The purchase process was fast, uncomplicated and our sled loaded onto trailer quickly.I couldn’t believe the quantity of their sled selection. We had a 16 year old John Deere Gator Diesel. After the primary clutch, just died. It was a decision of put $1000 into a 16 year old machine or move on. We moved on. The John Deere Gator was a good machine. It withstood a lot of employee abuse.We didn’t return to John Deere for another Gator for 4 reasons:1) the price of parts.2) the new gators are predominantly plastic accents.3) the size of the bed/dump body was significantly smaller.4) price is inflated, in my opinion, Paying for the name.We did research many brands over the years knowing that the Gator’s life was nearing an end. We reviewed in depth, talked to people and read opinions on:KubotaJohn DeereKawasakiCadetBobcatA factor on the brand was also where and whom we’d purchase from.I wanted a positive, honest, fair experience. So we returned to SouthSide Sales and Service.From deposit on 3/1/21 to arrival, it took 7 days. They had other models on site. When we expressed our preferences in a side X side, they never doubted us, talked us out of our preferences. Just happily placed the order.Bruce Jr is a solid, helpful and honest guy. Very unhelpful. Made the first bad decision with this establishment by purchasing my sled from them. Received it completely filthy and on fumes for fuel and the suspension on Mac for every single shock. Fast forward to the other day and went in to get a part. Bought pet and ask if they had time to install(lower a arm) The answer was not today and that was for 11am on a Wednesday. While 7 dam people including the owner sat at the desk just chatting with each other. I walked out disgusted and drove down to orileys Took an hour and had the machine fixed and ready to go back to riding. End of the day I rate this the worst establishment I’ve been to to date simply put.

Great service, had the super rare polaris part I needed, they shipped it, I had it next day. I would highly recommend doing business with these folks !

They have a customer for life. I bent an A arm on a Thursday night. I gave them a call Friday morning to see what they could do, fully expecting I’d be out of luck for the weekend I got a call back in 15 minutes saying they would send someone over to my house to fix it. Turns out I had a cracked bushing too, they had to run back to the shop to grab the part. By the time I was home from work Friday it was fixed. Blew me away.

I bought a Snowblower, had an issue with it, called to address; they came picked it up, fixed the problem and dropped off a few days later. I also appreciate their support for the Human Rights Campaign which is why I chose them over others.

Called to see if they would install a track on my arctic cat, they said they would. Ordered part, called back to make an appointment and they told me their Polaris customers are more important, refused to work on my sled after I bought the $500 part for it.

I drive 2 hours to get there and its well worth the drive. They gave me a great package deal. Any problem Ive had they were jumping to fix it. Great prices!! Id recommend them to anyone

These guys did an excellent job of repairing my lawn tractor deck. I would recommend them.

I was very disappointed with them in regards to my weed wacker.They had it for 2 weeks and a few days. Had my wife take it in. I spoke with this guy, and told him exactly what was wrong. Check something in the fuel tank. The machine was running when I sent it there. When I called to ask about it, he the guy tried to cell me a new one. I went to pick it up, and I caught him, (the guy) in 3 different lies. I told him I just wanted my machine back and asked if they had a senior discount, or a BS discount and again voice my dissatisfaction of their services. I would diract anyone to go to Pittsfield for their Husqvarna needs. I may have been born in the daytime, but not today.

Bought a sled from them back in Oct 2015, and the owner Bruce, is a great guy to do business with. Brandon was another great person - he did alot to help me to make a decision on buying the sled. Highly recommended. Thank you Southside.

Beware!Make sure you pick up your equipment or they will sell it, i forgot to pick up my lawn mower and called to pick it up several months later and was told that it was sold!

They sell junk at this shop .. they list used parts .. I bought a set of seats that they had loaded up out in a trailer they gave them to me 1 at a time to load up in my van .. when I got home I saw that they were 2 different seats and they did nothing to help or make it right even when he said he would .. beware of this place trust nothing they say ..
