Placed an order and delivery - delivery came missing materials then discovered they accepted and took my payment without even having the product in stock and was told “we don’t know what’s in our inventory sorry” and then they tried offering me something else they had in stock that was more money, place has no business sense - Carlos is who “helped” me

They don’t believe in the first come first serve policy. Absolutely horrible every time I come here. they love helping anybody who walks up to the counter first. Blatantly disregarding the people waiting in line. Find another a supplier.

Gave me one price on phone, got there and it was another price. Understood mistakes could have be made or a misunderstanding but they don’t care they made a mistake or that there was a misunderstanding and didn’t try to make it right.

RETURN DENIED AFTER BEING LOADED INTO THE TRUCK!I traveled from NYC to NJ to Reuther Material Co to purchase five Thermal Blue Stone steps, which they claimed to have. Upon arrival the transaction was processed smoothly by their awesome sales agent Carlos Castellon. The trouble started when I was asked to load the materials into my truck. I agreed to help and I noticed that the steps where different from the ones I requested. I shared my observation with the stock person who reassured me that the stones are a market standard 2 thick. We finished loading it into the truck and I left. Luckily the landscape contractor called before I hit the traffic light and advised me to return all items as the Blue Stone steps would not match the 1.5 thick stones at the property. I immediately called Reuther Mater Co and they confirmed that they dont carry the exact item I need, they also assure me that they will accept the return.When i got back into the loading area the owner refused to accept the return stating that there is no return on the receipt. He refused to listen to my explanation and repeatedly shouting No Returns, No Returns while operating the loading machine. He never spoke to me, however he advised all of his staff to deny the return.Frustrated by their unprofessionalism I advised them that I will cancel the transaction by the Credit Card. They told me that I can do whatever I want but they were not going to take the items back. At that point we drew attention of every one at the store and it was very uncomfortable and I left.If you are lucky enough to be able to lift it and unload the stones yourself you can do what I did. I Backed up to the front of store and unloaded five 200 pounds in the middle of their drive way and left.Needless to say that I will be disputing the transaction as Item never received. Shop at your own risk at that location 5303 Tonnelle Ave North Bergen NJ 07047They should hire special person to handle owners tanter tantrums and power trips.

Worst stone and concrete material company!! Twice the delivery was wrong and the products were damaged. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Had to wait 2 months to get my refund for the wrong product delivery. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this place.

Very bad experience i had with their business. no return and refund when they help you order that stuff that you never need. just saying you have to bring your contractor to avoid that. what we need is sand and orland sale us kind of little stone that we do not need.
