Couldn’t have had a better experience. Henry especially is sharp. All cabinets and counter tops are perfectly level, bubble right in the middle. All personnel we spoke to during this project were very polite, kind, and accommodating. I have referred many clients over to Global. Global did a fantastic job on the counter tops in my personal home as well. Keep up the good work.

I just went in the showroom this morning searching for new kitchen cabinets and countertop. There was one lady there and she was on the phone. Never even acknowledged us or said I will be right with you so we just looked around I saw some cabinets I was interested in but fifteen minutes later the woman was still on the phone. I walked up to the window she was still talking on the phone. We stayed around for a few more minutes then left. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Don’t waste your valuable time and money here at this poor excuse for a business.

Great products for a great price--kitchen cabinets and granite counter. Very knowledgeable, responsive staff.

Overall, not terrible; however, I would consider someone else before hiring again. Prices were marginally better than competitors and they were able to get the work done sooner than most. No real complaints about the countertops in the end, but there were some significant missteps along the way.First, they dropped a piece of the granite on the morning they were to do the work which delayed the installation - but, stuff happens. After the work was complete was when I found some defects in the overall craftmanship... 1) The height of the dishwasher was not adjusted for the new countertop. As a result, it was pinched into its new position and canted backwards in order to (kinda) fit. 2) I used their plumber to install the new sink that I bought along with the counter tops. Three separate issues here... a) They installed the wrong sink. Their first response to the problem was to ask me to accept the incorrect sink. They ultimately came around on that one after a manager/supervisor was consulted, b) The PVC drain piping leaked. Apparently he did not apply enough adhesive, c) The sink drain itself leaked because the fitting for the garbage disposal was not fastened tightly enough to the bottom of the basin (only 1 of 3 screws were tight). I corrected the dishwasher and sink drain myself; they sent the plumber back out to correct the PVC piping problem under warranty. In the end, I got a good product.Overall, the price was good, the people were kind, and the timliness of the work was good. I had a higher expectation for the number of issues that I found after the work was completed. I probably should have been more on top of it, but this was a rental property and I just wasnt as present as I would have been had it been my primary residence.

Im amazed at how beautiful there granite countertops and cabinets are ... so far they are the best ive seen in the hampton Roads area ... the office staff was so pleasantly polite ... and the installers did a terrific job ... ill recommend them to anybody looking to upgrade there kitchen cabinets .
