Unbelievable service!!! Earlier today we went to a dealership in Elizabeth and for a 2017 civic Ex and for a 24,000 dollar car end result was 32,000 with the downpayment! Now MARK at allin1motors got us the TOP (touring) trim of the same car with less miles for $24,000 and after down payment $20,000 and some change, took less than 30 minutes, car is in perfect shape with clean title! MARK IS THE MAN!!! Always smiling, no lies and no BS. One of the VERY few dealerships left that aren’t trying to take advantage of you!!! When the time comes I will definitely be buying from here again.

I purchased my first car here and they made the process of buying a car feel like purchasing a fancy bag it was so easy. Everyone is super nice and honest people. If they don’t know the answer they won’t make it up on the spot so you will buy the car. They did all the paperwork and even the car plates they are mailing it to me too. If I could give them a negative star, I would tbh. First of all, the moment my boyfriend and I entered the dealership, the employees were already racial profiling us. Also, the man did not even want to talk about the car with us. They had a very rude facial expression & they kept saying no to every question we asked them. It seemed like they did not even want to sell us the car. They seemed so worried as if we were going to drive away with their car or scam them. Craziest experience ever with this dealer and he does not seem professional at all. Don’t bother coming if you want to negotiate or know more about the car. These people will judge you and make sure they don’t do business with you.

Mark and company are great to work with, very professional and transparent. The staff I spoke with have been there a long time and theyve been doing business in the area for many years. If you are looking for a used car I think you get better value/service with All in 1 Motors relative to buying from a larger metro area dealership, which I did for my previous vehicle purchase. So I walked in and looked at a Jeep Wrangler. I could not believe how clean the jeep was. I have been looking and doing research on this type of vehicle. They were the nicest people and gave you your space. If you had any questions they answered them. They provided me with the car fax. They were not pushy. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY a day she will always remember. The finance guy was funny polite and was very understanding when I advised him I had my own bank already. They took care of everything. Great job guys maybe next time I can get a full tank of gas. Ha ha ha. Just kidding

UPDATE: Since the owner wants to lie in his response to me, I’ve attached a picture of the oil leak that the mechanic sent me (along with a full diagnostic report confirming the leak), so that you can see for yourself. We knew that it would not be a big fix so when Saul told us that he was “taking it to his mechanic to get it fixed as soon as we left” and that it wouldn’t be sold, we believed him! We even offered to put a deposit down right then and there (see below). He straight up lied to our faces and wasted our time and money. These people are swindlers! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!We had a bad experience at All In 1 Motors. My fiance and I found a car that we liked on their online inventory, so we drove from BK to NJ to check it out. We were interested in buying it, but wanted to get it checked out by a mechanic first. So, we came back a few days later for a second test drive and, with Saul from All In One, took it to a mechanic around the corner who did a full diagnostic. The mechanic noticed an oil leak that needed to be taken care of soon. Knowing that this was an issue, we asked Saul if either he could have it fixed before we bought the car, or if they would be willing to give us a discount in the amount that the mechanic estimated to repair the leak (~$200). Saul initially told us that he would take $100 off the price, but that he could get his mechanic to fix it for cheaper. This would be inconvenient for us because we would have to make another trip from Brooklyn to NJ, but we were willing to do it to know that the car was 100% good to go. We offered to make a deposit to secure the sale, but Saul refused, saying that he wanted to make sure the oil leak wasnt a bigger issue before taking our money. We wanted to make sure the car wouldnt be sold to someone else, but he assured us that he would be taking the car to the mechanic directly after we left and that it wouldnt be sold. We were wary about this, but we had no reason not to believe Saul. We called back the next morning to check on the status of the repair, only to learn that the car had been sold to another buyer. Needless to say we were furious to have wasted both our time and our money (the mechanic visit cost $100 plus tolls from trips out there). In retrospect, they probably knew that another buyer was interested and that they could sell it to them despite knowing there was an oil leak (heads up if youre reading this and you bought the 2013 blue Honda Civic!). He could have simply told us there was another buyer interested or that he actually had no intention of taking it to his mechanic, in which case we would have bought the car as is and gotten it repaired ourselves. All In 1 Motors wasted our time and money, and their customer service left a lot to be desired.

This my second time dealing with All in 1. I first purchased a Toyota Highlander back in December 2018 and the experience was smooth and straightforward. Today, I took my parents to purchase another Toyota Highlander and Luis (the owner) was phenomenal, courteous and straightforward. Again, smooth smooth transaction and a pleasure to do business with. They always have a good amount of inventory and are reasonable when negotiating. Highly recommend!!!

I recently purchased a Scion tC from all in motors and I had such a great experience! I was surprised of how immaculate the car was for such a fair price! The staff did a great job by pairing me with the perfect sales rep (Saul Mena). I highly recommend this place because of there professionalism, they have great prices and most importantly there HONESTY! The Best part is when I took my car to my mechanic for an inspection and everything came back clean as if I bought a brand new car!!!!

The dealer seemed very hesitant to sell to me and my partner. I believe the dealer was unprofessional, and every time I asked him a question he said no. He was very non negotiable, almost like he did not even want to sell us a car.

My recent purchase was excellent! I have never purchased a vehicle that easy & quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I drove over 2 hours and it was definitely worth my drive! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, clean vehicle at a fair price.

These guys were basically crooks. They put a smaller battery in the car than it required which I had to replace immediately. The heating / ac broke down2 months after purchase and the tires that they claimed were new were 10 year old tires that looked ok but were hard and unstable. They are epitome of all wrong w used car salesmen. Stay away!

Good customer service but transaction did not took place.

A few months ago I was in need of a new (used) vehicle. My wife and I did some researching and found Mark and his crew. We were skeptical at first only because another dealership we dealt with was shady and did us wrong. Mark and his crew were excellent! We had our mechanic check everything out and after a few test drives we left the lot with a Yukon Denali (my dream truck). If/when my wife or my boys need a vehicle were definitely going back to All In 1 Motors.

I had my dodge charger from these fellows 1 year and 1 month ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this bussiness. My car runs smoothly, no problems at all ( inside and outside). Wow is all I can say. Saul helped me purchase a cargo van in less than an hour (and that includes the test drive)! They run a clean operation and I must say their inventory is nice. Gone are the days where Id wait 4 hours at a dealer to buy a car. This is my new go to and will recommend to anyone to shop with them.

We drove almost two hours to this dealership to look at a 2003 Wrangler that they had. The trip was well worth it. Mark and his team were pleasant and accommodating, and made what can sometimes be a grueling process very quick, easy, and hassle-free. Purchased a 2010 BMW 335xi. The car was exactly as described. The pictures looked too good to be true but once I saw it in person it was the same car. I was so happy I made the 2 hour drive to but the car. Worth every miles to come and buy this car. They told me there were family owned for over 40 years and there service shows and quality proves it. Worth the Drive

Sales person kept pushing their own loan companies and higher rates when I specified that I had my own loan company and lower rates. Also, the car was legally inspected in NJ but the tires were dry rotted to the point where I had a blowout only 2k miles after purchasing the car. Did not inquire about a warranty as they purposely tire shined the tires knowing how badly dry rotted they were. Car had only 17k miles and needed all 4 tires replaced due to dry rot. Sure, I did not do my due diligence, but they should have been straight forward. It is seriously dangerous for a company to sell a car with tires that dry rotted.

Traveled from out of state to buy a vehicle from Mark Gonzales, Asked specifically if it had any structural rust or if it had any leaks. Was told no to both. After paying TOP value for it, brought it home and had it looked at by my local Tire Discounters shop. (been using this shop for 4 years and trust them completely) Was told it actually had both issues. The rust was even painted over in a possible attempt to hide the damage. Now I have an ALMOST 2k dollar repair bill on top of a vehicle according to the state tax department I overpaid for. I paid a premium price for a vehicle that was supposed to have no issues other than some surface rust or cosmetic issues. I was LIED to by this dealership and they refused to assist with anything when I contacted them about the issues. I was called a liar and was told the shop was lying to me. I HIGHLY advise having ANY vehicle you look at here closely inspected by an outside mechanic.In regards to the dealerships response below.My statement included facts not opinions. The 6 month warranty does nothing to fix the issues that it has. Was not given the choice to upgrade to the warranty that would and you knew that to do that, it had to be done when purchased. I with out a doubt over paid. It has both structural rust issues and a leak. You lied and told me it had neither when it did. Fact!I flew in and paid more than it was worth after trying to talk you down to what it was worth and you refused to sell it for the price it was worth. Come to find out WAY OVER the price its worth.

Mark made this experience a very positive one for me. I’ve purchased quite a few cars over the years and this has been by far the most pleasant one. I found my car on his website, applied for finance directly through the website, showed up the next day, signed about 5 papers and was driving all in about 30 mins. Bought a car from here less than a year ago and the engine blows out at 120,000- 130,000 miles. My only advice is after you buy your car from here get an extended warranty and be sure to have your own mechanic check out the car.

Everyone please beware. My story will show you what these guys are really like.We bought a Lexus SUV that had issues the moment it was driven off the lot. After multiple problems (engine was leaking oil severely) and even more promises from Luis and his son, they decide to finally let us swap out the car.Luis said we could pick any car that was the same price. So we picked out a Honda CRV that was exactly the same price as the Lexus. Since we had the Lexus for about a month dealing with all the problems, he tried to say that we had to pay more for the CRV. After finally agreeing to pay half of what he asked, we took the CRV home.We immediately had problems with the CRV that Luis promised to fix and then did not follow through. We sued him and won in small claims court (i can send you pictures of the cancelled check) and thought our problems were over. Well, we are having problems again to no surprise.I will never forget as we were in court, all the promises Luis and his son made were lies. He admitted that they only do what they legally need to do to sell the car.His favorite phrase is tip top about any car he has and it is a joke.Trust me...stay away.
