The managers and staff at this location are very helpful with product damages and returns, I had received a damaged product I ordered from bestbuy.com and they were able to assess that it was a problem that was out of their control unfortunately. They offered me different alternatives that was available at their store and I was very pleased with their staffs knowledge and customer service.

Two different employees paged someone to where I was at so I could ask a question about the go pro cameras and no one ever came. Then I got ahold of the manager and he said it was because I didn’t ask the person at the door so supposedly you need to know that you can only ask one employee and no one else in the building. Acted like I should know that their host would have sent someone after waiting 25 minutes with no help. Oh AND their GoPro max is stocked in an a locked case that has it priced at 199.99 and they refused to honor it. MANAGERS NAME IS STEVE

When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a man, he asked me What brings you in today? I said Im just browsing. He then asked me What are you looking to get help with specifically? I then said Im just browsing, not sure what I want, I just want to browse. He then told me You cant browse, if youre not buying something you can leave, you can browse in the mall if you want to. I then said, are you serious? That makes no sense, I want to speak to a manager, What is your name? He said I am the manager and my name is Steve! I was like okay well Steve Ive been shopping with Best Buy for Years, and Ive never had anyone treat me with the level of disrespect you are giving me! He then told me Well if youre not buying you can leave, I will escort you out! If you dont want to leave I will call security! I said well Steve Im going to browse, you can call security if you want. He then said are you going to buy something? I said maybe who knows, he then said I will escort you around the store. I said Im good, I dont need your help. He then said how do you think you will get help? I said I will get help when or if I need help. He then proceeded to follow me around the store and harass me and patronize me. I did not feel welcomed one bit from the start. I was followed the whole time, I really cant comprehend why this Manager would act like this and treat his customers this way to be honest. Im Truely upset, this really makes no sense. He told me he was the general Manager. As he followed me I took a photo of him, and a video as well. I asked him to tell me again why he is following me, he then said he wont repeat himself, I asked him to tell me again why I cant browse the store? He then tried to backtrack what he originally said to me. The problem is this General Manager should be held accountable for his actions, I want to open an investigation on him. Im looking for a call from corporate and will email and or call them until I get a resolution. If not, Im done with this company. Managers Name that treated me terribly Steve Rzab. I will post this review on google and yelp as well thank you!

One of the best electronics stores, good customer care, sometimes its hard to find someone to help you, I think they have shortage of employees, but when you find someone they will provide good customer! I wanted to by electronic scooter but unfortunately its out of stock, I noticed that they have some other items where out of stock too! So I suggest to check the availability of the product before you go!

MOHAMED manager at the store was the worst customer service experience I had ever encountered. The best part of this was that at least I learn that he doesn’t care about customers or the company since at least was honest to tell me the truth about how he feels about this company and customer. When I told him that with his customer service skills he will not be there for too long his answer was straight forward: THIS IS NOT MY CARRER OR FUTURE ! What can I say ?? Keep your customer service skills and honesty !

Beat Buy is just not how it use to be. Not to mention I was blocked at the door by an associate and questioned what did I come to Best Buy for today? Felt like I was not welcomed in if I were to say something like I just want to look aroundThe store looked terrible like a scene from zombie land. Product was out of stock everywhere, tags hanging all over the place. The store just looks abandoned.Then to top it all off when I asked for help, my product was escorted to the front not even given time to read the specs on the box.So... is everyone in the world just going to run out the door with a cheap $150 amp?I mean they have more associates guarding the front door then helping customers out.Well I hate to say I use to love shopping at Best Buy and seeing tons of new product everywhere talking with people that knew about the product and gave good advice.I guess this is why people are moving to online shopping and Amazon =/

Early this year of 2021 in April.A fake Amazon agent from Delhi, India managed to manipulate me off of $1,700.00, $1,500.00 were in Best Buy gift cards.Indian scammers have infiltrators spread through out the U.S. and making purchases with gift cards at the Best Buy in the Fashion Center in Delaware, Newark NJ. and in Arizona too.15 different counterfeit gift cards were used The Fashion Center in Delaware, and no suspicion was raised by the Best Buy cashier nor the machine.The Customer Service contact number staff people were supposed to retract the merchandise and reimburse the funds back to my gift cards but they didnt do their job, and the merchandise was sent out to the address of the scammers, and now Best Buy could not reimburse the funds back to my gift cards.Its a shame because I wouldve used the gift cards to make my future purchases for electronics here but do to the extremely poor customer service and lack of care for their customers, I am highly considering my other options for electronics over Best Buy.BEST BUY ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING A SALE, NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

I was told to wait by the pink post. The employee who waited on me was more interested in using his cellphone than helping. When he saw me, he wasnt in a hurry and still was using his cellphone. I just came from Staples but they didnt have what I wanted in stock. The Staples employee was knowledgeable and attentive.

We bought a TV through Flex Shopper online and had to pick it up from this location. I tried to call for a full day to see if it was ready to be picked up. No one answered the phone. Ever. When we pulled up there a sign said to call the same number to let them know you were there to pick something up. We just went inside because it was the same number and we knew we’d be on another endless hold.After the pointless calling, I will say it was a super easy pickup once we got there. We went in and told them what we were there to get. She checked ID and then told us to pull up the car. We did and someone brought it out for us. It was really quick and easy and we were in and out and on our way home within 10 minutes. We love the TV and are really happy with it!

I also went to the best buy in the Hip mall, it was alright. They had a sale going on for their Airpod pros, the price online was around $199 and in the store the price came up to $250 which was completely different from what it said online.

My brand new phone got hacked and the Geek Squad fixed it in lightening fast time....and compd me. Erin and Stephanie were delightful. The store wasnt crowded and theres free parking. Have purchased everything from sheet music to a tv here. Love it even though its not a mom & pop. When they have sales....just GO!

The manager there was EXTREMELY rude. I forgot his name. He was fat and wore glasses. He yelled at my little sister because she wanted to return a product she purchased just two hours before. It was a tax software. He said he cant return opened items, but it was his clerk that opened it to show her how to use it. It ended up being the incorrect software. When I walked over to ask him why he was raising his voice at my sister, he repeatedly cut me off. We asked for another manager and he said he was the only one. We will never return to this best buy. This man should be fired. He had no care and made my sister cry when we left.

Curb side pickup review..When I went, the app said about 4 minutes. Actually took in total about ten. Very professional, definitely would do it again. Also, there was a line for in-store pickup. Waiting in the comfort of my car was a definite plus and didnt have to worry about others getting to close.

The Worst Buy, instead! Customers waited 10 minutes in line to finally being addressed by the wrong staff members (Geek Squad). Actual Best Buy staff on the floor are plain Rude and know almost nothing about the merchandise. Best Buy would rather shut down this store when the type of business comportment they adapted is as low as this.

Its still a good store with a lot of bargains. I bought Samsung tablets A for $149.00 and Canon all-In-One Printer G4210 $299.00 - the one you refill ink your self from bottles. Forget buying expensive cartridges!!!! and many other devices at low cost. Stop more often and look!!! Dont just assume Amazon is cheaper. Good lock and HappyShopp.

Very helpful staff on hand as soon as you come in the doors. COVID-19 PREPARED, they have masks to give you if you dont have one and antibacterial wipes and gel for proper santitation. Now parking was NOOOO PROBLEM AT ALL, there was plenty of parking available. Very good place to shop at, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this BEST BUY.😃

I had a GPS receiver and backup camera installed in my vehicle. Mike was very professional and completed the installation in a timely manner. He went above and beyond in combating the Covid, like using disposable plastic covers over my vehicles seat, key, etc.Now I can reverse without turning my neck, and Ill never get lost again with my GPS. The entrance is a nightmare to find (basement) needs some sings. but once you find it they have a whole 8 parking drive ups and you can use your best buy app and make it extremely easy and save to order online and pick up. I spend 10minutes finding the store entrance and 5 minutes getting my order!

I just came out of the store. I went in to buy .1 washer. 1 dryer. Then I wanted to buy an air fryer. So I ask a man if there was anyone to help me. He said yes but he is either a customer. I waited for 20 minutes. As this customer must have worked there as she was price checking for other people. I have no objection to that. But is there only one person in this whole store that can assist a customer? The man I asked to help me walked by me 3 times. There were 3 customers waiting including.
