Absolute shambles.. worst People to deal with after sales a nightmare

Terrible company to deal with... awful customer service with very bad attitude across the board. No business support during the pandemic... only seem to be working against you. Only bothered with the big fish! Shame on you!

Always a fabulous experience and a treat to go buying at Coach house. The displays are stunning and superbly coordinated and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only problem is trying to keep to your buying budget, because there are so many beautiful things to buy! Love it!

BEAWARE BUY FROM COACH HOUSE TRADER - On 5th April 2018, we placed a order with a Coach House Trader, (a holiday lodge park in Congleton Cheshire), this trader took our full payment of £2,124 and failed to deliver the goods when due on 23rd April 2018. We still have no update and our order remain missing (29th May). We contacted Coach House for help as we simply do not know the reason for the delay. We dont know if Coach House received our payment and failed to deliver or the trader has retained our payment without placing the order. We received a reply from Coach House confirmed the company who took our payment is their Trader but because we dont have a contract with them (Coach House), there is nothing they can do to help. We are disappointed with their response as made Coach House aware our contact was not to recover our cost from Coach House, but simply ask them to contact their Trader to help with the situation. We feel that it is important to share our experience with the general public. We now have no choice but to report our case to Action Fraud and Trading Standards for further investigation in order to locate our order and money.
Weathered furniture shouldnt mean battered to pieces! It arrived with packaging intact, so i can only assume that this the damage was done pre-dispatch, and allowed to go out anyway.
Amazing showroom, such a lovely variety of furniture. Terrible customer service though - very disappointing.
