Great experience buying the products I need. The people at the store is always friendly.

I believe the owners have changed. This WAS a friendly and helpful store, but when I went in yesterday it was a different experience for me. There were no customers in the store (wonder why) and I asked the man behind the counter for a specific item - the woman who was down the aisle walks over and yells, What do you want! in an obvious accent. I repeat my request and she says You passed it, its near the front door. I look at her and walk away (Im also 60 years old, I expected her to walk over and show exactly where) instead she flags me away and gives me verbal directions. I walk back towards the front door and look around - I still dont see it. I ask again, Where? She walks over, exhales and repeats her directions to me, I state, That is not what Im looking for Once again I repeat what I need (my third time) she then points around the backside of where she had originally stated.I let her attitude roll off my shoulders and search through what was there, pick an item and headed to the counter to purchase it. I look at the man behind the counter and ask, Do you have this in red or black? He says, No. Only what is there. I pull out my cash to pay and here she comes....WHAT COLOR YOU WANT? I think to myself.....oh no heifer Im done with you. I make my purchase and leave the store, knowing Ill never come back.FYI -- I didnt want to write a long story but I wanted to share - with all the things going on around the world and in our community, the last thing I need is your lack of respect and I refuse to give you my money when you dont earn my respect. Its a new day, lets see how well youll survive without me and my money.

Easy to find. Right behind the Verizon building on RT-231.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.They have a good variety of crochet hair; styles, textures & lengths and reasonably priced.No shortage of products or hair accessories either. It’s your one stop shop for everything to keep your hair looking great.Oh and some make up options too!They are my new beauty supply.Thank you!

Store felt the need to argue with me about what I needed.

I have been coming here for a few years i never thought the owners were very helpful they seem to be annoyed when asked a question but it was convienent as far as location.I will no longer return to this store. the owner did not want to change a hair piece that i purchased the day before I went back to return it when I realized it was the wrong color. There is a very nice beauty supply store on bayshore ave that i will use in the future...Poor customer service....

It is always a pleasant experience. The husband and wife are very helpful. There are shelves of product for every hair type, every hair color and style. If its not on the shelf they are more than willing to order. The woman is very knowledgeable about the products she sells. I find her to be extremely helpful with bleaching / hair coloring ie the color wheel.

Great store convenient location and awesome customer service.

I have been coming to this store for years but will NEVER after today. The wife that works there was the epitome of rudeness. She completely ignored me as I waited to ask a question. She even walked away when I was clearly waiting and asked for help. When I got to the counter to pay, I told the husband and he apologized but the wife came back up and she got defensive, combative and just very unpleasant. She said that she wasn’t going to help and I needed to figure it out myself. Honestly, this was such a disappointment and a negative experience. I don’t know what her issue was or if she was having a bad day but she was disrespectful and lacks basic customer service skills. I can not recommend this establishment after today.

This store is a sweet place if I were a women I would know how powerful this place could be to my arsenal of justice!!! The staff are keen, friendly to the touch and have a way to recommend something even if you are lost! The prices seem fair and gosh who wants to go to overpriced places just doesnt make sense that way!

Dont spend your money wash up place

The girl that owns the place is such a nasty person!!! accidentally tried on a wig and the girl went ballistic and told me she won’t help me.. as a human and as a manager i would never speak or treat a customer the way she just treated me!!!! bought extensions from them and they knotted within the first day, couldn’t even get a brush through them.. not only are their products trash but the people that own it are trash as well!!!!! just came from a 10+ hour day at work and never expected to be treated like that.. people make mistakes and this definitely wasn’t one that deserved the reaction that it did!!!! i will be posting this review daily to get my point across to humanity in today’s world that you can’t just speak to people however the hell you want out of frustration !!! grow up!!!!

The Staff is very nice and helpful when trying to help find what you need. They do not hound and watch you throughout the store. Love their selection of wigs.

Best prices and quality in long island. Popcorn is way too expensive so this was the next best spot and they are flexible on prices

I felt like a common thief when I visited this store. Within 5 minutes of browsing the wig section the lady at the back asked if she could help. I said I am not sure what style I am looking for because I want to change things up a bit. She pointed to another section, I said thank you but I will look to see if I like anything before I decide. Please note I havent touched anything yet. Of course she hot annoyed. So I finally found one, asked to try it, she had a problem with this too. And decided to fit the wig on my head herself, after I said ok I will buy. She is like lets go. The wig sucks, service sucks and I just regret giving these horrible people my money.

They have horrible customer service. i payed over $100 for hair extensions for prom and when i got home i saw they were as long as my hair. when i went back to return them the lady working there said i couldnt and i couldnt get my money back. she gave me an attitude the whole time but she didnt tell me that it was as long as my hair. if you work at a place you should know your material and tell your cusomers when something wouldnt be good for them instead of making them waste all of their money on something they cant even use

I would not recommend buying hair from this place. Alot of the hair is mixed with synethic hair but on the package will say 100% remi hair. Owners speak very rude to the customers! The guy told customer to be quiet and mind their business. Will not be returning, very unhappy.

The staff was friendly but they didnt have that many products but it was a decent size store. The clerk gave me free samples and a magnet which was nice.

Worst customer service ever!!!! The wife( owner of the store) is very very rude she clearly doesnt care about her business other wise she would be more respectful and more devoting to her customers, Ive been to that store about 3 times and each time she gave me a hard time for no reason, I asked to see some hair that was 18 inches and she gave me an attitude and told me the price before I even asked. Which is insulting because she doesnt know how much money I came to spend or how much money I have, its disgusting that she has this attitude with her customers, and I dont recommend anyone going there. Not only has she done it to me but a few other acquaintances, she needs to learn the value of customer service.
