Cleaning people thinking they’re better than customers. Tackiest NEX I’ve ever been in. Customer service reviews that say it’s the worse are telling the truth

What can I say, its an NEX.

When I say I’m APPALLED at the customer service, or lack there of, I mean it. I’ve never shopped at this particular NEX but after this past experience I won’t be back. I went in to pick up a pair of Beats in the electronics section. While browsing, I couldn’t find the particular pair that I drove all the way from VA Beach for. When I inquired for help at the kiosk, they told me they were unable to help me and to go look for an employee. So, I found an employee who was seemingly walking around, not really “in the middle of doing something,” so I asked him kindly to help me. He said that he was unable to help me, and that I needed to wait in line and ask an employee at the register. Stood in line for 10 minutes, asked the male employee working, and not only was he super unhelpful, but he had an attitude with me. Again, I kindly asked him if they had a specific pair of headphones, without even letting me finish speak he said “no.” Didn’t call in for help, didn’t check the back, nothing. He acted as though I was inconveniencing him. When I told him I wouldn’t be purchasing the item, he did not even offer to put it back, instead I just said “I’m going to leave this here,” and quickly left. Went to Best Buy, got the pair I needed and received amazing customer service. Waste of time.

Great place for you and your squad to drop when looking for lots of loot. Found an epic bud light bottle there once. Inside what is known as the tilted towers of Norfolk. Great overall spot

Close to base access. Located right off the expressway. Nice customer service staff. Clean and comfortable.
