Great service, we work on boilers so we mess up uniforms all the time. Teo is our delivery guy and all my clothes are always clean and in great shape. I accidentally got jeans and wanted cargo pants instead. I called the number and waited 3 weeks, still no cargo pants. I asked Teo and the very next delivery i had all my jeans swapped out with brand new cargo pants. Definitely made my job easier and much more comfortable. 5/5 for service and reliability.

Weve used Unifirst for over 20 years. Their services has been horrible the past few years. Over priced and they bill you for their screw up. The representative had me sign a paper saying it was to make sure our company information was up to date when it was actually a five year contract. They are miss leading. Turn in uniforms to get clean and dont get them back but still get bill. Dont use this company.

Frank from unifirst of Hampton roads is one of the best uniform guys Ive had. He always makes sure I get what I need within a week. Just make sure not to poo your your pants they dont clean that.

Terrible company. My employer has a contract with them. The rest of the company has uniforms that fit, while Ive been getting mens size 46 pants for three weeks after requesting a womens 18 or 16. Ive been repeatedly told they dont offer womens FR uniforms, which I could deal with IF I had any uniforms at all that fit. I spoke/met with a manager today and he was very rude and sarcastic while mumbling sexist comments to a coworker regarding thtt I work in a mans field. I hope unifirst can educate themselves on diversity in the workplace. Very disappointing.

We at Viking Burger have been using UniFirst for about a year now. The driver, Teo, always makes sure our weekly order of towels, mats, and rugs is correct.
