I was in the drive thru today and I’m in customer service so I try to be nice to others because I know how stressful it can be especially when it’s busy. After I placed my order I said “ Thank you” and they didn’t realize that I was still in the same spot because the line wasn’t moving and into the microphone started mocking the way I said thank you to the other workers. I’m very self conscious of my voice and to hear someone make fun of it for absolutely no reason made me uncomfortable. Will definitely not return.

Just drive tru is open that is insane everywhere else you can go inside except here, i like to prepare my own coffee because they always get it wrong, and they are so rude if you’re so afraid of getting covid maybe you should stay home!! poor customer service

Friendly fast service great food on the go. I always get bacon egg bites. Savory meal when youve missed one. Today Witch s Brew! Tastes like fruity pebbles and vanilla. Love it

Our drinks were all correct but we were told that the sprouted grain bagel was gluten free for my celiac mother in law. It was not gluten free and now shell be sick for three days. Please dont tell people something is gluten free if you dont know for sure.

This feels more like a coffee flavored ice cream with a lot of whipped cream rather than actual coffee, I literally took 2 sips and the coffee was gone all that was left was this. And this is the largest size too.

The closest Starbucks in the area for me. It isnt huge by any means, but the staff is super nice and Ive never had any issues with my order

Im here almost every morning and the staff is always super efficient and quick. It can look intimidating in the morning because their drive thru line is so long but they’re fast and staff is so friendly.

They keep messing up orders, which happens but when they try to cut corners to fix it. It just causes a horrible experience.

Easy to see right off of Deer Park Avenue servicing North Babylon and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Drive through available for easy ordering. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Staff was pretty rude. Need to learn how to communicate. After transaction, cashier girl abruptly walked away without giving me the receipt. Even manager was snippy when I asked for the lemon loaf Id ordered. The messy and disorganized assembly line-like operation doesnt work for this location.

Fabulous Frappuccino on a beautiful day !This location tends to be very busy, especially the drive thru however their crack team of baristas moves it along quite quickly... and with a smile !

They have a drive thru and you can always order in the store and pick up your online order. I always place mine online, but while other ppl are working some of them are just... There. Customers are lining up to pick up their online orders and no one asks you 😑 basically you have to be in the store waiting unnecessarily (even with all the rules that say not to have crowded establishments and keep 6 feet apart). My advise, dont wait for any eye contact coz there wont be any, just approach them or say loud and clear you are there to pick up an order.

The slowest service I have ever seen in a business . Even when they don’t have a line they take forever to get your order ready . I live right around the block from this Starbucks but have to drive 15 minutes to another one just to get my order. But If you like watching paint dry definitely go here .

Long lines but cool

Normally I would get this place five stars but lately you cant even hear yourself think. The music is just overpowering and people are practically yelling at each other have a conversation. Otherwise, the service there is excellent.

I frequently stop at this Starbucks since it is just off the Southern State (and near Wallys Bagels!). Its generally clean, with good service. It is a freestanding store with a drive through. There is limited seating (maybe three or four tables).As a tea drinker, I have always appreciated that Starbucks added an extra tea bag when you by a larger tea and now that they have their own tea (instead of Tazo), I find myself stopping for tea lattes a lot. My favorite is the London Fog (earl grey tea and vanilla syrup) with coconut milk (which goes particularly well with tea lattes).

Ive been a frequent customer at this Starbucks for several years. Servers are always friendly and working as hard as they can to get orders up quickly. However, they take time to answer questions. Im always asking about the new drinks and flavors on the menu. As with other Starbucks locations, they will customize your drink in any way you want. The only negative here is that they are very busy. If youre in a rush, use the drive thru as it seems to move more quickly than in store.

Went around 7pm. DO NOT GET THE HOT CHOCOLATE! It is watered down and disgusting (this location only). I poured it out when I got home and had to rinse my mouth out.

I go to lots of different Starbucks, and this is one of my favorites. KEVIN, a Barista here, has the greatest personality and demeanor Ive ever seen in sales (and Ive been in sales for 30 years). All of the other staff is wonderful too, theyre always busy, but they do their best to move quickly.

The east Islip location on sunrise hwy next to Applebees and in front of stop & shop is dropping in quality friendliness. I have an easy name to spell and say and they have started to spell it wrong they dont call out my name I dont order anything special just right off the menu but three times in a row now they have messed up my order! Very upset they use to always get it right no mistakes no attitude but now it looks like I will have to find another location because they are unbearable. I pay top dollar for drinks there I buy the reusable cups to try to help the environment and the last time I went they refused to let me use it! All of their attitudes were terrible, the ones making my order were rude they skipped over my order repeatedly because they didnt want to make a frappuccino they just would rather make the easy coffees that came in well after I was in there. All in all the customer service was horrible I asked for the manager and waited 15 minutes and they never came to talk to me so I left. Will not go back to the location on sunrise hwy in East Islip. Looks like I will return to COFFEE BEAN.

You guys stink. I ordered something. If I could give you my honest review you need more employees. One poor girl was doing all the work. My friend didint get her pastry after asking at least 30 times and the other employees were pretending to not know about it. Improve or I will never come again.

I am actually a Barista with Starbucks in the city. This was actually a really bad experience. I walk in, no one is there to greet me. I see a girl she comes from the back, with a attitude. I get the sandwich she goes would you like it warmed up with a condescending tone. And I proceeded to say the rest of my order. At the end, I told her I am a partner as well. She asked for my partner numbers her name was Kelly. Very rude told me to get my ID. As partners your not supposed to ask for Partner ids, and I said I didn’t have it on me and she said can you go get it again, I told her your not supposed to ask partners for Ids. Bottomline, her attitude sucked, and her tone was all wrong. She was rude period. Not going to that Starbucks anymore.

This location is small. Not much room for standing and not many tables. Its good that it is a drive thru location, but there were 5 cars at drive thru so i went in and stood on line with 3 people in front of me.

Great coffee and finger food and great atmosphere. Perfect for meeting with friends.

I just went there and ordered an ultra caramel frap. When the drink was done and was handed to me I noticed that regular whipped cream was used and not the cold brew whipped cream. So I said the regular whipped cream isn’t supposed to go with the ultra caramel frap and the girl then proceeded to say oh well we don’t have any so I just used the regular one. ( I don’t like the taste of regular whipped cream ) I should have been told that they were out of the cold brew whipped cream instead of her just making something different and not asking me first! So she made my new frap without whipped cream and gave me such an attitude! And then as I walked away she was talking to her co workers about me! Needless to say that is not good customer service and I will not be returning to that Starbucks!

Start every work day in this drive thru. Egg bites are the best- a warm low calorie protein packed way to start the day! And a huge Strawberry Acai to keep me caffeinated...lol.

One of the smaller Starbucks. Its drive thru which is great for my commute everyday. I just miss the kind of staff Starbucks used to attract. These days its just teenagers who dont really care

Only 3 cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get 2 caramel frap.. I looked inside to see if it was busy and not even 1 customer was inside. Everytime I do the drive thru at this location it takes forever. Horrible customer service.

There should be zero ratings, I have had 2 issues with this store already and now I feel like there is some type of prejudice. I always make mobile orders, today I made a mobile order, it said I was 12 mins away so I made the order anyway to ensure when I get there, my order will be ready. I get to the store 15 mins later, my order was still not ready, I mentioned it to a young woman, who told the guy Joe or John he was suppose to make it, it took him another 10 mins before he could make my rink until I had to start yelling, because now this is total od 25 mins I was waiting on a coffee and a scone, which should have been made and waiting 15/20 mins prior! This was the second time this was done to me! I know they have the Mr. Rogers thing going in the morning, but please hire people that pay more attention. And this happens again, I will contact Starbuck Corporate about this store!

OK, the store is a little on the small side, however they get the job done!My guess is, the inside of the store is a little bit on the small side because there is a drive-thru -- which is a really great thing to have!It is not uncommon to see as many as six people working here at any given time. Between the walk-ins, the mobile orders and the drive-thru window they all stay very busy!So far I have found the employees to be very pleasant. They greet you with a smile, they offer suggestions, and they apologize if your drink takes more than just a couple of minutes.The store is very clean. There are seats and power outlets and of course free wifi - so you can bring your laptop and get some work done if you need to.The exterior is very nice as well. Its a shame there is no outdoor seating.The menu is the normal/full Starbucks menu. Hot coffee is served hot (not lukewarm). Iced coffee is served cold. With ice. No, Im not getting into how many ounces of liquid are in a Venti! :)Food is fresh. Prices are what they are at any location.I will be back. Probably often! :-)

Friendly morning service, gotta get in the drive thru before or after the rush otherwise its a 20 min wait in your car. Drinks arent spectacular. My chai latte is always a little too milky, but I mean its Starbucks. Im still gonna drink it.
