I love Vitamin Shoppe but Kathy especially made this visit awesome. She’s extremely knowledgeable. We bought 3 different products and she was able tomake educated recommendations for each. My Aunt who is over 60 had to immediately replace her hormone replacement therapy treatment. I referred my aunt to The Vitamin Shoppe, so we drove together to Ghent. Prior to and after our arrival, Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her phone demeanor was very reassuring. She kindly answered questions and concerns, and made us feel at ease. My aunt said the treatment helped her within an hour of using the supplement. She said she experienced relief she hasnt enjoyed in years! Per my Aunt, Kim is the best person that I ever had help me. She help me with my problem with my hormones! If yall have any problem, go to Kim at The Vitamin Shoppe! She Aint nothing but the truth! Nothing but the truth!! I love her to death (for helping me) and shes the best! Thank you!

Staff was super condescending and stared at us like we didn’t belong in the store. Usually never have a problem but today they have literally lost my business for good. Going back to GNC.

These places are great for the wide variety of vitamins and sport supplements. I always get my protein from here. Staff is helpful and friendly

Great selection but employee Cathy is rude and does not do well to display positive customer service. I thought initially it was because the 1st time I dealt with her I came in right before closer and I could understand however even well before closing she has a super attitude multiple times she needs some training on how to speak and deal with customers especially the nice ones like myself

The blonde lady (weight lifter) is horrible . She has classism attitude like shes better then some people. Her co workers are always nice but theyre constantly changing them so you never know whom to ask questions besides her. Place would do much better service without her around.

Kathy educated me on fish, MCT and flax oil. I only purchased fish oil for my dry eyes but will be ordering flax ... Kathy was very personable kind and genuinely made me feel like she cared about why I came in. She didnt rush me and asked that i come back to see her to learn more about her vitamin regimen. Im mostly in chesapeake but these experiences are the deciding factor between GNC, Walgreens and Vitamin Shoppe. Thanks Kathy, much appreciated...

The Vitamin Shoppe has begun to lose its competitive marketing. Ive never found the employees to be as knowledgeable as GNC but I know it can be hit or miss. However, you find basically anything and everything in the store for significantly cheaper on Amazon. (Animal cuts, C4, BPI, you name it) and their mix and match sales (unlike GNC) are brand specific. So you cant mix, say C4 and BPI. You have to get two of the same brand, whereas Ive never had that happen at GNC and obviously not on Amazon. Also I did the math, the points dont add up enough to make up the difference in price.

Come here for C4, always quality service.
