A few months ago I leased an Audi S6 from Audi Meadowlands. Today I went into the service center to have a damaged tire replaced. I visited last week only to learn that the tire was not in stock. I drove up to the entrance, someone walked over, stood next to the car, and instructed me to go inside. I walked inside and saw two service reps assisting customers, a gentleman standing behind his computer (later learned that his name is Alex), and the used car sales staff all focused on their monitors. To my surprised, no one acknowledged me. A few minutes went by and, Courtney came from the door behind the counter, and immediately focused on the computer, and picked up the phone, never look in my direction. Alex then struck up a friendly conversation with a staff member who also come through the door behind the counter. With minutes going by, I started to wonder if they are assuming that Im being helped. So I walk over and politely interrupted Alexs conversation, to ask if he or the other gentleman is able to assist me. Alex responded that I should wait for a rep, never bothered to offer any help, and did not seem to care that Im waiting while he is having a friendly non-business conversation. Eventually, Cortney went through the door and returned. She asked what I needed, I stated that Im there to replace a tire. She asked if I had an appointment, I said no, she looked at me and asked the question again in disbelief, again I stated that I did not have an appointment. She then stated that the wait will be a couple of hours since cars were in front of me. I expected to wait since I did not have an appointment. I was also not offered any other options, so I said ok. She then asked if the car had any other issue, to which I responded no. She then told me to have a seat. Never asked my name, nor a phone number. I sat down and waited for 3 hours. Cortney never checked back in, never gave a status update although she came to the waiting area two times to let other customers know that their car was ready. At the 3 hour mark, she approached me with my keys stretched towards me and said your car is ready and is outside. I was honestly shocked at this point. Didnt bother to use my name or make eye contact. Just your car is ready and outside. I took the keys, she turned and walk away. I was in disbelief. I then followed her to the counter and asked for a receipt. I was then told that I would get one in my email once shes done with my tire insurance. No summary of what was done, no receipt, no thank you for your business, never bothered to verify my email address. Just your car is ready and outside. It was at this point that I asked her name, as she was not wearing a name tag, never introduced herself, and I never got a business card. I also asked for the managers name, only to find out that the manager is Alex who cares more about chatting with a co-worker than helping a customer. I walked outside to find my car unlocked, and none of the staff around. It appeared to have been lightly washed with most of the dirt still in place. The seat and mirrors no longer had my saved positions. It is now over 2 hours since I left the dealership, and still no receipt. A machine could have given me better service today. This is not what I expect from an Audi dealer, and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of this experience.
Avoid this place at all cost worst experience ever. Took my vehicle for my first service. Dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and the service advisor stated it would take about 2 hours to complete. I made it very clear that I have to pick up my son at daycare around 4 so if I should take the car seat or not. They assured it would be done earlier than that. Around 3 I called to get a status and this place is notorious to answer their phone. Took me about 6 min to finally speak with the receptionist in which she transferred me to Toney’s voicemail. I left a detailed message on my vehicle status. I didn’t even get a courtesy call back and was left in the blind. I waited the next morning and still no one called I finally called after an hour they opened and again took 11 min to finally reach someone. I explained my frustration and why I didn’t get a courtesy call about the status of my vehicle. At time of pickup didn’t even get an apology from the service advisor.Worst place ever and they call themselves a luxury service center lack there of. Take your business elsewhere even if you have to drive an additional 20 min there are far better service centers around New Jersey.
I am going to Audi meadowlands service centre since 2017. Its getting bad in customer service and communication.I would like to add my recent feedback here.1- Jun 2021 dropped car for service with tire replacement as I took coverage from Audi. They got the approval but tire wasnt in stock so asked to come back once tire available next week.No call for 2vweeks so I called back and heard tire still not stock.called after 4 weeks and they gave me another appointment on Jul 2nd 2021.When I reached they had no idea about tire claim as nothing was in system. So I had an argument bad they wanted all perperwork and what coverage I have while coverage was given by Audi. They submitted fresh claim and I waited 1hr, guy was very unprofessional and rude, he mentioned insurance has system down so come back later.Wow they didnt even apologize for wasting my time .2- when I picked up my car from service car was too dirty and could see pets hair in it and i dont have any pet. Showed the service supervisor but he just ignored and arrogantly said we dont clean seats then why there was a pet in my car. I have pics attached and a video to show cleaning they did.3- I opted dent & ding coverage so asked to repair but service executive denied and asked to take my car to the dealer where I purchased, thats weird. I called my dealer jack Daniels Audi Paramus and they said it doesnt matter where you take care they should have taken care. This kind of service in premium brand is unacceptable when I paid 5k for extra coverage and Audi care plan.I will share same feedback with Audi USA.
So I bought a used Audi from this dealer and had such a great experience from the salesman and sales manager. So I’m not happy about giving this place one star. However one day after taking it home a switch on the media console was stuck. Then a couple days later, I find a bubble in one of my tires that became apparent after putting the correct psi in. I bring it to get checked out and they tell me the whole media console had to be replaced at my expense and they also had no record of the tire insurance I purchased with my car. I had to go and find my paperwork to prove I had the insurance I bought from them... Really mind boggling how you get treated after you drive off the lot with two major errors occuring within days of purchase.
Really bad experience. Unwilling to help and make deal. Long time response via e-mail. Need ask many time and told me the one already sold out. Bad experience for Customer. Will not go again
Dan my Tech was knowledgeable, pleasant he perform outstanding service in my car. I live in south jersey I was in the area and had an issue with my tires. He was on point what the issue was. Fixed my tires, balanced air done deal! I was unaware this Audi center was so close to my mom’s house. I will always go to this Audi location whenever anything goes wrong. Thank you so much.Dante the manager is very personable, the young gentlemen greeted me at the door too gave me outstanding service. Keep up the great work!
Their service was fast and they did a great job, and thank you for the Beautiful new A6 loaner for my S8 ... I purchased my A8 there but not my S8. But I still continue to trust and use Measowlands Audi over where I purchased my S8 for service... love The entire service team including the parts department is ran very well and professional
Went there to purchase a car for my wife to surprise her, and I tell u Melvin the sales rep and Chris from financing were just amazing people, they answered all my questions explained everything to me with a lot of professionalism and knowledge, end up getting my wife the car of here dreams that same day, I definitely recommend them with all my heart, go there or make an appointment and ask for Melvin you’ll be happy
Always friendly with customer service and right services provided.
Not helpful, waste of a trip. Won’t let you speak with an actual technician so you’re playing telephone through someone who doesn’t even understand what you’re saying. Would give zero stars if I could. Took it to Town Audi, spoke directly to a technician and had what I wanted (that these guys said was impossible) done in an hour.
Don’t leave their service center until you confirm that your car issue is resolved. Went there to get a tire replaced. Left right after they gave me my car back. Had to drive back because the TPMS alert on the new tire. Thinking I have another puncture. Turns out their mechanic skipped an important step of resetting the TPMS to the tire pressure.
Walked in and stood infront of every employee infront of a computer for about 1 minute each (yes I timed it). And not one of them acknowledged me, nor greeted me, not even a smile. I went and approached one girl that didnt really seem to know much about cars. Said that i need to fix my valve cover gasket before audi can replace my pistons if they were to do it after an oil consumption test. (Audi being responsible for it in more than 50 percent of their 2.0t emgines.) Even after I specifically told them Ive added more than 25 quarts of oil since my oil change that was no more than 1000 miles ago. Now Im hoping that another service center treats their customers better. By better I mean actually attend to them and not stand around with no one helping you.
If you can, avoid this place at all cost. This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a service facility. Unfortunately, I got rear ended a week after getting my car. I took it to this location thinking it would be better since they will make sure everything would meet their standars. Worst mistake a ever made. The shop they use, initially did not properly repaired the car. When I went back to let them know they said the insurance did not want to pay initially so they only paid for the paint job repairs and not the bumper that was damaged (not sure how that is possible) but the shop scheduled another inspection with the insurance and the insurance company paid the rest. Took about 3 weeks to go back and forth with the dealership and shop driving my car around because I had to specifically drop it to the service location each time. When they finally ordered the parts for the vehicle, they said the part would arrive in 10 days. Well noone called after that time period. I had to contantly keep calling the service department to get status and i would get the same answer telling me they would call me back. The staff was really unprofesional when it came to follow up and providing with the right expectations. I was patient enough to go through out all this issue as long as my car got fixed. Up to this day they still havent call me back to take my car in to finish the RIGHT repairs from an vehicle accident that happen back in july 28th. Now i have a unrepaired vehicle with sensors falling off and wasting time going to other shops to get my car properly repaired. its funny, the other party’s insurance actually paid faster than i ever imagine! the actual issue was with this location i decided to go with for my repairs. NOT to mention the amount of times they gave me the car all dirty with lost of rocks in the drivers side. And for some reason my passenger window has scratches on it. It damaged my tints. LONG STORY but they problably wont care since i already emailled them regarding the same issue along time ago and they just said they were going to scalate it to management and i never heard anything back. Now i will go file a formal complain to audi corp. and bbb.
Went there to discuss a purchase of a pre-owned Audi. Was given a ridiculous quote for my sons car which had low mileage and is in mint condition. I told them I needed to discuss everything with my son and I asked the Sales Representative to call me at 4:00. I never received a call. We took our business elsewhere and got a different car, same year, less miles for $2,000 less and also got $2,000 more for my trade. One other thing, the entire conversation between the rep and his manager took place in front of me in Spanish. If you want to have a conversation about a customer go in another room. I am not fluent but I understand enough to know that they were looking to make money off of me. Don’t waste your time at this dealer.
If there was a 0 star I would give it to them. The level of unprofessionalism there is unbelievable. 0 customer service . The valets were nice that’s about it. They people inside are rude and don’t know how to take care of customers. On day I went an no one wanted to help me until the lady that helped me the previous day came back. I don’t care if you getting a percentage or compensation, a customer is here YOU help. I don’t usually right bad reviews but this is by far the worst customer service I got in my life. Your brand is expensive as it is so I would expect the best services even if I’m going there for a free service or car wash.Save your time and don’t go there because this place is a joke .
I came in to drop off my car for a annual maintenance servicing, Andrew helped me get set up (not interested in explaining anything).Came back to pick up my car an hour after they called to tell me the car was ready for pick up.Once I arrived, they brought me my car and the car wasn’t washed — they said “you want it washed?” — yes I would want it washed after I spent hundreds of dollars on getting it serviced. The staff need to be retrained in customer service and maybe on going through the checklist of servicing a car. Makes me wonder if they actually do the things they say they’ll do...**The valet guys and the receptionist girl that handled payment were the only people that seemed to know what to do.**
Front desk very unprofessional in their tone and how they take care of you as a paying customer. They are Hispanic and appear to have some type of issue with my black skin. Perhaps they are used to car owners not questioning what is being done to their car, but I want to be in the know as it is my property. This front desk girl kept answering my question with lack of knowledge claiming their codes are different which didn’t make sense...she was trying to be dismissive in her answer but I pressed on asking for her clarify her statement because it didn’t make sense, I had to request the mechanic to explain better, which turned out to be the same exact codes I had come up with with my own obd code reader. I guess I embarrassed her because I questioned her knowledge by being inquisitive about my car. Upon picking up car their bearish patchy skin guy was giving me an attitude I have no idea why, I guess because I put the loaner in the back instead in the front by entrance. Well, no one told me to do that upon returning, I though I was doing them a favor...either way I didn’t pay him any mind and instead smiled. It is clear this place is terrible when it came to customer service. The technician that I spoke to seemed to understand customer service better than the customer service people themselves. Props to Rendo the technician, he was a stand up guy!
I got my rotors and pads here. great prices
I had my 14 year old A4 in for its 100k service and they took very good care of me. They were very accommodating to my schedule - the customer service team leaves at 6pm but a receptionist stayed until 8:30pm so I could pick up my car. They walked me through every detail of my service and happily answered every question. No complaints.
THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!! If you are an immigrant, be aware of discrimination. After reading the reviews, actually Im taking it less personally, but the car came for one simple service of an extra key and I was surprised by another problem that was probably caused by a technician. On top of being mistreated, not properly oriented about the situation that caught me by surprise and after waiting 4 days for a simple extra key, they called the police on me and my girlfriend just for asking questions about a problem we didn’t have before visiting the store. They called me a clown while I was taking my lyft ride home, they did obscene gestures to insult me in front of my girlfriend and they said terrible things in front of her too, despite the fact that they asked me if I “even speak english” and they were proudly enforcing that they were “born in america” because I do carry an accent and we are both immigrants. Im selling my car and the buyer already gave me the check. Im going to lose the sale because of the situation caused by them and they didn’t even TRY TO fix the problem they created inside the garage. I had to go home without the car after a 4 day waiting period and after spending more than 560 dollars for an extra key. We are looking for lawyers to deal with the discrimination issues and also the huge material damage caused. If you want waste your time, lose your money and be treated worse than an animal, you should visit this store. By the way, the so called MANAGER told us he was the OWNER of the franchise which was a lie and it was not even relevant anyway... Terrible experience and insane people... Ive been there twice only and both times they treated me worse than I would treat a homeless dog. Please, stay away from them and get in touch with me if you want to join me in my lawsuit or if you had a similar discriminatory experience with them.
Had an awesome experience here for a service check and a flat tire, customer service is great, and Katherine and Alex are especially amazing!!! Really appreciate all of the help!!
My service advisor Andrew is great! He’s patient with all of my questions and goes above and beyond to explain things. They don’t take shortcuts like some dealerships and even provide a health video after so you can visually see what was done. I got a flat tire yesterday and they went all the way to NY to get the last tire in the area. I highly recommend Audi Meadowlands for service.
Awesome!!!!! Great place. They dont hazzle you and very upfront with price. If they dont have what youre looking for they are willing to order to your needs.
THE WORST SERVICE!! The front end really needs to learn what they are doing! Frustrated I wasted my time coming in when I should have been told the correct information over the phone when their representative called me 3 times while at work!
Extremely disappointed with the service from this dealership and Audi. I bought a new Q7 from them and before the car had 500 miles - I got a check engine warning and the AC knob fell with the lightest touch. Not only has my two week old car been at the dealership for the last 3 days, but they didn’t fix a single thing and expect me to pay for the service
Me and my partner recently went to check Meadowlands Audi pre-owned since we were getting the runabout from other dealers. Sales advisor Aaron Varela was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something else. In about an hour we found the right car and started doing the paperwork. When we came back to get our car, the finance department made everything clear and easy. We can’t thank Aaron enough to have made one of the most stressful situations for us into a great and pleasant experience!!!
I completely echo with all the one and two star ratings. Worst customer service. They all seem to sit there for someone to walk in and pay ridiculous prices without asking a question. When I asked to clarify what was covered in the service, they looked at me as if I was committing crime. Andrew specifically has the most bothered face. He should not be in customer service with his attitude. Please stay away. And after every bad review, there is a 5 star review. Very mysterious.
Yvonne has always gone above and beyond to help me and make my experience here top notch. They make you feel like family and always welcome you with a smile. Consider them for all of your service needs and if you can’t sit in their beautiful waiting room make sure to grab a loaner which they will provide if you give them enough notice.
Horrible!Gave them a call to see if they had our tire, confirmed that they do. Drove all the way to the service, waited for 1.5h to find out that they don’t have the tire in stock. Are you kidding me?? Their response was that they had to check in the car first before doing anything else. Ridiculous!! So much time for nothing! And then the girl in the front just stared us without saying a word - would be nice if she could offer any kind of solution. Had to ask 3 times to just give us the car back and maybe help us find the tire. Will never come here again.
Walked in and immediately had my needs and interests discussed and worked on. Made buying the car that was right for me real easy. Great staff, very knowledgeable and the facilities are clean and well put together
Ronnie, thank you so much for your help today. Unfortunately, the car I came for was sold yesterday but I don’t regret having driven over there because you gave me great information that I didn’t know about financing, leasing and paying cash, even after you knew I wasn’t going to purchase a car, since the one I went for was already sold. Thank you again for your time and kindness!
Just bad costumer service. Call for regarding a recall, and was told to drop off the car. No problem! Guess what when I arrived first of all I was told by the valet team member that I parked at the wrong spot, I guess Customer Parking is for other people. That’s fine. Then I was told that the car parts I need for the recall are not there. Are you serious? What are you people doing there? It’s your job to know what you have before scheduling people. Never will come back to that location for any service, I work hard to be able to afford to drive that vehicle and have deal with bad service.
Very clean and great facility. Qualified service, very strict with time estimates. Everything is outstanding. But price! It is double-triple from any other service. If you can afford the price it is the best place to service your car with not doubts.
Setup a service appointment for a possible recall. Called a week in advance to ensure everything would be good to go, which of course, we were assured it would be. Arrived on time and did all the usual arrangements only to be told an hour later they don’t have the parts. How do you setup an appointment for a known issue and not have the parts prepared? Waste of time.Edit: I’ve gone to the service location twice since my original review. I can say either management changed or the environment did because the hospitality and service has been much better since. I hope it stays that way!
Bought a 2016 SQ5 that needed 2 rear tires. I barely drove it 800 miles when I took it to get serviced at Audi of Mendam Where I was told the tires were no good. Told the sales manager at Meadowlands Audi Alex Montero about the bad tires he basically said that the tires were fine and that Audi of Mendham was just looking to make money. Really? They are also horrible in returning calls and emails. I guess once they have your money they dont care.
They scheduled a recall without having the parts. Looking at previous reviews, they must have been doing this for months. Call center blames the service center, service center blames the call center, obviously. Somebody needs to take some responsibility, not just for wasting my time, but for endangering me and my family unnecessarily.Update: Second attempt was a much better experience. I confirmed they had the parts before bringing it in, and asked for a loaner car so that if they did not complete the work I would at least have a way of getting around. They lent me a very nice (if slightly dirty) A5, and had the work done same day. They did suggest more work, but didnt pressure me about it, which was nice. If only they had handled it that way the first time.
Responsive, informed, professional staff. Nice showroom and service-oriented sales team.
Manny worked hard to get me into the car I want overall smooth process
I went in for my inspection and was told my motor mouth needed to be replaced and it was. Two weeks later, my ignition stopped. When I went to get it fixed they told me that the person who replaced the motor mouth left a bolt loose and it had disconnected a connection.Never trusting my car to this location ever again. And this is the second time it’s happened. So disappointed.
I return to Audi for the service. The staff, the service, and location are all wonderful, but the service is why I return. They are more than accommodating to my schedule, they turn my car around quickly, and they treat me with the utmost respect. AND, and this is a big one for me, the loaner vehicles aren’t stickered to hell with dealership advertising. Once a company goes the route of forcing me to do their advertising because my car is broken down, I find a new dealer. This hasn’t happened at Meadowlands and so I return. Best service of any dealership I’ve received.
Worst customer experience ever. I went in and met with sales rep was given an offer for trade in and pricing for vehicle but when I called the sales manager, Edwin Mercedes, to finalize the deal everything I was told was a smoke screen. On top of it all the sales manager hung up on me. Never buy from this place it’s just not worth the aggravation and disrespect
5 stars for the guy at the front desk! He was able to multitask 7 clients and a phone call to insurance all at the same time. Somehow, he helped everyone and people were still smiling. I’ve been here a few times and no issue as of yet.Keep in mind that the Audi dealership and this service center are about 15 minutes apart.
If it wasn’t for the two people who were in there, Who actually looked like they wanted to work I would have left one star. Been a client getting my car serviced in Englewood since I’ve purchased it. Never have had a bad comment about the staff the friendliness, eagerness and desire to help. But I was disappointed in my visit to this location in north Bergenfield the first time. It was 8am I get it but I had to ask who was gonna help me out instead of being greeted like usual. Andrew O had no desire to help and he was rude. Asked me to go get a picture of my Vin which he could have done. Waved his hand when my service was done instead of coming to me and telling me that the car was ready like it should. Reconsidering giving my business to Benzelbusch.
First off, they are very expensive. All service packages will cost you an arm and a leg when you dont have any warranties or pre-purchased packages. When i purchased my car, they mentioned that the car already came with 2 free services. When i brought my car in for servicing, they said I only have 1. They also said, they have no record of the 2 free services anywhere in their system. Also, they claim that they do free car pickup and dropoff to your home but make it very difficult to actually schedule it. Also, they claim that they offer a complimentary car wash for your vehicle. Not sure what kind of wash they are doing. Car looks the same if not dirtier with watermark stains. Dont claim you offer something and then do a lousy job. For some reason, they told me they dont offer loaner vehicles during Saturdays. The facility itself is in the middle of nowhere and not very appealing for being an Audi service center. Overall, just way too many restrictions and downsides.
Never again what a RIP-OFF!!!!
Your services are awesome and prices are reasonable. Thank you again for your time and kindness!
Horrible customer service for vip car delivery for transportation companies.
By all means avoid this service center. Absolutely awful customer service! Might as well shoot yourself in the foot for a better experience before dealing with any of them ESPECIALLY Andrew.Go to route 17 Audi service, thank me later.
I bought my car at Audi on route 3 and the staff there couldn’t have been more terrific. I was shocked coming here how different this service center was. Staff is very unpleasant and unfriendly. I felt like I was such a nuisance to them being there. They couldn’t tell me if my car would take 2 days, or a week, seriously?? Very unprofessional experience overall. Will be looking for another service center next time. Avoid this place if you can.
They misdiagnosed my car and they couldnt figure out why my check engine light was on. Took my car to bell audi and they were able to fix it in one shot.
Oh my god people! Why you still keep coming to this place... look at reviews! Cmon... you have to stop coming here so they can go out of business! Business like that don’t deserve to stay open!Rudeness, unprofessionalism, poor service, deceiving employees, overcharging thieves, what else you need to know in about this place to STOP COMING here?!...Seriously... do yourself a HUGE FAVOR! Stay as far away as possible from this nasty place!
The service use to be good but I dont know what happened. The employees have major attitudes including the manager, when I complain about the service. He acted like he didnt care. Im paying for luxury vehicle and should get the service I pay for.
I find them all to be very helpful, polite, professional and prompt. Audi parts are expensive but that comes with the territory.
I have been an extremely happy and satisfied customer of Audi Meadowlands since 2011. It is a first class, well run organization that I can strongly and confidently recommend. The purchase of my 2011 Q7 was an easy, hassle free experience with no unpleasant or dishonest sales tactics of any kind attempted. They didnt even try to sell me on the worthless anti theft glass etching! This, to my amazement and delight, was just the beginning of my fabulous experiences with this dealership. The Service Department has been excellent. The car has been in once or twice a year for seven years for regularly scheduled maintenance and I did not even think that the level of satisfaction I have experienced was remotely possible. When you arrive you are immediately greeted by professional valets who demonstrate care for you and your vehicle as they drive it off to the Service Technicians. The Service Consultants are all fabulous. I have worked with them all over the years. Andrew and Candida are both very honest, kind and knowledgeable. Most recently I have been fortunate to work with Yvonne who is really raising the level of customer service to new heights. I was very impressed by the extreme competence and professionalism she consistently demonstrated in our interactions. She took great care of me and my car. Before this Audi experience I used to dread taking my cars in for service...not anymore! I receive a beautiful loaner car to drive while caring and honest professionals perform quality service in a timely manner. I always feel appreciated, that my time and schedule are important to them and that I am being charged a fair price for the work performed by Audi trained technicians with the right parts and tools. One of the main reasons that my next car will also be an Audi for sure is that I never want to give up this service department. Do not hesitate to bring in your Audi...you will not find better in this area.
They are ok. Staff was polite and professional.
Horrible service. They mentioned that they had washed the car and before leaving from there I showed that car was not washed as I could scrap dust from the bonnet and elsewhere. I showed them what was wrong first the guy who was helping me was not ready to believe that car was not washed but when I showed him he said Oh we dont wash with so much detail. This puts me in doubt if they would have serviced my whole car properly or not.
Theyre excellent. Courteous, professional. They treat you like a valued - and valuable - customer. The premises are spotless. Love the text and email appointment confirmations also.
Definitely not the place to maintain or fix your vehicle. Looks like a very legit place, but the agent was unresponsive and careless; the technician was unable to solve my problems, even very basic ones; I was charged over $100 just for basic checks. Later, I visited another dealer, and they performed the exact same checks but more comprehensive with no charge at all. Its your call if you want to go this place after reading all of the 1 star comments.
A guy named Andrew offered a $2,200 recommended service list before diagnosis, and another recommended services after diagnosis, which I believe no less than $2,000. I am not a technician, it confused me so much that I have no idea what my car really needs to fix. I just cant trust them.
If you call they never have an appointment or a loaner. Drooped my car there, they charged me to look at the car and said everything was fine. It went in with a oil light and tie light. A week later, oil light back on and flat tire
They should have a price list for services I always get a different price for same service
I shouldve read these reviews before I took my audi there for repair! Like someone else said, it took a week for the repair manager to call back and Andrew is the only person you can talk to regarding your vehicle. Unfortunately he does not like to be asked any questions and will blame you if anything happens. I had to take the car back for something they missed from the repair and instead of apologizing he blamed me for having a car that is 3 years old! It was obviously caused by accident and it was their fault for not fixing it or not letting me know about it! I dont expect them to be friendly but at least they need to do their job and try to be helpful for the clients. Questionable management system and not so great people to work with.
First off let me start by saying the people that work here are not to blame. This review is specifically for audi. I brought my car in last week because i was having trouble, i paid to have a diagnostic done on my car and was told that problem was my fuel pump which was leaking. I had the fuel pump changed along with some other wires that were fried. I got my car back last Friday and it was running fine over the weekend which brings me to today. As im going up a steep hill my car starts shaking and my check engine light comes on, i take the car back to audi and about an hour later Yvonne comes out and tells me that my throtle is dirty and needs to be cleaned, then she tells me it will cost $275 to clean it after i just spent $1500 3 days ago. I asked why wasnt this checked last week when i brought the car in and was told the problem didnt exist then. I found it obsurd and was livid at the prices thrown by audi to their customers driving their cars. Needless to say i got my car keys and hightailed out of there, i wasnt going to spend another dime in this place. So my message is to audi, stop charging ur customers an arm and a leg for parts that you make yourselves and have them on deck. This is the equivalence of someone buying coke from coca cola directly and paying more than if you were to buy it at shoprite. Never again will I purchase an audi!!!!!
Place is close to the city. The staff is nice and services are efficient.
Bill and his team went above and beyond to take care of me
Worst staffs working very bad attitude give you on phone wrong price when you go they add extra money don’t buy car on website wrong photos
We were very disappointed today by poor service of Audi Service!Yesterday my husband came to 4700 westside Ave, North Bergen, NJ 07047 and left our car Audi A4 for diagnosis. We knew the problems which our car had and told everything to mechanic Ariel. He said that the best way to figure out the deepest problems is to make full diagnosis. It cost us $433.35. And what we got? Its funny. First of all it took them 1 day to make full diagnosis. Second, when we saw report at e-mail we shoked, because when we left the car my husband said: I know the problems are with airbag, passenger seat, mirror, a/c compressor, in the report we saw that we had to pay more than $9000 just to buy new a/c compressor, to change seat, to buy new mirror etc. Guys seriously?! We could do such an analysis by ourselves without your diagnosis for $433. Besides these parts cost much more less at official site of Audi parts USA, but may be you used to charge more than $600 for each detail labor, work - it seems like that. The report we got was 3 pages without any explanations, so we are even not sure they did any analysis. Now we feel swindled and robbed. We gonna complain in another entities and we dont leave it alone.
Unbelievable that this place actually makes money on their loaner cars. Sure, the first free 10k service went without a hitch...as anyone would expect an oil change to go. Its when I got the statement from the loaner car that set me off.I was told that the loaner car comes with an ez pass, and I cannot use mine. I asked the service rep why that is, and was told that its just the way it is, and I would pay the same amount as I would on my ez pass, just charged to my credit card. I confirmed that statement she made and informed her I work in Brooklyn and would be taking tunnels and bridges, and once again I was assured that if EZ pass gets a discount, Its the same as using my own.A week later, I get a text message with a summary of ez pass usage from the loaner car. obviously...$15 holland tunnel 9$ battery tunnel twice.I DO NOT CARE about the $10 dollar discrepancy here, but I do care about buying a $75 thousand dollar car, bringing it in for the first FREE service, being told I absolutely cannot take my own ez pass, and being charged cash price for ez pass when its obviously discounted.I just called Audi service about this, giving them an opportunity to explain, or maybe even make it right. didnt go so well. They told me that the loaner car company, which supplies them with loaner cars supplies the EZ pass, and they said that I cannot use my own EZ pass because their ez pass is linked to the cars. Also, they said they have no control over them. Mind you, this s most likely just a department within their organization that supplies the loaner cars, not a completely seperate entity they make it out to be, but even if it is a completely different company, fact is they allow that company to profit from their clients that they supply loaners to, and not inform them, even actually lie to them, whether from a lack of information or blatant. Manager is obviously not available at the time of the phone call.
I took my 2014 Audi Q7 to meadowlands Audi to check my AC. Alex from the service department was very helpful. He gave me a loaner and the problem was taken care of very quickly, also flush my break for me. Definitely recommend
If you have an extra arm and a leg, I highly recommend this place.
Bought a certified preowned car 10 days ago and it broke down in the middle of the road twice already. Took my car to another dealer for service on the second time and found out that while audi meadowlands was fixing my car they broke something else. I wonder if audi headquarters know how this place is being run.
Worse service I been to no one will return your phone calls it been 2 weeks and still waiting, someone told me the oil was changed which it was not and try charging people $530 to do the 15,000 miles service ha ha just to look at the car some bullshit.... ...I should have just kept my M-benz it drives better than this 2015 Q5
Very inconvenient experiences... About two months ago, My check engine light came on so I brought it in, by time they got it the light was off so they said it didnt make sense to check the car.., so after that my engine light came back on along with the epc light so this time I had to make them take a look at it . So they replaced an engine coil, cool .. About a week later the same thing happens so they end up replacing the other coilsMeanwhile Im in the loaner car, so a few days later they call me around 4pm while Im at work and lets me know my car is ready, I told them Ill come the next day ( because I was at work) and they close at 6 pm... I didnt think this was a problem at all... So I get my car and a week later my whole car completely shuts down ... So I get it towed to Audi, they tell me that there arent any loaners available until the next Monday and that they will fix my car quickly .. I didnt get my car back until Friday so I went days without being able to get to workSo last night my check engine light comes on AGAIN so I call them to set an appointment up for service and a loaner and they tell me in ineligible for a loaner because I brought the car back late the last time ... Very inconvenient and unfair, I was trying to explain that I cant just jump up and rush there when they call.. Because Im at work and I can return the car back the next day.. I was completely blindsided by this news and the crazy part is I only NEED a loaner because they cant seem to fix the problem with my car in the first place .., this is like my 4th time in the last monthUPDATE : today I call back because I was waiting for them to call me back, the guy Ariel says he tried calling me but it went to voicemail, so I ask did you leave a voice mail? He says no... They always leave a voicemail if I dont pick up.. So he really lied because he knows he forgot to call me back ... Smh this is the worst place for service
This place looks really old and run down unfortunately I would love to give it more stars even the staff how amazing are they just a place has a weird smell to it and it looks really really old for a company that has over $1 million in revenue it looks really old
Great service for your Audi
From (my personal) experience here, my recommendation is take your business ELSEWHERE if you want value for your money, excellent Customer Service and all the Audi brand is known for.
I agree with the Dans review. I moved and decided to switch dealers since its closer, and my first time in this dealer, now my last time there. Customer Service is horrible and communication even worse. Take your business somewhere else...I rather driver farther for a better service.
Every past bad review is true about this place. The service advisor to the sales manager are very unprofessional here. I purchased my vehicle here but I will never get service done here ever again. I can not believe company like Audi has a place like this servicing their vehicles.
Horrible experience. Two weekends in a row. First time called to enquire part in stock and make appointment. After waiting 90 mins told, part not in stock. Promised callback when part in stock. Receive a call saying part arrived, make appointment. Ask to make sure that part is available before service beings. Assured its availability. After 45 mins come out and say, they had ordered the wrong part. Service advisor blames technician for ordering wrong part. Initially says service manager is available, then come and says not available. Does not even have the courtesy to speak to a customer. Given a business card of the manager asked to call him to complain. I would assume it would have been the other way around.
So sick of dealing with them.. counting down the days until I give my lease back....
Agents here don’t seem to want to keep the business running. Brace yourself for some rudeness if you decide to come in.
This is a review for the Roadside Emergency Assistance Service provided to me on Friday, January 20th by the mechanic, Jonathan, who could not have been more helpful and understanding in getting me back on the road and on my way in just over 20 minutes or so from the time I placed the call for help. THANK YOU JONATHAN AND THANK YOU AUDI MEADOWLANDS!
Good service
Courteous, respectful of your time, loaner cars available
Very friendly staff, professional & awesome customer service!
Talk to jay. He will take good care of you
They charged me a $155 diagnostic fee, however a diagnostic was not done. The technician observed that the gas cap was loose, therefore the reason why my “check engine light” was on. No diagnostic tests were done besides an observation. Thanks for ripping off one of your customers!
Horrible customer service, never answer the phone to even give a status update
Good luck finding answers to questions about your car over the phone even if you bought it from them with the extended warranty. Good luck finding a service rep that cares and takes ownership of your concerns.
Big disappointment: service department is disorganized and unresponsive. This is the 3rd time I took my Audi there, every time I had an appointment but they either delayed me or asked me to comeback because they did not provide complete information. Ive waited for a week just get and ETA for collision repair! Theyre a sore eye for Audi!
Arrogant staff!! Been going for 4 years as it is super close to my house, but every time same result unfortunately - poor customer service!!!
Great people excellent service at parts department
I wait there for 3 hours 20 minutes, and the standard service is not done yet! Seriously?!
Very expensive, but at the same time you say beautiful car what you are going to take in there..
Service dept was not up to audi standard
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
As always great service
Unresponsive, hardly professional and far from transparent...
