriating and frustrating experience.
Bought a 2018 fiat 124 spider from Rick Hendricks North Charleston SC Friday Aug 10. Car reportly detailed but was dirty inside & out. I have bought at least 50 cars in my 73 years and at least 7 from Rick Hendricks. I have never received a new car in this condition. The salesperson Natalie was great & apologized. I told her I just wanted out of there and would let she let them clean it when I had more time. Drove home and woke the next morning to take wife for ride. Oil warning & engine light on. Tried to call Hendricks repair at 8 am for an hour with no answer. Decided to drive back to dealership. Once arrived was told to get in line at repair shop. Three hours later I see my car pulled into repair shop. Ask advisor what was happening. Told me they were going to check alarms. Upset I went to sales manager & was told he’d give me a loaner. He couldn’t do anything about my previous time but would give me a loaner. I had to understand that I bought a car from Italy and things happen. Told him and finance manager (Joel) who said he hadn’t submitted papers for sale to cancel extras he talked me into buying (tire repair & oil changes). He and manager said fine I would need to sign papers. Being really upset they convinced me to get a loaner then they sent me back to maintenance. After getting a loaner I went back to sign papers with finance manager I was was told I’d have to wait 45 mins or sign on Monday. Here I sit Monday at 11:30 am not hearing anything. I called my salesperson Natalie who apologized again. I informed her to ensure that the finance manager Joel does not submit the papers for the tire & oil warranty that would cost me an extra $50 a month. Natalie agreed to do so. As I wait to hear about the car in my mind I decide that as long as I live I will not buy another Hendricks auto. I have a heart condition and do not need any frustration. It’s now noon and Hendricks maintenance called & said car ready. I guess I see if frustration continues or I get to drive my new car.
Always excellent service since 2000
Customer Service from the Service department is fine, but they lied to me.Brought my Fiat in because it was having issues with the starter. They charged me $105 just for a diagnostic...Told me I needed a new starter, and a new battery.I got a quote for half the cost from another facility, FIAT was not able to match.Brought the car elsewhere, starter was replaced, battery was tested and found to be fine.Ill never bring my car back here.
Food way to expensive for what you get.
Don’t buy a fiat, just dont. Rick Hendrick has improved their customer service over the few years I’ve owned mine but they aren’t capable of actually fixing Fiats completely. What they are able to fix will take at least a month and then you may still have to bring it back because they were wrong about what the issue was in the first place (they did take responsibility and issued a refund but dang I went without my car a loooooong time). Not the service managers fault, perhaps not even the mechanics fault because... fiat :/
I took my Fiat to get serviced here. No regular oil change place will service a Fiat so you do have to take it to the dealership - not ideal since EVERY time I have gone it takes a really long time. This time, however, was especially terrible. I had an appointment well in advance and even checked in early for it. I waited TWO FULL hours and when I checked on my car it hadnt even been touched yet and no one informed me that the wait was going to be longer than expected. Meanwhile at least five people who came in after me were waited on! I asked them what was going on and they said that Fiats were complicated to work on. This was an oil change. At a dealership that sells Fiats. They tried to get me to bring it back the next day but I live thirty minutes away and insisted I could not come back again after already spending a good part of my afternoon here. It was not until I got very upset about the wait that they finally rushed it through service. It took almost three hours total. I wasnt even going to leave a review at all since they ended up giving me a free service for the ridiculous wait, but this morning I was driving my daughter to school and when I turned on the windshield wiper fluid they put in there, some kind of greasy substance came out that smeared all over the windows and I literally had to pull over and wipe it off so I could see well enough to drive. I do not know what it is or why it wasnt flushed out/filled properly but thankfully I was not on the highway when it happened. Also, my bluetooth has not worked since this service appointment so I am dreading having to go back to figure out why this happened after a routine oil change. DO NOT GO HERE for service if you can avoid it. I had no choice. Very rude, unprofessional and appointments apparently mean nothing. And service is so bad - other than changing the oil they appeared to have caused two new problems with my car.
The mechanics do a pretty good job on your vehicle but the service department is not very friendly and not very courteous
Great
Brought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio for service to Rick Hendrics on a short notice because of my unplanned business trip. Erik Bryant took very good care, he even waited for me to pick up the car after the service hours. Great service, thank you
Walked in while looking at surrounding dealers. Nice and clean, like the Alphas.
We went to buy an Alfa Romero Stelvio and was treated like it was our first time buying a car. When the numbers didnt come together we decided to walk. They had our Land Rover keys the whole time we were there since we were going to trade it in. Was approached by a sales manager and started to try to strong arm the deal. I threatened to call the police before they finally gave our Land Rover keys back. On the drive home I was contacted by the General Manager and he was trying to apologize. Our Land Rover was worth way more than they were offering and was not even at poor Kelly Blue Book rate. GM asked if he could call their Land Rover Dealer to find out if they would take it and see what it was worth. I got a call 20 minutes later with a better deal that was acceptable. We test drove a black Stelvio but they had a red one that was still on the truck. We were told it had everything that was in the test car and the sticker showed all the same.I told him we would return in 3 days to do the deal. When we arrived the GM was not there as promised. They called him and he thought it was suppose to be the next day which I told him we already had plans. I told him he had 15 minutes to make this deal happen or we were walking. They had the finance come over and do the deal as they told us they were gasing the car. We signed all the paperwork and showed the car. They took our Land Rover on trade. We were driving home and 5 minutes from the dealer when we figured out that there was no Navigation. We turned around and I talked to a sales manager and said to him that it was a nice bait and switch since there was no nav even though the car showed there was. He immediately said they would find a new car for us. They kept our trade and told us to keep driving the car we currently had till the new one arrives. I found a car that was at Hendrick of Cary, NC and they brought that car down 400 miles. It arrived only to find that it too had no Nav! They never even checked before bringing it down. SO we wait again for another couple weeks when a similar car shows up. It was not exactly what we wanted but at this point we accepted it. 2 months goes by to the day when we get a call from our past lender for the Land Rover stating we have not made any payments! I contact the dealer and they proceed to tell us they never paid off the trade in! I contacted the GM and he apologized again and stated he would get us a letter of explanation and make sure all 3 Credit Bureaus were contacted and the past lender also told of the error on the dealerships part. Well that was the last we have heard from them and no letters and our credit is still ruined thanks to the worst car deal ever. I have been very patient over the last 5 months and now at the point I will be filling complaints and posting of their practices. The BBB has been notified.
I recently purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 ABARTH from Rick Hendrick Fiat. The relaxed atmosphere of the sales staff was refreshing, in this era of sales people pouncing on you as soon as you step on the lot, the people here politely asked if they could help, then let me do my window shopping alone. When I finally needed help on my third visit the salesperson that approached me, Donny, was very helpful. We drove one of the Abarths and I was quite impressed, My wife also drove and liked the fact that we would be driving a sporty, manual transmission car again. I had a 1966 Fiat Spider back in the late 60s. Don has the same model and offered to let me drive his, I declined, but his offer was greatly appreciated. His offer to come by any time for help and advise will certainly be taken advantage of, especially with the Abarth Track Experience at a race track to look forward to this summer. Along with his friendly attention, the rest of the staff was also great. If you are in the market for a Fun, Great handling, mini rocket that will not break the bank then give the Fiat Abarth a try. I have not been back yet but I am sure when I return I will be treated just as well as I was in the purchase process. My only concern right now is that people continue to rediscover the Fiat brand and support a great car company that was away for too long.
Had a great visit.Gonna drive a challenger in the morn, got a feeling ill be in a black hemi for a few years😀🇺🇸
Customer service at Fiat service was outstanding by Steve and Kim.They fixed my problem quickly and took care of me promptly as walk-in although they were swamped since Irma !! Bravo.
Andrew lawter was the best
The final process was time consuming even though we paid in cash.
I came here looking to purchase a vehicle and one price was listed on line but when I get in they gave me a different price.
