Great service; always friendly and helpful

I am very disappointed with that place because a person there are not good. My father is 90 years old and each time we go there that woman put all impediments possible to make us feel bad. In pandemic time she told us nobody can get in while all hospitals and medical offices do, in summer they left my father under a wild sun without pity

Sadly I have trouble hearing since I was born so therefore I have to wear Hearing Aids in both ears 😥😥😥, I got new hearing aids from them n never felt so good in hearing that I can control the volume on my phone!!! Tears of joy has been coming down!! The receptionist n dr r so nice n friendly n loving it!!!

Worst Audiologist ever. They have the most horrible attitudes in English and Spanish. Theytesting provided by them isnt even a complete examine. The sell the cheapest quality hearing aids then try to promote them as if they are worth the price. Dont come here. They should be ashamed of taking advantages of ppl whom have lost their hearing.Las assistentes tenien una actitud horriblemente asquerosa. Los examimes no estan hechos como debe de ser. Los audiofonos son de calidad barata. No vengan aqui no vale la pena. Deben de darles verguenza de abusar de las personas sordas asi.

She’s been going to this location for a little over a year now and absolutely raves about the service.Thanks for helping her to hear! Never answer phone call, went to pickup hearing ad twice and were closed during regular business hrs. horrible service

A top notch establishment. I have been there a total of 6 or 7 times with my father and weve always been taken care of very professionally and Friendly. Recently my dad was having trouble with his hearing so I took him there again. They thoroughly cleaned his hearing aid and recommended him to also have his ears cleaned. After that they tested his hearing again and fitted him with a brand new hearing aid. I like the fact that hearing test and the hearing aid fitting is in the same place and their staff deals with your health insurance saving you the headache of doing so. If youre in need of a hearing test or a hearing aid I could not recommend a better place.

Unprofessionally nasty demeanor. Woman in front lashed out on me and threw hurtful insults at me when I accompanied a deaf person. This abusive behavior is unacceptable. Its clearly bullying. Not only thay but the place has very bad odor, too. Seems to suffer from very bad hygiene issues.If you have an appointment with an audiologist. Skip this location at all costs. Any other HearUSA location or any other hearing aid provider. No way is bullying and stinky environment acceptable in a proper facility.

Ive been to a couple locations for hear USA and this is by far one of the best! Always welcome me by name, call back when they say they will and do everything they can to help! Every one in the office is hella sweet. Would highly reccomend (and have recommended !) great job ladies ❤️❤️❤️A year later just want to reiterate how amazing these ladies are! Some new faces but they are just as amazing. Always looking to help and answer any questions. Definately highly recommended 🤙🏼❤️❤️❤️

This place is rancid and putrid smelling. It is hard to tell if the workers have a hygiene problem or the place is unclean. Either way clean up the place!

Very satisfied and happy with the service. I have lost and used hearing aids for more than 30 years and I had never heard such clear conversations and noises until I was attended to in this office and they offered me what I needed. I enjoy a lot that my granddaughter did not listen to before. I really recommend Dr. Crystal and this office in general the staff.
