Nice, clean and fresh store inside and out. Pretty good selection of fashion with a few sporting goods. Too bad there was ZERO customer service while I was making a purchase today. Never asked if I, or any other of the 5 customers, if I needed anything, the cashier said NOTHING as I checked out. Literally, nothing. Not hello, did you find everything, how are you today or any words at all. I should have bought the same item on Amazon. Try to support local, small businesses but without customer service there is no reason to do business locally. After speaking with corporate customer service, who was very apologetic and assured me that I would be receiving a follow up call and email. Corporate is on the ball and customer centric.

Do not purchase from this store!!! I bought a pair of $80.00 shoes there and within a week they had torn up. The problem was when I went to take them in, the man said”oh, they’ve been worn a lot!!! I said, Sir, look at the receipt, they are a week old and they should not have torn up like this. I’m sorry, we can’t take them back because they’ve been worn!!! Really, stand behind your products Sir or don’t sell them!!!! Ridiculous…You have lost our families business and our extended families business!!!!

Mallory is very helpful and guided us shopping when we came into the store because We didn’t really know how to do most of the stuff but Mallory helped us figure out my sister and I size.

Its a 50/50 chance of what you get from Hibbett Sports. Their raffles are god awful. Online pickup can go either way too. Shipping can get messed but but theyre STILL better than Footlocker and their affiliates so the choices are limited and thats why theyll keep getting my business
