Wonderful company. Uno, finds artisans around the world and show their wears to the people of the world. Im lucky enough to be an artisan on the UAV team, employed to take photos of all these beautiful things. Win win win.

Ordered a set of painted wine glasses and one of them arrived shattered. I called and sent in a photo and within a week I had a new glass. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Literally the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. The phone is being redirected to their associates working remotely, but then just says nobody is available (no matter when you call) and disconnects. Trying to email is a joke, no response what so ever. Takes dozens of attempts to get the phone to just put you on hold only to have someone answer the line and put you back on hold (20+ minutes) so you hang up and have to dial again. Definitely folks taking their time (or taking advantage) working safely from their homes.Paid for overnight shipping and called to confirm as one item was missing from the order, after it was placed ended up on backorder (understandable). However, when it DID come in, it was sent out ground rather than what was paid initially. I was also told the order shipped days sooner as the representative said she saw it went out, when it actually had not - explains why I hadnt gotten a notice for the last item. Just a really poorly run company and definitely would recommend shopping elsewhere!

I received a beautiful heart necklace as a gift for my birthday. I immediately put it on, but within a few minutes, the chain of the necklace broke and the heart could no longer be worn. I contacted customer service, sent them the photos they requested, and initially I was quite pleased because the person I spoke to said she would send out a new chain immediately. Its been almost 2 months since then, and Ive followed up with emails to the same customer service rep who originally told me she would send out a new chain immediately. I have not received a new chain and therefore cannot wear the necklace. I am very disappointed with this companys customer service. I will not be purchasing any items in the future and will tell my friend not to buy from them either.

I had a unique situation of my mother ordering several items, one being for me for Christmas which was on backorder. She noticed after a couple months she never received it though she tried to call customer service several times with no luck getting through. The company is obviously having issues since Covid and could not get through. My mother contacted me to see if I could help as she doesn’t have internet. I emailed as well as had the same issues getting through. I finally contacted through Facebook to which the owner responded right away. I explained my mother’s issue and after much time of the owner investigating and giving me all the tracking numbers, it was clear that FedEx had incorrectly delivered the package. It was particularly heart breaking to my mother when I told her as she really wanted me to have this item and knew I would love it. I contacted the owner again to see if there was any way of getting another one of these items and I would pay for it myself. Unfortunately, there were sold out and couldn’t get anymore. She then discovered that she had a sample and tracked it down for me and let’s just say she went above and beyond to get this item to me. She shipped it in 2 days and I now have it. I’m going to give it back to my mother so she can wrap it and give it to me on Christmas just like planned. I want to let it be known that when companies stand behind any issues, even if it’s not their fault and they make it right regardless, without additional cost to the customer – that is a sign of a great company and I want to thank Robin, the owner, in all she did for me. I hope she will know how much it means to me the effort she put into this. Thank you.

I had never realized that from my home country that such beautiful pottery came from Poland. Now I cant get enough! I recently ordered a horse figurine. It is a terrific addition to my collection. I found a vase one time in the catalog and was going to get it but Uno Alla Volta changes their choices for Pollish pottery often and I cant find it again. Yet I am not dicouraged I shall find it. Keep up the great quality and variety I am hooked on the pottery from Poland.

A year ago I wanted to purchase a metal plaque with an inspiration for my granddaughter who was graduating from high school. It came in English, Italian and I think Spanish. Since my granddaugter speaks fluent French, even sings in French, I called the company and asked if it came in French. It did not. HOWEVER, I see this year it also comes in English on one side and FRENCH on the other. I was more than delighted and recently bought it for her birthday this year. Thank you Uno Alto. I cant wait to hear from her as I know shell love it. I love all your products Ive bought.

Gorgeous packaging. Very happy with the Memory Wire Necklace and the White Cross body Bag was a super deal... Sorry to have to send back the Rainbows Over Venice Earrings; Love them, but the beads are too large. Not a problem visually (they are beautiful) just that they are HEAVY... They drag my ear lobes way down (which is not so beautiful.) Maybe if they were made with smaller beads (and maybe one bead less per earring? ) they would be light enough to wear without the undesirable weight. Glass is a heavy material; I will take that into consideration when ordering Venetian glass earrings again. Big and bold can be great but, in this case, it comes with an unacceptable price.
