Worse experience EVER!! If I could give zero stars I would! They sold me a car knowing the transmission was slipping! The owner has the worse attitude. I went there to discuss the situation and his sorry behind sat playing a game on his cellphone completely ignoring me while I was talking to him. Then when I got done speaking he had the nerve to start another conversation with another employee as if I hadnt said anything! Never addressed what I said at all! He knows everything on his lot is junk! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this lot. If you look at the response on several of the reviews from former customers, their response to those will automatically let you know who youre dealing with! Got a 2002 Ford Mustang gt silver in color stay away from this car.. I put $1800 down and balance was $9100 and cars intake blowed apart in 5 days no help on anything would not even let me get a different car or refund

Never had 1 single issue they were very helpful. Already got 1 vechial from them turned out great and now on a SUV also from them not one single issue. Questions Ive had Eddie was very honest and polite also will work with you not only to get you in a vechial but hopes to gain your family/ friends business as well.

I bought a car from there windows nor sunroof worked they took a few dollars off for the sunroof said they would fix the window had to go out of town for work came back and changed up on me also was told tht it was 3 month warranty on after buying the car it was a few weeks left on it PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST

Was up on my payments fell behind on insurance car got repoed the repo person damn near ran me off the road with my three year old in the car called and told them they said oh well just give him the key. Bit what about if he killed me and my child and my payments are up to date its my insurance and I played the insurance but that was not good enough they already filed for pick up so they needed the truck and I had to pay a repo fee. But wait I was up on my payments.... And please dont make me post all of my receipts to show I was up on my payments.. Would not even try to give me back my car they dated I had to pay 6,000 the amount of the truck. God Bless them anyway

I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder from them at what I considered a fair price a little over two years ago. The car still runs great, although over time I have had some issues with the car.First was I noticed the car would not crank at all if I tried it in cold weather, but after taking it up there they fixed it very quickly and free. Then after year and a half the radiator sprung leak and I decided to just go ahead and get that replaced myself.After that its been humming along just fine.I feel that they have been very responsive and cooperative whenever I have had any issues or questions and although my experience with the vehicle hasnt been perfect over the time I have had it (2+ years) with the two issues I have mentioned I still feel that for the price paid it would be unreasonable for me to expect a purely perfect experience.I would definitely buy from them again if I notice a vehicle I would be interested in and I have already recommended them to friends and will still continue to do so.Thank you.

I bought a 1996 Mustang GT from Ed after shopping all over this city for a decent used car. The Mustang had just come in & I noticed it while looking at a different car. He, Ed, than told me I could not test drive it till his mechanics put a driver s side seat belt in it. About a week later returned to test drive this car after pulling the Carfax on it. Purchased on 6 23 2011 for $5518.75. Shortly after purchase I had to have the convertible top re thread & re glued for $263.00. Than on 11-14-2011 the car was having problems due to the intake manifold being the plastic one with the thermostate housing, it had been on the Ford recall list prior to this; Ford told me that the time limit was up 11- 14 the fluid leak test & oil dye for $38.52; folowed on 11-25-2011 by the intake manifold repair $745.82. I had a tune up done in 2012 because of the polyglychol leaking over the one spark plug for so long from the thermostate housing. Radiator needed replaced on 1-2-2012 costing $360.55. Now the royal kick in the financial crouch, last Sunday on 12-3-2012 I took it in & was told the cooling system censor was gone; Didnt get to fix that for the $218.00, instead I was told less than a week later that my head gasket is blown & my car needs a new motor, the estimae is $5318.02. This means in 1 1/2 years my car repairs are adding up to $6725.91 = repair costing $1207.16 over purchase price in 1 1/2 years of ownership. Now with repair & purchase I am looking at my 1996 Mustang costing me $12,244.66. This does not include oil changes & the tune up which are maintenance; at this point you decide if this is a fair used car deal or not & youll know whether you want to do business with Ed at Azelea Motors!
