While staying at a nearby hotel the air spring for our suspension broke. We scoured the web and called all the big name auto parts stores within an hour drive looking for a replacement, and we were about to rent a car and drive an hour+ in rush hour traffic for the part we needed because it wasn’t in stock anywhere closer and no one was able to get it for multiple days- but we decided to call Union auto parts which was about a mile away from our hotel, as a Hail Mary. They didn’t have the part in stock, but they were able to get it within an hour (less actually) and they were cheaper than the other big name auto parts store. Not only that, they were incredibly nice and offered to drop my husband back off at the hotel free of charge.We are very grateful for their help and will be sure to recommend them to all of our NYC area clients! Thanks for saving our road trip!!
