The water is awful! Smells so bad it is unusable. They say we are on city water,but I called the Norfolk city water department and they say we are not. Roads are so bad! I twisted my ankle in a pothole getting out of the car after work one dark night. Lot rent is pretty high for land you will never own. The owners bounce any email you send them back to the court manager. She really cant make any changes and the owners seem to want to collect the rent and do nothing in the way of improvements. I would love to have the money they collect from tenants out here! I would not recommend this court to anyone.

Heather is the bomb Im on my second trailer out here. They help you with the saving for a down payment and a match of 3000. Heather helped do all the paperwork and now we might be home owners again.

Clean for a trailer park. Has some decent mobile homes

Place is gross they dont take care of the roads that always of the people that cost way too much and the owner doesnt do anything to help the people out
