Did good work on my 2008 350Z gallery gasket issue. Good communication, estimate was accurate, met the estimated time line, and took pictures for me.

If I could leave 30+ 5 star reviews I would. Long story short, I purchased a 14 C7 Stingray with a P1SC Procharger setup and aftermarket oil catch can. Didnt do the due diligence myself of getting it checked out before buying. Originally went to AV for a tune but upon their first inspection, they found pages in pages of issues with the vehicle. After three separate visits, all of which new issues came up due to shotty installation from the previous owner, the car is finally perfect. AV spent so much of their time helping me, and fitting me in even though they were slammed. Anthony was who I dealt with personally, and you will not find a more up-front and honest individual in this business. He gave me confidence and treated me more than fair. The whole team was amazing and I could not recommend a better performance shop, period. Thank you guys again!

This is a delayed review due to wanting to give a thorough review. I first took my Challenger in for an aftermarket tune. Anthony is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the procedure. I was definitely pleased with the results. Last month, I took the car back again for headers and exhaust. Again, outstanding job, very pleased with the results. You get what you pay for, and it was definitely well worth it. Very professional but also very much in demand.

AV Tuning & Development is the best of the best! I have been stationed all over the US and have been to a lot of performance shops. Very few come close to what AV Tuning & Development offers as a whole. Plain and simple... no other shop in SC can touch them. From the moment you walk in you know this place is the real deal. Very nice & polite receptionist (also cute!!!), awesome waiting room, extremely knowledgeable staff, & a shop that is kept cleaner than my own house. I was bummed out that I had to wait 6 weeks to get on their schedule but I see why now. They constantly stay busy and make sure things are done right the first time unlike some shops that just throw things together to get cars out of the door for a quick buck. My wait was well worth it and I look forward to coming back soon for more go fast goodies and tuning. Keep doing what you guys are doing... youre killing it!

AV Tuning did a great job with my S2000. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer and elaborate on any questions that I had. I have confidence in the tune that was provided for me and know that AV tuning will be there if anything more is needed in the future. I cant speak highly enough of Anthony as he was awesome to deal with.

They are awesome. They did a follow up just to make sure I was happy, a lot of companys don’t do that anymore. Great great work. Oh! The work place is very clean and organized. That does make a difference too!

What are your dyno prices, dont need a tune, just a dyno pull or two

I drove from Tennessee to have my Ford Focus ST pro-tuned and I am amazed by the work they did and the customer service. I highly recommend the pre check inspection they offer. I had a catch can that was defective from the factory and caused the engine to smoke on full throttle acceleration. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Then they tuned the car and it was a night and day difference between an E-tune. Then after I returned home I was having problems with my launch control and they were able to tell me what to do to fix it. They have kept in touch and answered my questions even 3 months after my service. Great people and a great shop.

I was chasing a driveability issue and had my car tied through another company before hand. By the time I was done here not on did my car make 74 more who and 64 more ftlb of torque they managed to find the driveability issue. Turns out previous programming tool or possibly previous programmer edited a section of tuning that cause the chart to have missing and incorrect data even after it was restored to stock data. Somehow it was corrupted. I had been through a horror story w other programmer blaming broken parts on my car. My car has 25k on it. How much can honestly break. I spent plenty on parts even though as a repair tech myself knowing they weren’t broken. The running It’s not bargain priced but you get what you pay for. The numbers and graph and car driveability were worth it. I can’t thank your team enough.

Recently had my 16 WRX at AV for some part installs and tuning. Anthony and his team did a nice job of explaining their process on tuning and setting up the install.I had tgv deletes, egr delete, and ebcs installed. Also a pro tune. Ill say the labor rate is a bit steep but I was willing to pay for the quality. Thats what I got! Quality install and service. Kept me informed on progress and during the process Anthony found an issue with my current intake. He called me and we put together a game plan. I liked that I was apart of the process. They had a new intake sent over night and tuned by the next afternoon. End result was what I expected. Great power and by all accounts a great tune. Ive been dealing with Anthony and the team over at AV for over 12 years. Since then, AV has taken care of my last 3 vehicles all of which have undergone full builds. I had an amazing experience with AV Tuning and Development. I brought my 2015 WRX into their shop for a Stage 2 Dyno Tune and Installation of a J-Pipe, EBCS and TGV Delete. Their attention to detail and general concern for my car was unreal. This is a shop that will take no shortcuts what so ever.There is a certain peace of mind that comes with working with them. I received multiple calls from them with progress updates as parts went on and ECU changes were made.Do not expect this to be a fast process. If your of the I need it now mindset there are plenty of E-Tuners that will help you out. If you want to see the most power extracted while keeping your car safe I totally recommend AV. I received similar numbers (+- 5hp) on a more conservative tune (18 PSI vs 19/20 PSI).10 out of 10 would let them tune again.

I have been doing business with these guys for almost 10 years now. I have had my 2000 honda civic si (568whp) tuned by them along with many updates to the setup along the years. they have done my wifes VW GTI, 2000 5.3l silverado, and currently are working on my turbo lexus IS300 (shooting for 500+whp). I cannot express the level of attention to detail these guys have. I generally do my own work as far as modifying and maintenance go, however, when I dont have the proper tools to complete a task, I call them. They recommended that I do a pre-dyno inspection before they put my car on the dyno and tune. This does cost around $100 or so, but has saved me so much time and effort on the back end as it did show a vacuum leak that would have cost me in the long run for them to isolate the location of the leak. Once I fixed the leak, it was tuned and put down pretty impressive numbers. More important than peak numbers, they managed to pick up a significant increase in midrange power (~40whp) which made it much more responsive and definitely more fun to drive. I cant recommend these guys enough. Thanks again. Looking forward to the completion of the Lexus build.

This was a great experience! I bought a cobb access port and got a protuned for my sti. The tuner made sure my car was perfect before letting it off the dyno. I Will come again! I suggest everyone to come here for any of their high performance needs.

I have a 2012 gtr this shop spent 3 hours trying to connect with cobbs software .tried telling me it was my cable and the tunner . next broke a bolt on my mass air sensor.said it was over torqued..then my bov;s gfb was leaking.after all that my car used up the whole day.was charged $470 and they want to try to get me to come back to do the $950 tune again. oh they kept my deposit of $200 because I would not come back .I tried asking like a man just to have my money back.im a disabled vet that feels taking advantage of.. I was told by many people .I should have drove my car out of state .dont make the same mistake.
