Had a big selection of teas and oils and several items I was interested in had I been left alone long enough to think about it and talk to my husband instead we had an overwhelming sales lady who wouldn’t stop talking and seemed to need to explain way too much to us. Whatever happened to simply asking is there anything I can help you with and if the answer is no simply leave the customers be. I also have sensory issues and am easily overwhelmed with over the top talkative people

Love this place. Since discovering this store, we have replaced all of our cooking oils with products from here. Just picked up black pepper olive oil . Cant wait to use it

I love this place! Prices are affordable for how amazing is the quality of the products. The staff is super friendly. High variety of oils and vinegars, tea, etc.!It would be nice, if they would be able to re use the bottles or having a recycle program.

I and my family love this store. If youre fond of cooking with Olive Oil or Balsamic Vinegar you have to check this place out. They have an incredible selection of flavors to choose from to fit every palate. Olive Oil isnt just for lubrication for your cooking tools but is now a flavor enhancer! The customer service is fantastic and friendly. You can also place orders online and have it delivered.

Wonderful atmosphere and great sales people!! They will help you find any oil balsamic pairing you could imagine and the loose tea selection is extensive.

Never been so disappointed in this place. Been shopping here for years and today spending half of $100 and the lady was rude to me cause I had a $100 bill and she complained that they were small business. I have spent up to $300 at one time at this place. Looks like I will be going to north side from now on. You don’t want my business.

I love this place. They got good stuff!! Especially their Tuscan olive oil is always my favorite. Their original balsamic is super good and tasty too. They also have good variety of teas. I love cream brûlée tea. So pretty much I love this place!

Im a huge tea fan and I love coming here to buy loose leaf tea. I love smelling all the different types of teas before I decide to buy. Its a fun place to try different types of olive oil and vinegarettes as well. There are A LOT of samples :D

Lovely shop - left with 4 different Roobois teas to try. Great customer service experience - the lady there was very sweet and helpful. Nice selection of accessories, I picked out two strainers/steepers (not sure what theyre called? lol) for the loose leaf tea. Will definitely be back again!
