I went in for an eye exam. It was the most fun & informative eye exam I ever had. Optometrist Dr. Diana Espaillat & her staff are caring and go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and informed. Highly Recommended!

I took my 5 years old daughter today and it was a wonderful experience, Dr. Diana Espaillat was so kind and thoughtful, she explained every steps of the exams to my daughter and made her feel safe that she even let the Dr put drops in her eyes without any objections.

I went to the walmart at 88th street in North Bergen, NJ and I had a great experience. There was a guy named Anthony who worked in the Vision Center and he stayed a few minutes late after work just to give me my contact lenses. I feel great bc now I can see and don’t have to be blind. lolol. Thanks bro.

On November 18th, I had an appointment with optometrist Dc. Diana Spaillat, she was very professional. Make me feel welcome and confortable. She listens and explain everything that she is doing. I recommend her 100%.

They have a new optometrist Dr. Diana Espaillat, very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to me as I described my symptoms. Did a very thorough eye exam and also had suggestions for me as well as a clear plan of action. I am very pleased as I already see great results only after 2 days from my office visit! Will definitely be back!

I called ahead to make an appointment to get an eye exam for contact lenses. I was told to come at 5pm and that it was a walk-in. I arrived at 4:50pm. Around 5pm, a staff member said that I came too late because the optometrist was leaving at 5pm. She added that I should’ve called prior to coming. I told her that I did call and was told to come in at 5pm. At that point, another staff member said, “she did call and we did tell her to come at 5. the doctor just doesn’t want to see her.” I didn’t bother arguing. Even if the doctor saw me, I really didn’t want someone who did not want to see me (and upset) examining my eyes. Very disappointed.

There is no problem with the eye exam procedure done at this particular location. However, make sure you ask the doctor if you can get your PD number. If he/she says sure, good for you.I forgot to do this, and I called, they said whoevers going to make my eyeglasses will measure the PD. In my case, Im ordering frames online and I asked them if I could get the PD measurement but they refused.I heard at COSTCO which costs $10 more for the eyeglasses exam has no problem providing you the PD measure, so I would recommend you to try COSTCO first.I wish they couldve reminded me of that during the procedure, I didnt know about PD measurement so Im left with no PD number after paying full price for the eye exam.Bottom line:Their selection of frames is limited and they dont want to give you the PD measure - what should be part of the service - just because you arent purchasing the frames from them. Pay $10 more and go to Costco.

Customer service is pitiful.
