3 hours waited for the door because they were loading small trucks!!!At the shipping office they said 38000 pounds but I got 51000!!!Be aware!!!

They will try to get your money by changing how many pallets you can get for delivery. Sometimes is 10 sometimes is 12. Plus they put very short dated items in their delivery. On top of that everyone I’ve spoken to is very rude and basically don’t care about you.

Whoever gave this place a good review must be a representative for the company. Im warning all potential drivers do not take a load delivering to this place. Ive been here waiting to get called to a door since 11:30 am and it is now 5:30 PM. They do not allow you to wait on their property and if you park on the street. The police will come to give you a 115.00 dollar ticket. There is no parking anywhere near here. So Im sitting on the side of the highway with my triangles out as if I have broke down just to avoid a ticket. I didnt see the reviews before I booked this load. If you see this review and still book the load to here. You are at your own risk and please dont believe for one second you will have time to book another load because you will be here at least until 9PM riding around trying to find parking.

There is no overnight parkingthere is no parking on a property at allthere is walmart and bj 1 mile away, parked there overnight and wasn’t botherednow when you come here in the am, they will check you in, make you make a uturn and go find parking. a lot of trucks are waiting outside on the street, but that’s how they say at their own risk.even tho you might have an appointment, they are still fcfs facilitychecked in 7:45 for my 8am appointment, went back to walmart, there were 3 trucks in front of me, got a call at 8:45am to come back. unloading took about 20 minutes, they give you pod right away.it’s a good company, i just wish they had some parking available.UPD: Parked on the street right outside the gate 9am-3pm, no trouble

Be careful Driver’s, this company not works by appointments time, there’s no place to stay inside or on the road and also if you stay police will give you ticket .

Waiting for 6 hours by now, not even letting inside. Driver traveling around cauz no nearby place to park. Sucks
