I just went to Michaels recently, and I had a great experience. I needed 4 things (Acrylic paint, canvasses, and 2 sets of brushes), and found them pretty quickly. The canvasses I found were in a packs of two, which was great because I didnt need to get 4 individual ones. With the the first set of brushes, it didnt say the prices where it was displayed. I also couldnt find black foam brushs. I asked the cashier how much the the first pack was, and she told me the price. I needed to know where the other brushes were, and she kindly walked me over me to them. I was really happy with what I got, and there was great service.

Well stocked store for just about any craft or art project from adult to child fun projects. I made this hobbit house entirely with product purchased from Michaels.

Michaels is a great great store. I LOVE the kids club as well... My girls went there for the first time last weekend to paint and they had a good experience. The staff was friendly and they had a good supply of tools. I now own 2 masterpieces done by my cuties. I will cherish them forever lol... Otherwise Michaels always has great sales and I love their name...

Running on a skeleton crew for a weekend but everything was laid out and fairly easy to find what I wanted. The blanks I wanted wasnt available on the shelf and looks like it hasnt been stocked with a few things in disarray from people shopping through the day. The cashiers were nice and helpful though!

Michaels have great things. My only 2 issues are that their crafts are more expensive than Walmart crafts and 2. There are hardly any workers around to help you to find what youre looking for. But, they have very nice items to craft with.

I went to get Christmas decorations and was happy to find items I wanted with 50% off prices. And now my Apt is beginning to look alot like Christmas. 🌲

Went for some frames. Framing manager was extremely helpful. Made suggestions, knew her stock. I was very pleased with the service.

The store was always Good,too bad it closed. So Sad.Now theres nowhere close to get holiday stuff,baskets,crafting or any of their goods.

Been there a few times recently and they have had very limited stock or were out of the things I needed. Otherwise the store is good, staff is helpful, prices are reasonable.

Joined my daughter to shop she got great discount prices for her needed idems

Love this Michael’s, alway clean and stocked.. My only issue is I feel they need more staff, I can never find help when I need it.

Giving 4 stars because I will not bad mouth a store or its workers in a time like this but to save someone a trip This store has very little when it comes to needing cake decorating supplies had no rose nails,sprinkles,cake supports or food coloring except for green barely any fondant and what they had looked opened or damaged .....ended up walking out with nothing..ordered everything on amazon staff was very nice store was organized just a bit empty

Has everything you need craft wise. Did have a hard time finding the size of tshirts I needed so I had to settle for what I could get. Also there was no tshirt transfer iron on. I also thought that I loaded the 20% coupon to my card and definitely added the 15% teacher discount to my card and when I got home I realize I didnt get anything discounts at all. Wasnt very happy about that.

Needed to frame some pictures from our vacation so I came here. They have a large selection of frames, much more than Target and Ikea. The manager was very nice with online price matching.

Always a great place to go. The older employees are very helpful. Unfortunately youll come across a few employees who arent experience with art, so it can be frustrating trying to describe what you are looking for. At times the lines are very long but they move quickly. They also always provide coupons if you do not have one. Recommend getting a membership with them. It doesnt hurt and now Im a frequent visitor.

So unorganized. Picked up some stuff from the 70% off section and came full price at the register - however there were many of the same items under 70% off section. They need to double check where they place their stuff. Waste of time. As a Deer Park resident, I rather drive to any other location but here.

I had never been to a craft store before. I admit that I only purchased some jewelry making items and small gnomes and small creatures for my granddaughter. Prices are variable. I do want to explore the store for possible decorating ideas. As the seasons change, everyone likes to spruce up their home. Its time to cozy up. To be continued...

Lots of arts and crafts supplies needed for a wedding. We used everything in the store to create center peices, customized shadow box, and all of the items need for favors.

This place is great. However I was a little taken back on their selection of fake Christmas trees. They were super expensive and seemed cheesey. Maybe I went at the wrong time but it wasnt what I hoped it be. Overall I go here for most of my creative needs. High five for that.

Michaels are great stores. This one is very clean and the workers are super friendly and helpful. Just frustrated that 6 days before Christmas they had already removed or not restocked any holiday stuff. The only stuff they had out was all broken glass single ornaments.

Well, being that the stores are just starting to open up we wasn’t sure of the store hours. We just needed to run in and get a photo album at 6:58pm (they close at 7pm) and the girl who was extremely unprofessional staring at us through the door wouldn’t let us just run in and grab a photo album which was the ONLY item we needed, we weren’t there to shop around. Doesn’t seem like good business to me, I won’t be shopping at this location and neither will any of my friends and family in the area any longer.

You find literally everything here even things you werent looking for! I have started to buy all my photo frames from Michaels bc theyre always on sale and they have a big selection of them. Go give them a look!

Came in looking for something and Juliana helped me she checked in the back for what I was looking for, then went ahead and called over to the Westbury location to make sure if they had the spray paint to hold it for me!!!

Good prices on all items. Alil messy but what you expect when the kids touch everything lol. They always have a wide variety of art supplies. Never disappointed in their stock.

I have been to this store 3 times, each time there are no floor staff work or available to help me find items. One time the floor staff were work the only 2 open registers. And theres always Limited register open, 1 or 2 max. Staff that you do find are nice but management needs to schedule better

All the Michaels this far has been a great experience for me and for the individuals I take care of. Omg, i wish i can obtain a Black card just to shop at Michaels..I saw that they ha e classes, I cannot wait to signed up. All in all Michaels is most definitely the store for any kind of creative artist( beginners(myself) to advance. Thank you so much!!!!!

Easy to find and staff very helpful

Deer Shore Square location has the usual Michaels products but sometimes seems like the layout is awkward. Staff friendliness definitely needs work. Its local with plenty of parking, so I continue to shop there as necessary.

Love this store. It seems like whatever season it is theres always fun ideas everywhere and inspiring bits and pieces to use for creating original decor and great gifts that are made with the recipient in mind

Wonderful store, great items & prices! HOWEVER it can be nearly impossible to find sales help on the floor when needed!!! The store seems to be quite understaffed......and while most employees are very knowledgeable (when u can find one) The young teens working there could definitely use some product training! Lol. Still all in all one of my favorite stores!!!!💗

I love going to Michaels. The prices are super reasonable. Add to it the coupons and sales and it is an awesome way to shop!!Last year I had a custom frame made for a print that had been in storage for 16 years. The staff did a spectacular job of it!! I was super pleased. This year I went back to the staff to create a custom frame for a matted print I brought back with me from WDW. Again spectacular job!!With coupons for custom framing it really works for me!!I highly recommend using Michaels for custome framing!!

An excellent store!This store always has what Im looking for! And the staff is wonderful . Last visit the cashier assisted me with my coupons and in doing so saved me more money than I would of with my combination..

Bathrooms are super gross, I thought, by the overpriced products, at least they would have a decent bathroom... its Saturday evening and they clearly havent clean the bathroom at least in the last 2 days.

Always find everything I need in this Michaels, the employees are polite and knowledgeable!

Just got back into crotcheting n I love it just like I did as a little girl!!!

This Michaels location was great. I stopped going to Michaels a while ago because the store closest to me did not appeal to me, it always seemed disorganized and messy. I found everything thing I needed quickly and easily and things were all on sale.

Michaels has a large inventory of craft supplies. I took my granddaughter there and I had a tough time getting her to leave. Every isle was a new adventure for her. We will be going back.

Went in to look for something in particular and I couldnt find it. In the end of the aisle were 4 or 5 employees just standing around chit chatting away. At least 3 of them made eye contact with me and went about their conversation as I walked around in circles for at least 10 minutes or so. I went down the aisle that they were standing at the end of and still not one person asked if I needed assistance. Eventually I went to the front of the store and asked a cashier. Only to find out the store didnt carry what I was looking for.

Great location, everything is always so organized and you can find all that you looking for. Employees are always eager to help you find what you need.

Worst Michaels ever. Absolutely no customer service, couldnt find anything in the mess of a store nothing was labeled with prices everything was thrown all around and there was NO ONE on the sales floor to offer any sort of assistance. We were just looking to get a mason jar, spent 20 minutes looking for them, finally found them and there were no prices so we left and went to Target.

This Michaels is never that busy and has everything.
