A local legend in flavors and quality (and service)weve had their milk delivered bin the past. thats great and convenient. you pay for quality. you dont dont have delivery to save money.as for the store in the headquarters.its always very well stocked with all the products.while staff is often teenagers, they must be well screened. friendly. helpful. courteous.and for the ice cream.Delicious.if youve never been. stop by. no doubt youll come away equally impressed

I take my young daughter here regularly as a reward for good behavior, effort and trying hard. She loves the ice cream shakes and always tries different flavors. The staff is always polite and well trained. The facility is clean and sanitary. I look forward to many more years taking my daughter here after a hard days work.

I ordered chocolate Marshmello but I think they gave me just chocolate. If it was indeed just chocolate it was a delight. If there was supposed to be marshmallows then it was seriously lacking. But Ill assume I was misheard (I was wearing a mask) and it was truly just chocolate.

Ordered 3 items at the drive up and nothing was what we ordered! So I had to walk over to a lady taking orders at the cars, waited til she was done, said excuse me, and she looked at me and walked away! Caught up to her and told her about the mess up and she just walked away and went inside ! So I stood there and waiting another 10 minutes for a young man to come out and hand me what I thought was a corrected order! Not! This is the second time in a week that this has happened! At the prices they charge, I believe we should get what we ask for! Customer service needs a lot of work!

Historically the best ice cream in Illinois. You have to try it at least once if you are visiting. For the locals, most of us have tried it and loved it. The milk is the most delicious I’ve had, creamy and full of taste. The banana splits are out of this world! Packed with all the delicious nuts and syrup you want. The lab here is amazing, as you can watch the process of making ice cream. Cows that feed the place with milk delivered by truck are the happiest cows alive, cruelty free. They deliver milk bottles in glass right to your house. The staff is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is one of their number one concern. Parking is free and a drive thru is available for this location. Board games are available for those that like chess or battle stations! Come by and give it a go! ;)

The blueberry lemon ice cream is absolutely amazing and this is a fun little place to stop and grab your own!

By far the BEST icecream you could have in your life. Recommend it 100%. My daughter got a free balloon and you get to see part of the manufacturing process and quality testing. Great setting to teach children about the process. My favorite was apple pie sundae. The small one is enough for two not very sweet tooth people.

I ordered a shake vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and strawberry they got it totally wrong there was no hot fudge I dont know what kind of chocolate they put in there but it was very little of it no real pieces of strawberry. Oberweis is usually known for great shakes ice cream milk so sad to see that hope it gets better

What a joy to find this hidden jewel in the MI area. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we move to MI there was an Oberweis. Having tried the Oberweis in North Aurora, IL and this one, I was able to compare the two. I can say that the vanilla shake taste just like the other one. My wife used to work for the Oberweis in IL and she still loves the ice cream. I can say the ice cream taste is consistent as well. For some reason, the frozen blended drinks are a little different but it is still great. We havent tried the hormone free milk yet. However, I would recommend Oberweis to anyone!

Ice cream is good, a Hispanic worker with long black hair is super annoying, then he goes skateboarding in the parking lot...one weekend I went around 11:20pm but found it closed...but that young man with some other workers were drinking liquor in the parking lot. I mean go home and do that, anyways i dont think Ill be going to that location any longer

On top of having excellent ice cream this company has been a staple of the Aurora area for over 50 years. In fact in the 1970s and 80s we had Oberweis deliver milk and OJ weekly in a stainless steel ice chest cooler right outside our front door. I couldnt wait for delivery day as a child. Top notch all the way around.

Nice location. Smallish drive thru. Lots of parking. Attached to the factory or offices. Serves hot chocolate as well. Tables inside have checker boards on some. A couple tables outside for enjoying a treat in nicer weather.

The products are excellent, and the staff is efficient and pleasant. Not cheap. But worth the cost.

This was our first time dining in anywhere since Feb 2020! We brought a card game and played at the game table while enjoying our ice cream. Very clean and friendly service. Will definitely return (hopefully before another year passes lol)

My kids and Grandkids love it. Off-season now but still a great treat. Went through the drive through in the summer and the lines were long, but they were very organized with how they handled this. The lines moved faster than I expected. Ice cream was so delicious.

I love oberweis ice cream more than any other. Every time I go to this location I get the best treat ever and my orders are always on point but for some reason when I make doordash orders from this location it seems like they don’t pay as much attention to them. Every single time I make an order which is the brownie hot fudge sundae with extra strawberries *which I pay for extra* they always miss either the strawberries or pecans or even the brownie like seriously!!I think they need to pay the same attention to them! We all pay the extra money to doordash plus delivery!!

Favorite stop for the kids and they love playing songs on the jukebox.

I had forgotten how expensive the ice cream was. In case you arent familiar with it, you pay for the scoop (which are not cheap nor large). I walked out with 2 sundaes paying $20.00 or more. One scoop didnt even make sense for the price you would pay. Its good ice cream but I have to really, really want it to go there again. I feel silly & guilty now just telling everyone what I spent.

Delicious milk products in glass bottles.milk from different areas of the country taste different and have different levels of fat content and flavor.so far, i have tasted milk from every state that has been delivered to NY.my conclusion is milk from Illinois is the most creamiest with the most flavor and fat content.probably because its the same milk used to make that famous and delicious Wisconsin cheese.

Used to be the Best ice cream in area. Their Milk is the best in area, however, removing the Udderly truffles flavor, that was a terrible decision to make. That was the best flavor. It was chocolate truffles in vanilla ice cream. Why would you ever take that flavor down?

We have been Oberweis customers for around 5 years and love their products. Last night we received an email notifying us that our items were out of stock and we would not receive a delivery today. This was frustrating to say the least. I reached out via email and received a response from Deanna Martin. She then followed up with a call upon my reply. They serve real premium ice cream, and toppings for the ice cream. Plus you can pick up all kinds of groceries while youre there. I have never had any bad ice cream from Oberweis. I will definitely return when Im back in the area.

Very cool store, connected to a large production facility with a viewing window. We were there on Saturday and nothing was going on in the factory so I dont know how active it is other days. Ice cream was perfect, service was fast and friendly, dining area was clean as were the bathrooms. Overall is highly recommend it.

Nice spot on Main road to eat delicious Oberweis Ice Cream. Very clean and family friendly. The parking is good and access is great. Nice location, maybe could have been closer to downtown St. Charles overlooking the river, but hey, Im not complaining too much if you give me a yummy bowl of Oberweis. Also check out the Oberweis factory in neighbouring Aurora for additional adventures!
