I love the store but found that there are not enough clothing items for older folks. I am 71 and only buy gifts for my kids and grandkids. You forgot about us. We supported you when we were younger and now we dont count.

We drove 45 minutes to buy an item that showed in stock on target’s site for this store. When we got there the store advised they had two in stock but that they were still in the back and on pallets so could not be pulled. We were also not able to place an order for pick up at a later date or place a hold for when the product was stocked. We were told to just try coming back after several days. If the item had shown limited stock or had been bought before we got there, I wouldn’t be writing this now. But when the website shows in stock, there should be some resolution the store can provide that isnt oopsies, just try coming back in a week.

This is my favorite Target. It is clean, and well organized. However, sometimes I have had issues returning an item when I cant find my receipt. There should be many ways of looking up items for return when receipt is not present.

I went at 0930 to pick up my order. it was not ready. I got an email at 1011 stating my order was ready to at 1200 i went to pick it up. The little blond girl stated she did not have any order for me. I gave her my name and she stated i did not have an order. I showed her the email she said there was no order, I talked to a second person and she said the first one spelled my name wrong. Like it was my fault. The second person did not understand why i was so upset I told her I could have ordered it for Amazon and had it delivered between 12 and 5 pm I wanted to shop local boy was that a mistake.

There was a nice family playing music out front and I asked for change for a $5 and was told by the service desk attendant that they can’t give change but can sell me a pack of gum for change even after I just spent $65 at the register.

For those of you reading this in the near future, this was pandemic time. Was in today. Carts are cleaned and readily available. The store is clean. The workers are nice and helpful. They are decently stocked. @Eddie good job cashiering today. Nice, chill guy, but you could tell he was doing his best to keep things moving too. Very helpful. I dont envy cashiers and people working in the public right now, but some people have a terrible attitude that makes it very difficult to even be around them (and that goes for plenty of shoppers too). I feel like zero percent of the workers have that here and I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work and stay safe!

Clean organized store friendly associates

Robert in your electronics department is a treasure! My sister and I took our parents to get the Consumer Cellular phone plans. We had many questions and problems from them not switching over and so we made many trips to the store. Each time Robert was there, smiling, patient and helpful! We greatly appreciate all of his help and patience.

I went to this Target today, bought a $55.99 Star Wars Lego set, the sign said there was a $10 gift card with a $50 purchase of Star War Legos. I didnt get it so when I got home I tried to call the store, no one answered. Also the incoming call message is way too long. After it is done, its repeated in Spanish, no one wants to wait that long waiting for someone to answer. Make sure you get gift card while you are checking out.

There were masks available and hand sanitizer as soon as you walk into the store. The employees were sanitizing after every customer and were very kind. I appreciate it!

I like the target circle offers.

Usually pretty good. Though one time while going to the customer service counter they didnt seem to want to help me with why one item wasnt checking out correctly. They were like yeah that shouldnt be checking out like that but they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I am a frequent Target shopper. During my last four trips, there has only been ONE CASHIER available, with several customers in line. Each time I asked a staff member if there are any more lanes opening, they direct me to the self check-out lanes. I am not a paid employee and feel I shouldnt have to scan and bag my own items. I am to the point when I will stop shopping at your store. I am very disappointed!

They were advertising $10 off on a $40 purchase in mens apparel I bought a pair of jeans and a dress shirt that totaled $60. When I checked out I scanned my membership card and was charged full price. After I checked out I went to my car and lost my receipt in the Wind I went back to customer service to try to get my discount and they couldnt pull up my receipt and they couldnt give me my discount without returning all the items I bought and repurchasing them was just too much of a hassle I wont be back

Target is my favorite store & I am also a former employee of Target. I love the North Aurora Target store! The store is clean & organized...the deals are always great! The clearance sections get me every time! LOL

This store is incredibly clean & organized. They also had more selection than other Targets in the area. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

This location is clean but they have an amazing knack for always being out of stock on the lower and moderate priced choices while stocking a ridiculous number of $200+ artificial Christmas trees and $40 picture frames. I also assume that management isnt great at this store because the now hiring sign never comes down, they never have enough registers open and you can never find an employee in the store if you happen to have a question. This store really needs to either open their express lanes at all times (and enforce the item maximum) or put in a self checkout. Ive actually left this location because I have better things to do than wait 20 minutes to check out with a few items. Another check against this location is their lack of liquor and wine but I think thats a North Aurora thing rather than a Target thing.

I usually go for my prescriptions, but always know the other items I need, so its a time saver too.My pharmacy team is fantastic. They all know my name & go the extra mile to help me with my Rx questions. They are the best.

Targets curb side pick up is so fast! Before I even put the car in park, an associate is walking out the door towards my vehicle!!

Super clean store and friendly employees. Stopped here for a quick lunch. The cafe has hot dogs, pretzels, and etc. There is also a Starbucks and Pizza Hut (individual pizzas).

I needed to make an exchange and appreciated Angels help at the service desk. The cashiers area always pleasure to speak with as well.

The customer service area looks messy, now that the carts are no longer behind the wall for re-shop. The area is starting to resemble the messiness of the other big-box retail store that is so popular.The customer service associate who helped me with my pick-up order almost fell, several times, climbing over pick-up orders that are placed anywhere theres space. PLEASE go back to having the shopping carts behind the wall, and find a better system for organizing the pick-up orders. (Locations on a shelf should be scanned in to identify the location of the package.)Overall, the store was as clean as could be expected, for the holiday season. The associates were all helpful, and there were PLENTY of associates available to help. THANK YOU!

Running errands with my eight year old daughter is a nightmare sometimes because she wants to look at everything in the store. Being able to just run in grab the items from the customer service desk and leave is amazing.

Very clean nice staff but like most Targets they can be a bit pricey for me. They do have a nice selection of things if you do not have time to order something online.

My wife and I bought our house, partially because there is a Target less than five minutes away. This is our Target. Well-kept, well-stocked, friendly. Love my Target.

They wouldnt let me returnan item because it had a very small amount of dog hair on it.. but the target in Batavia took the return with no issues.. very annoying.

Manufacturers coupon clearly said use at any retailer for Similac and was denied for no reason. I would hate to think my race was involved. I really gave 0 star but I guess this is as low as it goes.

I was doing some shopping for Christmas gifts. Tried to price match a couple of items from Amazon and I was told they couldnt price match it because it was Amazon Prime I told them that Amazon prime just means that it qualifies for free shipping if you have Amazon prime. Another customer service clerk chimed in and said that it was like a sams club membership I showed them that I was not signed in to an Amazon account and that the item was not an exclusive prime deal. If you cant price match an item thats shipped and sold by Amazon and you cant price match third party vendors on Amazon, then how do you price match Amazon at all? It is definitely listed as a site that gets price matched. The 2 ladies at customer service are not the brightest apparently l. Oh well, I ordered 3 of those items on Amazon. Can a target manager chime in on the policy regardIng Amazon price match? Obviously customer service has no clue.

The manager or lead, Tasha has been more than helpful in trying to straighten out an issue I have been having with a broken toy I exchanged numerous times in less than 2 weeks! I was at 2 other locations the Randall Rd target was one of them. They said no stores carried the toy and I had to contact manufac. As randall rd target was telling me this over the phone, Tasha had 5 in the back and 3 on the shelf! Love the Orchard Rd Target staff!

I always like to go to Target the staff takes time to take care of you no matter what of course there was a product I want it but it was the wrong price the manager give it to me at that price even though it was the wrong price thats why I always go there instead of Walmart they have bad attitude and they dont treat their employees wear respect I should know I used to work for them 5 years and they fired me for taking a 15-minute break without permission but the laugh when Im them cuz I was able to collect unemployment for 2 years thank you Walmart
