Transphobic business. I am a 65 trans woman, and I walked out of the Old Navy store a week ago on Sunday to have the gentleman: running this store yell loudly at me Excuse me Sir, how tall are you?. I turned to him, he was grinning and repeated himself, excessively proud of his attempts to embarrass me in public.I would not recommend anyone go anywhere near this transphobic business

Super nice guy, very reasonably priced and super fast. My daughters screen on her iPhone started lifting on the corner about a month ago and today half of the screen went black and she couldnt get her phone unlocked anymore. So we took her phone in at 6:30 (an hour and a half before they closed) the man was super nice and said I can fix that no problem. Ill call you in about an hour. And in less than an hour she was up and running! He also fixed my sons broken screen a few months ago and its still perfect!! I highly recommend STM!!! THANK YOU!!!

The best place to get your phone fixed I had bad water damage and my screen was completely black. I had an IPhone 11 it wasn’t that much to fix my phone . I highly recommend y’all to go here.

Took my iPad into get fixed. It took them forever to give me a quote so I left it and picked it up when they called and told me the price. I took my iPad there ONLY cracked. When I got my iPad back it was not just cracked but it was also missing apart of the screen. It was NOT like that when I dropped it off. When I showed the worker of how it looked BEFORE I dropped it off and asked for a mangers number he tell me that I am messing with his job over something small and. I explained to him that when you take some in for a repair and decide it to go through with it, It should be given back in the SAME condition. Even at home my screen hadn’t fallen apart so I’m not sure how it gets in someone else hands and suddenly falls apart. After literally having to raise hell And act a way I never have to act in public, he called the owner/manager personal # (he had given me the store #@first). I explained to her I didn’t want anything for free (I explained that to him as well). She made it right.

Great customer service, the guy that works there installed my boyfriends screen protector and case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max even though the store was 3 minutes away from closing. Great guy.

They fixed my wifes Samsung S8 after the battery expanded from leaving it on the charger all the time. The battery expanded pushing the back cover loose. STM ordered a new battery & now its good as new at a lot less than a new phone.Thanks STM!

I went in to have my iPhone 7s Plus repaired, due to a cracked screen. It took less than 30 minutes for the repair, plus my screen looks brighter and more clear than it ever has! Also, the price was cheaper than all the other repair places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for phone repairs or accessories.

Took phone in for screen replacement today. Said it would take 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later left with replacement screen at reasonable price but home button no longer works. Spend the extra money and go to Best Buy or Apple store.Reply to owner: Thanks for your reply but live 6 hours away and leaving today. The tech that worked on the phone seemed to have little idea about what he was doing. He made numerous phone calls to other people apparently to see what was wrong.

I had some internal software problem in my iPhone.. Went to a lot of stores but no one was able to fix it. I spoke to a very good man. He was extremely patient and understanding and put me in a great mood afterwards. His customer service was excellent. Within a real short time his technician was able to fix the problem completely. Now my iPhone is running perfect.

Have had them replace screens on iPhone 6s & 7. They are always great. I generally drop it off and pick it up later, so I’m not sure on how fast, but it’s always same day.

Took phone to have battery replaced and the back isn’t even attached to the phone. I provided the battery. Was told the back would be replaced with rose gold and it’s yellow gold. So I spent $50 to have an $8 battery replaced and the phone is inoperable. Instead of trying to remedy the problem the business is being very unprofessional and has blocked me.

I had a cracked display screen, I got cut a few times, I went to the store got my phone fixed. The price was very reasonable I was very impressed with the outcome. It didn’t take much time to fix and was happy with the result. It was quick.

Unfortunately, my phone was tremendously cracked and completely blacked out. It was to the point that I could not turn my extremely damaged phone on. At this point, I was losing hope as I thought it would never work again. When I took my phone here, I could not believe my eyes when the phone came out as good as new! This place has absolutely stupendous customer service. I can not express in words how thankful I am for them!

I went to fix my cracked screen and it was so glitchy once returned. I couldn’t unlock it, make phone calls, or open apps all of which I could do prior. 125$ down the drain.
