The woman behind the counter was very rude, she appeared like she didnt even want to give me the time of day, and she did everything in her power to deny my package from being sent in the store. All I had was an amazon return with a QR scan on my phone, nothing said it should be printed but she refused to scan it off my phone to print a label. She kept telling me the driver would have a problem with the package, but thats an internal UPS problem, not the customers problem, I had a return slip from Amazon all she had to do was scan it and go, as Ive (and presumably you have as well) seen UPS do many times before. What it comes down to is very obviously that the woman who works there doesnt want to help customers, maybe she hates her job I dont know but its not right to be rude to customers.
AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL! I dont know why thsse people with the bad reviews think they are entitled to the world. But this place does exactly what its advertising. With an addition of great crew. Vinny processed everything great. The young lady with the long reddish hair was amazing and full of knowledge. No rush, no fuss. Great customer service. Would not recommend this store. They packaged 2 metal items that weigh 40 pounds each in a flimsy cardboard box filled with air bags. Both items popped the air bags immediately and broke through the cardboard box. I am lucky these pieces even made it to me. Without proper packaging they just banged into each other causing all kinds of damage. Each piece was $1500 new so I was not at all happy about this. They charged $60 for this packaging service and the pictures show just how pathetic it is. They also put this in an extremely oversized box so I had to pay a fortune for the shipping costs (which they mark up of course and wouldnt let me use my own UPS account). Absolutely dont come here for professional packaging, this location should be ashamed of this work.
I called and asked about my package and the man on the phone said everything under the sun to NOT help me. Ive never called a place with less enthusiastic employees. Maybe the people answering the phone here need to be replaced or this store shut down. The fact that I came to leave a bad review and see all the other poor ratings really says something about this location.

I came here to drop off a package and before i went i looked at reviews saying bad stuff about the service but it was actually a really good experience when i went. the person i dropped the package off too was really nice, so i dont know what these bad reviews are about really.
Not the first time having a bad experience ..they act is if you should know everything already .. got workers who’ve been there years and still don’t know what they doing .. they should be flipping burgers instead

Shipped my Bose radio to be fix. The people in the store were very helpful and very nice. They told it will take 3 days to get there. Gave me a slip showing how to track the package. Got there in 2 days. I was very happy with the service.
Lot of packages going missing because UPS throw them on the door and does not even know Ive seen them with my own eyes. So it was their idea to just get it shipped to the store it was a replacement part for my car. When I got there the lady told me you can just use this address whenever you want we have to charge you a $25 fee which is cost more than the actual shipping Ill be reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau yet again

Always helpful and personable. They look for every opportunity to help me out when I need to ship something and send me tracking updates. Staff is always very friendly.

Been here a few times to drop of packages and it goes smooth but they dont open at 8:00, had to go to Staples to drop off a few times. Not a big deal but just annoying.
Terrible customer service. Went in to mail package. Had label affixed already. Needed small piece of packing tape to close box. He said there wld be a charge for that. I thought he was kidding so i laughed but he was serious. $2 for piece of tape! I left, went to dollar store next door, got 2 rolls of packing tape for $1 and went to the ups store all the way south on dpa. Bye. Never go there.
I have been here waiting for this place to open up at 8am!!! It’s 10 minutes past 8 and the it’s still close!!! There goes 2 customers drove away... probably going to Fedex!!! In another 10 minutes, that’s where I am going!!!
Extremely bad customer service. I guess they don’t realize that the customers are paying their salary. They act as if it was the other way around. Bad.....just bad. Use a different location if you can.

Horrible!! They said that they are open until 6:30pm. I get there at 6:20pm the door is locked. The last opens the door and said do I have a drop off I say yes because I do not know the lingo. I am there to mail a package. An attendant comes out with money in his hand saying I cant help you we closes the registers. I mention that there hours are until 6:30pm he shrugs and says only drop offs if I have a prepaid label he could help me. This was never mentioned online and if a business says they are open until a specific time I expect that. False advertising!!!!

Too bad service they are providing.I did my UPS ground shipping on 1st April 2014 to New Jersey. I was told that it will get delivered by next day which was Wednesday and I paid $15 for it. Also, I was told that the tracking number will be emailed to me which I didnt get. I checked on Thursday about it with the receiver and found it wasnt delivered. So I went in-person to the store to check out whats going on. The person in UPS store took my phone number and name and told me someone will follow up on it. On 8th April I got call from Lisa saying she has filed claim for me which will take 8 to 10 business days to complete.The package which I shipped was important for me which need to be delivered to the receiver within a week or else I would loose a good amount of money which I explained to her. And she told me she cant do anything except filling claim as the package is missing.On 14th April the claim get approved by UPS and I should get my money saying my package is not found and gone missing. Its May 13th today and I still not get my money. This is not even UPS they are franchisee of UPS. So UPS has refunded the money but this franchisee is holding money. Every time I go to the store or call them, they give me excuse that the person who write the check is not available.Friends this is the height of the worst service. I would have gone to USPS which could be cheaper to me and the package got delivered successfully and I would not have lost money.Do not go to this UPS store. I am gonna dispute my charges for sure.
Always find the people there to be extremely friendly and helpful. I ship3-4 times monthly and have never had an issue.
