Staff are always super friendly. Price wise its give and take. Like a bunch of thrift shops prices are all over the place. But, overall not a bad shop.

I like this store but I have noticed that over the last year or so they have gotten crazy over brand names. If an article of clothing is brand name, they kick up the price no matter if they have comparable non name brand items in better shape for way less. Theyve even started keeping brand name items at the front like theyre so special. All these items were donations to contribute to the hospital and people who cant afford Dept store prices. It defeats the purpose if you charge Dept store prices just because it has the name Ugg stuck on it and its a tad greedy because these were donations. I understand if youre selling a genuine Gucci coat, but for a regular old Micheal Kors puffer jacket where the MK has rubbed off and can be found at Ross for $10 more brand new and a pair of scuffed up suede Lucky Brand boots, just charge the price that you would anything else and move the merchandise please.

Prices were...high. there was not much to look at. I DID luck out and found a bookshelf I wanted from Target for $40 for only $10 (which I was shopping around for something similar).It felt kind of grimey, I wish the selection was larger, but it is a small place. I love thrift stores - but this def wasnt my favorite. I might give it another shot if Im nearby, but for my first visit I was underwhelmed.I would say definitely check it out if youre looking for cheap furniture, or cheap clothes.

Last week I donated furniture around the back and the young man and young lady were very helpful and wrote a receipt for me as well. However the lady at front was very rude, but the people in the back were very polite.

Not bad you can usually find some good things

I went to donate personal items, and ended up buying several items, including a nice Stein Mart shirt with the tags still attached, and a heavy duty storage bin that someone else just donated. Spent less than $20 for quality item--Store didnt have alot of baby items, but thrift stores are hit or miss. Clean and organized. I will shop there again.

Unloaded 5 boxes of books before the man stepped out and looked and said we cant take those kinds of books. Only looked in one box. Man was very rude in dealing with someone donating items. I wont be leaving items with them again.

Was welcomed as I arrived. Its been 3+ months since being able to venture into stores. I found what I was looking for right away, but of course came out with a few more items that I couldnt resist! It was very clean and easy to keep social distance. Happy it is open again! V.V

I go here all the time and generally have a good experience. Yesterday my daughter and I went and after we bought quite a few things we went home and realized we had forgotten a basket with a stuffed animal, a compass and a decorative plate on the counter when we had left. We realized it as soon as we were almost home, turned immediately around and went back. I live ONLY a mile and a half away. We got there and they had already put our JUST PURCHASED items back on the shelves for resale!!!! Not only did they do that, but the cashier was RUDE and talked back to me as I was going to go try and find MY items. All I had said to her was REALLY? I was so taken back by this I still forgot two of the things I had forgotten to take. I will make sure from now on to double check when I leave since they have such poor customer service.

Great customer service! Excellent employees, they are great helpers when you ask for ther advice on something. Also makes you feel love and always welcome..love this store

I’ve been to the East Little Creek store 3 times in the last 3 weeks. When I go to the register to check out the woman at the register continues to work on pricing stuff, acts like I’m no there and lets me stand at the register until she decides to quit and wait in me. This is rude.

Alot of used stuff...to raise money for chkd hospitals for children who need financial support...so go take a look around

People in this location is rude, I ask for help to carry a bed out they didn’t want to help they had an attitude the cashier was really bad she is not polite to people spending their money, I asked questions she don’t know anything, the white cashier why do people work when they only seem to work for the little money they make and is not kind to the community. I ask to speak to her boss she didn’t know who they were. I don’t think I would go there again prices too high

My favorite local thrift store. Great for anything but especially best for clothes, bathing suits, shoes, and electronics. Awesome ladies plus size selection. Be sure to round up your total and donate the change!

They sold me broken devices and they refused to take them back. poor service.

Pricey!!!!! I wanted to purchase old Christmas oranaments some were plastic and some were glass in a set. The set was $30. There is no way in hell I was paying $30 for second hand used items from a thrift store. I will never go back the staff is very friendly however but the prices will make you not want to return.

I like this place for its goal: to use its donations to help the local CHKD hospital. They never sell anything good but theyre always busy which is nice. The thing is, if a person brings a truckload of new baby supplies 1) you offer help if theyre struggling and 2) dont make a scene in front of your other customers because they brought something you cant sell, especially if youre not going to bother helping them reload it. Its almost as surreal as it is frustrating that the oldest employee is the one who doesnt understand that.That being said, I will probably donate again. This mean ol employee doesnt dissuade me from trying to help CHKD do all the good theyve done for their patients.

5/9 of the dvds i bought were empty cases >:(

One of my favorite places to visit. Most of my books came from there. Feels good knowing some of the proceeds go to help the kids.

Drastically in need of a larger mens section. Probably not their fault though. I gave it a three star because I always find really nice shirts, but thats it.

They opened less than a year ago after remodeling. They did a very nice job. New flooring, new racks, its is well lighted and clean. The merchandise is nicely organized.

Go here alot. Some staff is friendly some arent. But thats everywhere. Good selection if you look and new stuff everyday.

Not a huge selection but the prices are much lower than competitors in the area. I needed to borrow a tape measure for the piece of furniture I was looking at and they had one I hand for me to use. Everyone seemed nice to me and the checkout line was quick.

Always have what I need - nice plus size section, great furniture and electronics selection. Dont let the size of the place fool you! My go-to for 3 years.

Good fairly used items at affordable prices on sale. Almost half price on every items on sale every Tuesdays of the week!

The people are nice. Its just a matter of if they have what you ate looking for. Its a bigger store than the one at Fairfield or the one at Kempsville/Va Beach Blvd.

Always come here when I wanna spend some cash on clothing etc., they have nice stuff but you gotta sample.. And be careful cuz looks may be deceiving at times.. So, good luck on your shopping here.... Only problem, they got only two bathroom.., which means., you gotta wait in line if all two are occupied!!

This is a good place to find handbags, jewelry, and semi formal dresses. Lots of ineresting things to look at. Plus the money goes to a good cause.

Smells like someones basement. Stuff there looks a little more than lightly used. But if your in the market for making a zombie movie this is the place to go for the clothes and furnishings for your zombies and abandoned home sets.

I went there the other day looking at the book selection omg super over priced they have books for 10 dollars most where priced at 3 to 4 dollars let’s not forget these are free donations chkd this is a real pic of a book at chkd for 39.98 they should be ashamed.

Got there at 8:50pm and the rude short haired older female cashier denied us from going in. Inappropriate behavior for an older lady that probably just wanted to go home early. The sign says 9:00pm!

Always quality finds and a variety of things to look through. Prices are a bit higher but money goes to make a child well.

Left my IPAD in there today 4/21/17 while taken items back. Went back to inquiry about it and to my surprise no one seen it. It cannot be use I have a code on it. Very disappointed in how the issue was handle.

I stopped by because I had just picked up some food at the Wendys next door & saw the sign advertising 25% off for everyone on Tuesday. I looked at the mens clothing & it didnt impress me. The sizes were somewhat mixed up. I didnt check the womens clothing.
