In my opinion, concluded after multiple phone calls for parts, the parts people are very unfriendly to me. They are often teetering on the line of being rude. I understand they deal with a high volume of customers everyday, but that’s the job! There’s no need to be rude and unprofessional.

Best experience Ive ever had with a dealership! I found the car online and the online sales manager Katrina Heredia took great care of us. She was personable, friendly,and worked with us to get us a great deal. She was not pushy or forceful like most salesman Ive dealt with. Brian Ward, the financial and insurance director, took care of our warranty and financing part of the sale and because of him we will continue to maintain and shop for future vehicles at this location. Brian was very down to earth and we had a great time talking with him and getting to know him. He made the experience worth the time we spent at the dealership. Thanks again Katrina and Brian
