The capacitor in my AC unit went out on the hottest day of the year. I purchased a replacement online and it was ready for pick-up quickly. I ended up buying two replacements to have a back up. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and joy to talk to. Thank you Grainger!

Mixed feelings. The people at the store were excellent. Very informative and caring. When I called to talk to somebody at the store I got only the office for the main establishment. After 30 minutes I still did not get the information I needed. My only option is to go back to the store because it does not have a direct line.

“For the ones who get it done”I’m trying to get it done on a Saturday but Grainger is closed. Everyone is open on Saturday (Harbor Freight, Northern Tool, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, Auto Zone). But, the place that has what I need is closed. Brilliant.
