Theyre so friendly. If you need help they bend over backwards for you, or if you just want to shop, by yourself, they let you do that too. (I think they probably prefer it that ways too)! 😉

Store is very dirty. Merchandise all over the place especially on floors. Staff not using safety protocols, no masks, no sanitizer. If youre looking for something in particular, dont bother looking for it where it should be because mixed in somewhere else. How this store doesnt get screamed at by corporate is beyond me.

This store mislabeled two items I was purchasing and those items scanned at a more expensive price at the register. I pointed this out to the woman who was working the register. She agreed with me and then called her manager. The manager said that I would still have to pay the higher price. Not only bad business practices, but illegal to not charge the advertised price. I will never go in there again.

I so love dollar gen. They always have a clearance table which I love. But also our local store has very friendly employees that remember you and ask how you are. I like shopping there for basic essentials or a quick toy for my girl.

Items here can be name brand and they still cheaper than most other stores, including Walmart, which banks on you buying more than you planned to or steering you into higher priced products like TV sets... its hard to spend too much in Dollar General!

Very well managed right now for the consumer during these times. I am not sure about the employees and how they are but I hope they are doing well.

I love every dollar general store. Fun stuff great prices and the staff is very kind and honest. The cashier thought I left a bag at the counter. It was about 20 degrees n snowing but he still ran out to the parking lot found me and returned the bag.a very good experience.

Clean and easy to go to Truckers not enough room for trailer but great to re-up supplies.

Review is for North Adams store only.I have no problems with the staff at this store. They are always professional and prompt.This is the only dollar general store that Ive ever been to that didnt carry milk or accept food stamps or whatever they call the program in Massachusetts.Every time Ive been in this store somebody has come in expecting cheaper dollar general milk and walked right back out when they realize there isnt any (its about 1 dollar cheaper than big y)I have a sneaky suspicion this is due to Big y exerting some type of control on DG in order to allow the store so close to them...

Big store, quite nice. No public restroom though if I remember correctly.

This store out of most of them was very clean and stocked. The staff was very friendly. I really felt welcomed. I will revisit soon.

It was a really bad experience . I had a basketful my special needs daughter needed to use the bathroom. Her father had died and her nerves and emotions were getting to her I asked the lady if my daughter could use a bathroom and she said no I explained the situation and she rolled her eyes and hissed at me so I left and went next door.
