There no stars if I could give them that. I have been trying for about a week to get a script for my baby. I still have no script after two visits. The first visit I stood in the long line and waited, just to be told that the script was not on site. I should have been called when they realized it then. No just walk to the drop off window to see what’s the problem. The associate just said it is not on site. Has to be mixed, so we have to order it. It is not covered by your insurance (Medicaid). Are you going to pay cash. Yes my child is sick. Told to come back in three days. Went back in 5. Still no script and we had to replay the whole first visit. Waiting in the line just to be told the same thing. The male associate and I got into a heated argument. He said someone was supposed to call me but didn’t. At least he emailed the doctor. We asked if he responded. He just said no. Was any one gonna contact me? I must really like waiting in the long lines there. He rolled his neck more than me. Like I inconvenienced him. My sick baby still has no script. Yes I will pay cash for it. Stay tuned for visit number three. It might have made it closer to the building. Or at least been mixed. Thank god this is not a life threatening situation.

Not saying they do not have my medications, but they do seem to LOVE to make you wait....I was in contact with my Neurologist, who told me they had called in my prescription, and to check with the pharmacy. So, I called Walmart, and was put on hold to wait for an associate, who proceeded to answer the phone, after a while waiting, and ask me if I would mind holding, to which I replied sure. Then I was again put on hold for what felt like 20 miutes or so before someone finally picked up. The person who picked up was not the same lady who put me on hold, it was a guy, and I got my answer.Putting people on extended holds is bad business, but I guess nobody ever told Walmart about this!!

They are helpful for the most part. You will experience a bit of a wait and slight confusion with your order being filled. But they will take care of you eventually. Be patient if you choose to use this pharmacy.

Worst Walmart Pharmacy Ive ever been too, extremely rude and lazy people arent even willing to make sure they have the correct insurance info after denying my script several times.. Come to find out it wasnt the insurance company,it was them! Getting them to actually look it up took several calls, meanwhile I have no medication and being told I need preauthorization for a generic script, this was medicine you cant stop taking abruptly my advice is go to another pharmacy.

I only go here because it is close to my job and since they take forever to fill my prescriptions I just pray that they were able to do it in my 9 hr work day smh. The staff is not knowledgeable at all and their attitudes are terrible.

The pharmacy is not always helpful and even the licensed pharmacist will quote store policy and tell you its the law. I hope the pharmacist is just confused and does not actually confused store policy with State or Federal Pharmacy laws. While this confusion may not be dangerous it can cost you over $300 for drug that retails for $35.Make sure if youre paying out of pocket they dont charge you per dose. If you dont have insurance or your insurance doesnt cover medically necessary supplements. There is no reason for you to pay per dose or be forced to go by insurance pricing structure. They tried to charge me almost $300 for a $35 bottle of injectable b12that exspired 3 months after opening. CLERK said I had over one years worth of doses in the bottle regardless of how the prescription was written. PHARMACIST told me pricing was done this way because of the federal laws. That is not true its done that way for the convenience of the insurance company and deceptive profit for Walmart if you dont catch it.The truth is if I want a multi-dose vial and my doctor feels I am capable of administering a weekly shot, Im allowed to do that.If my insurance company wants me to get single-dose vials and I pay a copay, that is their choice. Unless they do not cover vitamins supplements even when medically necessary.Legally there is no problem with me paying out of pocket for vitamin shots and paying a reasonable markup of the wholesale price for the bottle. The law does not require me to pay per possible dose!

Horrible, called in a prescription a few hours ago and when I got here to pick it up they told me it’d be at least 30 minutes. It’s a pre-packaged prescription that takes 2 minutes to grab off the shelf. They said they only fill pain medications and narcotics when they’re called in right away. Ridiculous.
