For my own experience it was all good! Its one of my favorite stores because it has lots of good items like all sorts of chokers and earrings and pins! Pins are my main😌👍🏼 really recommend:)

The place is well organized with covid. Employees are vigilant on how many customers are in the store. They have a waiting line outside of the store. Staff is friendly and helpful to ensure you find what youre looking for.

IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! 😖 The staff were great there and they were very helpful, especially this one lady who checked us out 👍 They had so much there I was there for a good hour and they were literally about to close soooo- ANYWAYS it really was great but one suggestion- ever think about adding some Haikyuu? Like all of a sudden it has gotten popular which is great its just that the only place to buy some of that stuff is on online websites and it’s not the best option for me in my opinion at least. But either way keep it up because it’s great here! 😌👍

I’m so disappointed right now, I placed an order online at 1pm, it said to wait 3-4 hrs for your confirmation email when your order is ready, it is now 6:51p I still have yet to receive any email and went to store . They said they are very busy which I understand Bc of covid, but mind you I have a 3 pins in my right foot and was told to wait in line like everyone else?! What the actual F ? I ordered online so I don’t have to wait plus that’s against my medical orders to be standing waiting in line for 15mins when I already drove there and walked inside and back to my car! The girl brought me out 2 bottles and said they are here we just haven’t gotten to you yet, WOW really? Guess they don’t care about the handicapped either, NEVER EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

I wanted to write a review after visiting this Hot Topic. Usually when I go into a Hot Topic, theyre playing garbage music and you wonder whether you walked into Claires instead. This HT had a good music selection that I actually didnt mind being in the store for a little longer.I was looking at body jewelry and Josh came up to ask me if I was finding everything alright. I told him I didnt see a lot of selection for 5/8 piercings and he went above and beyond trying to help me find piercings for that size, even going to the back of the store and checking if they had anything back there.He brought up some jewelry and it wasnt for me, so he said he would let HT know that there is increasing interest in my size.I also had an issue with my card, which Capital One blocked due to fraud. I had to pay with a different card, but Josh and Cass were more than willing to process the return after I got the issue with Capital One resolved.I wish my local Hot Topic was as welcoming, friendly and helpful. Actually makes me want to travel to HIP mall just to shop there. Shout out to Josh and Cass. You guys are great!

This place is pretty awesome. With all their gizmos and gadgets I could be there for a good hour without being bored. Its also easy to find gifts for others here. The price might be a bit much but I would definitely recommend this place.

Not enough staff in the store. We were there the day after Christmas and it was very busy but they only had 3 staff members to cope. At least the ones they had were trying hard to serve everyone in a timely manner and they were both helpful and friendly.

Shouts out to the employee who helped me pay for an items sales tax out of his own pocket. It was only like a quarter but this dude really came through and I appreciate it a lot. I hope he got a raise

My friends and I go to this mall all the time. This Hot Topic is especially nice. The selection is big enough for people with darker style and fandom merch. The workers go up and beyond to help you and everyone is incredibly friendly. If your looking for a Hot Topic, go to this one!

The definition of customer service. They didnt have the dress I wanted, so they ordered it for me and it just came today! It fits perfectly. I shop at Hottopic all the time and it is the best shopping experience I ever had. ^_^

I like this store very much since Im able to live my emo dreams because of this store. However, I feel its a bit pricey sometimes but if you come around when school starts (mid july-sep) theres very good deals and discounts

Dont really want to knock off stars because this place just isnt for me and that wouldnt be fair. Staff is nice, theres a large selection of shirts, and its nice to see them attempt to recognize their punk/goth roots with their hall of fame shirt wall which at least has Ramones, Misfits, and one single The Cure shirt youve probably seen or bought elsewhere. Their black craft brand is often a huge hit and a miss. Its all silly Uber occult Instagram goth stuff with pentagrams all over the place. Blackheart is a decent brand with plenty of basics like jeans and dresses that you can goth up with your DIY stuff or accessories.Gome are the days when this was the goth store. No more joy division shirts, its all replaced with Funko pops, anime, and Rick and Morty and forget about shopping here if youre a size 18 or bigger. Still Ill give credit where credit is due, all their plus size stuff is online and their selection is also really damn good and free store shipping is nice.Whatever, hottopic is for posers anyways right?

Walked in and immediately had an unhealthy doses of my emo days. But seriously, great store. It has plenty of band tshirts, meme tshirts, Funko pops, jewelry, and plenty of other accessories. Nothing in here is too expensive and there are frequent sales that usually take place every month. Highly recommend stopping by if youre in the HIP and used to be a scene kid!

Visited this store a few days ago. An employee named Itzel came into the store, in a hurry, late for her shift. She put her hands on my daughter to move her out of the way so she could run her things to the back. My daughter is seven, very shy and was extremely bothered that a stranger had moved her out of the way like she did. Its completely unacceptable to put your hands on a child that isnt yours.

Unbelievably Rude Manager!! I was in the check out line waiting to be helped and she was standing there just looking. But as soon as a CAUCASIAN WOMAN came behind me she right away asked her if she was ready to check out and had me wait for the other cashier! After I was standing right infront of her for about 15min!!!
