I cant say enough good things about my experience with Brian Matos at Porsche Bethesda. I was an out of town buyer and at first concerned about making a long distance purchase. Any concerns I may have had quickly disappeared the moment I started working with Brian. He walked me through the process of ordering a new 911, provided great insight along the way, and always kept me updated on the status of my build. I expected the hard sell when I picked up my car (extended warranty, paint protection, etc...), but the team there was informative, explained all the options, but never pushy. When I came in Alexis offered me water and showed me around the dealership since it was my first time here. All the staff was super kind to me and made me feel so welcomed. My Service Advisor, Louis Pardel is always available when when I have questions or concerns regarding my Porsche vehicles.He advises me when there are service specials, because he understands that as much as I value quality, I also approach this objective in a most frugal way.He creates a sense of calm by articulating detail mechanical issues in a way that dispels uncertainties that I sometimes have.It is not easy cultivating a reliable and trustworthy relationship with any car dealership to say nothing about a Service Advisor, which to me is very necessary when you have invested over a half of $100,000, in a vehicle. Trust and reliability is very necessary.

Service was great. The only issue was the information I was given regarding the warranty. I was told the vehicle came with a warranty, signed papers acknowledging it came with one. Later during closing I was told the vehicle would not come with a warranty. This should have been disclosed up front at the beginning and not changed at the end.Additionally, it has been a month and the vehicle tags are not back yet with no clear or good reason why.

I just bought a used 2018 Audi Q7 from Porsche of Bethesda. Dexter Jay was the associate that I dealt with and he was awesome! The car I bought was much less than the typical car that he would be selling at the dealership, but gave me the attention and responsiveness that you would have thought he was selling a $125,000 car. Every request I made, he responded quickly and with exactly what I asked for. This was super helpful since I live almost two hours away from the dealership.The Audi I bought was in perfect shape. Other than the miles, the car looks and drives like brand new. It was fully detailed and a full tank of gas prior to leaving the dealership.Thanks again for everything!

Purchased a vehicle in May and didn’t find out they needed more information until 10 days before my temp tags expired and I pressed my salesperson for an explanation. Was told once I got the information I could “get my tags the same day.”Took information to the dealership today, waited for over an hour after being told “they’re working on it right now” only to be told that they were waiting to hear back from MVA and it could take1-3 days.Reached out to the GM via phone and email and got no response. This is exactly why I’m purchasing my Taycan from another dealership and will be glad to get this entire ordeal over and done with !!!!!

One of the worst car buying experience ever. They had a beautiful 2019 Cayenne CPO that I was genuinely interested in.I called on Labor day at 8:30 AM to ensure I was the very first customer enquiring about the vehicle - was connected to the sales manager Joshua Jones. I told him I was a serious buyer but being out of stateI would need a day or 2 to come in and pick up the car. To my surprise I was told they do not hold vehicles for any customer (regardless of the $5,000 deposit I offered) UNLESS I finance my vehicle through their dealership !When I responded I am more comfortable working through my own credit union they said there would be no problems matching the rate offered by them.Joshua then delegated my case to his sales associate Brian Matos, who got in touch with me around 11 AM. I confirmed that the numbers looked good, I did not want to negotiate and was ok with the price they had and financing thecar through them, so long as they could give me a day to drive down and pick up the car. Brian made me fill out the credit app at 11:30 AM and also took my Credit card details for a $5000 deposit towards the car. I was told he wouldget back to me real quick letting me know he had confirmed everything with Josh and the car was reserved under my name.But then, no calls, no texts until 3 PM. When I texted Brian asking if everything was all set, I was told they could not match my CUs rate in all likelihood but his manager Josh would not allow him to block the car unless I stillfinanced through them ! This was arm twisting the customer to finance through the dealership. Since I liked the particular car so much I was still okay with all these unprofessional conditions and kept texting/emailing repeatedly,but never got a confirmation untill the end of the day. I then got a call from Brian casually informing me that ohh, by the way the car was sold to another customer !The lack of professional conduct makes them look more like a sleazy salesperson than a reputed Porsche dealer. I am not sure if Porsche knows about how they arm twist out of state customers to finance through them,if they want the car. To top it all they still do not honor their word, even if you agree all their bizarre conditions.

But serviced to Arlington location for convenience, just being close to home.My vehicle experienced a parking control/camera problem due to moisture or water getting into the control board. This issue should had been covered under the warranty, but the Porsche of Arlington did not want to cover it, and wanted me to use my comprehensive insurance to pay for the 2k approx cost.I decided to give this place a call. I explained the situation once, and they did not hesitate to help.Front desk Michael Radan diligently forward the request to the service manager Alex Valenzuela, who took care of the issue.He offered a loaner to be picked up next day without hesitation. I brought my vehicle and Phill Lozano took it from there. The vehicle was diagnosed and fixed under the warranty in a timely manner, they gave me text and phone updates; and followed up after I picked my vehicle up to make sure the service was done correctly.I just wanted to thank this place to take care of the brand as it should. Porsche of Bethesda reclaimed another customer just to bring professionalism and excellent service through Mr. A.Valenzuela, P. Lozano, and M. Radan (the front desk who diligently routed the information to the right recipient! ).I highly recommend this place for servicing your vehicle, I will still bring mine as long as I own mine (even though its far from home). And definitely will purchase from them in the future.

The dealer did a very thorough job with a PPI on a Porsche that I was considering. They really check everything and pointed out some items that should be changed (not necessarily urgent fix) as well as some items that were critical to fix. With this information I was able to make an informed decision on the car. ALWAYS do a PPI with a dealer.

Had my first post warranty maintenance on my 2016 Porsche Macan Turbo at the Porsche of Rockville Maryland at Pike and Rose . I cant say enough about my overall experience, especially today. Brought in car for 40K tune up. Found it would take longer than I anticipated and was quickly provided a loaner car for the weekend. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very clear and professional - all while managing social distancing and staff/customer health. Great experience as always.

Wow- that about sums it up. There is no Porsche dealership in the DC metro area that can touch these guys. After searching for a month for the right vehicle at other dealerships, I finally called Porsche of Bethesda. Christian (big big shout out) not only found a car speced with what I wanted, he also got me a WAY better price than anyone else in the area. Christian got the deal closed in a couple of hours from start to finish. Once we agreed on a vehicle, the paperwork only took like 15 minutes. No games, no ripoff additional charges or markups. The level of customer care and attention to detail that you should expect from Porsche is not there; that was highlighted today after I had my car detailed today. They literally threw the items in my cabin into an industrial size garbage bag and threw that in the back seat. What in the world. I’ve never seen anyone do that, it’s ridiculous. They even threw my phone charger in there, who does that!I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan in Nov.2019, Johnnie Turner was my salesman. I had done a fair amount of research before walking in, and I already knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Johnnie was able to show me a car on the spot that matched nearly all of my specifications. Malcolm and Josh were both wonderful as well-actually everyone that I encountered at the dealership was amazing. They are kind and accommodating; the environment was professional and pleasant without a hint of pretentiousness. Overall, this was an excellent purchasing experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Porsche.

We purchased a new Macan S from Porsche Bethesda on Sunday 08/30/20 and it was a very pleasant experience. I returned and bought a 992S from them on December 21, and then a Porsche Cayenne on March 8, 2021. All three transactions were seamless, smooth and there was never any pressure or typical new car sales hassle. Its probably the only dealership I would ever walk into just to visit with the people that work there as they enjoy talking about fine vehicles. What a wonderful sales experience. Respectful, courteous, no games or gimmicks with pricing. The team there, from the General manager to the gentleman who prepped my new car, were awesome. Traded in a Tesla for a Porsche very much for the service issues, and very glad I did. Porsche Service center was amazing, took care of everything and went above and beyond. Teslas service was borderline insulting!
