I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership! More specifically, with Dylan. I started working with Dylan from Japan, as I was preparing to fly back to Virginia. He sent me two great videos of the cars I was interested in and was very attentive and helpful throughout. I just made the purchase today, and I have 0 buyers remorse. I love the car. The dealership gives $20 oil changes, free yearly state inspections, and a 12 month warranty. I am very content.

I was driving on 64 Eastbound earlier today, in the far right lane next to a guard wall around the Witchduck exit. Until someone with 1 Stop Auto tags & a dealer plate attached underneath of it decided, for whatever reason, to just enter the lane I was in, causing me to swerve to the right and just let them over, of course. Then, I merged over to get around them, and I noticed in my rearview that they were doing the same! This car followed me throughout multiple lanes. Even when I hit the brakes on the middle of the highway, they followed route. I pulled over to the shoulder and called for state troopers. They decided to pull over as well, which is when I felt my safety was compromised. To the owner of the shop, whoever drives the Beige BMW X1 edition needs to get a grip on themselves before they cause an accident or end a life. Lets not forget they cut a semi truck off & I have the original incident on

When it comes to used cars I know what to look for. I am real careful when it comes to buying used cars over 75k mile. But here they take care of these vehicles as if they were their own no matter the mileage. Honest team and very helpful owner. Highly recommend, and if you stop by Willie is your guy. The whole team took care of me in about an hour or so with trade-in and purchase. Definitely is on my list of honorable dealers, and if you live in the Hampton Roads area you know they are hard to come by. Had a great experience buying my chrystler 300s and everything was so easy and quick couldnt of asked for a better experience.

I contacted this dealership yesterday (Saturday evening) to inquire about a van they had listed. They responded almost immediately but had told me they would be closed on Sunday, therefore, I would’ve had to wait until Monday to come take a look. The owner, Steve, reached out not too long after that saying he would probably be in the office on Sunday if we wanted to take a look. Long story short, we took him up on his generous offer and walked away with a fair priced minivan and completely satisfied with the customer service provided to us! I called twice before I came here. Once to ask if the car was a convertible and the second to go check it out and let them know I was in route.When I got there the car I was interested in was pulled up to the front doors and in extremely clean condition.Suddenly, a gentleman came out to introduce himself and I immediately thought to myself great, here goes the sales pitch and deal and you have to buy this car right now speech. However, I was very wrong. The man gave me an hour off the lot with the car to take to a mechanic to check it out. Everything checked out. I got to make my own decision without the pressure. Customer service was excellent and future assistance with traveling was very helpful.Anyway, I came back and before the end of the day, I bought the car, I was in and out with paperwork completed within 20 minutes.Its been a month and a half since I made my purchase and I could not be more pleased. It was a very nice relief and the customer service has remained great since. I definitely plan to buy another car here, especially as well taken care of classic car which I purchased.Thank you all so much.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience buying a car from I Stop Auto, especially as it was a long-distance transaction. I had been researching and locally test-driving the Civic Si for weeks already, and it was just a matter of finding the right car with good condition, reasonable mileage, and our hard-to-find color preference. This led us to cars well outside our local area, as the ninth generation Si is not on the market in large numbers.Ken handled things very well, answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed for a careful live video examination of the vehicle. He highlighted the (inevitable in a 7 year old car) minor flaws (tiny scratches, chips, etc), hiding nothing. Ken was super cooperative letting me find an independent local mechanic to check the car out and dropped the car off at their shop. All that, and 1 Stop’s one year drivetrain warranty, gave us the confidence to conclude a fair deal for the car sight unseen. Never before having bought a car without looking at it and driving it in person, this was a small leap of faith, but it was rewarded.I flew in a week later, they picked me up at the airport, and in less than an hour for the purchase paperwork (thanks to the efficient and friendly finance manager, Marc) with zero need to bat away the usual annoying attempts to upsell me. I drove the car home over the next two days and had plenty of time to put it through its paces and get to know it; everything was just as it had been represented. And to my surprise, the fuel and all the fluids had been topped up, and an oil change performed just before I picked the vehicle up which was reassuring before a long drive home!All of the 1 Stop staff were honest, friendly, and helpful. Coming to one stop i had already checked a couple car lots. After telling them about the car I seen online, it was a quick transition into test drive. The car was very clean inside and out. When I returned I noted a turn signal was out. They were fixing the turn signal before I even decided if I wanted it. After talking with charisma about pricing and and fees, I was able to talk them down a little and felt comfortablepaying that price. They handled the paperwork quickly and I was out that day with my new car. Whenever I decide to buy another vehicle I will definitely start with one stop auto. Also Steve was very friendly and congratulated me himself.

My son and I went to 1 stop auto to try and find his first car ever. Drive 2 1/2 hours to only find out I wasn’t getting a good offer on a Cargo van. It was listed for $10k and when it was all said and done they were selling it to me for almost twice the amount at $18k !! They have a $2k dealership fee which is unheard of & gave me a 22% interest rate! I went somewhere else and got 6% and only ended up paying $8k this place is starving for money and it shows. Please go elsewhere they’ll run you dry!!

My experience with One Stop Auto was excellent! Ken B helped me and he was great. I love that they can do the oil change there and if something happens to the vehicle they can fix on site. The staff is very helpful and they answer all of my questions. I wish that I give them more stars!

I bought a 2012 Kia Sedona minivan from 1 Stop Auto in October 2019. I bought the vehicle without testing driving it, which I wouldnt generally recommend, but I wanted THAT ONE.From start to finish, I found the process simple and straightforward and professional. The vehicle appeared to be in good condition and was very reasonably priced. All cars on the lot that are more than $6,000, come with a 12 month, 12K miles limited warranty. My minivan was less than $6,000, so I received a 1 month, 1K miles lubricated parts warranty.I found the minivan on Cargurus, and Robert Ochs replied within hours of me sending an email about it. Throughout, I found Robert to be responsive, honest and very communicative. When I was ready to drive off the lot, I noticed that one of the automatic sliding doors didnt work. Robert acknowledged my concern that the issue hadnt been disclosed, and had the owner of the business come talk to me. This minivan in particular, had already been reduced for a quick sale, so 1 Stop Auto wasnt willing to do any significant repairs. The owner (I think his name is Robert too) was very willing to find a compromise that worked for both of us.In the time Ive owned the van, Ive had 1 issue with it. Frequently I found that my gear shift would stick when I attempted to change gears. Initially, I was very concerned that the minivan had a transmission issue. I took the Sedona in and 1 Stop Auto discovered that a piece of the gear shift housing had broken off, and was blocking the free movement of the gear stick. Since they fixed the issue, my van has been problem free.I would purchase from 1 Stop Auto again, and have since recommended them to several people who are looking to buy an automobile. I would encourage anyone to ask for Robert Ochs, his no pressure, helpful, responsive and transparent way of dealing with me, made a difference. 1 Stop Auto is everything I think a used car dealership should be: affordable, trustworthy, great selection, salespeople that care.

A great selection of cars with a broad price range and plenty of choice. However, the best thing is the friendly service with zero pressure. We`ve been to a few places around Virginia Beach and 1 Stop Auto by far gives the best buying experience. Other garages have shown us trash vehicles, kept us waiting without explanation and been disinterested. This does not happen with Steve, Charisma and the other staff who were excellent from start to finish. We will definitely go back if we need another car.

Great place to buy a car. Bought a Honda Civic SI from them about 5 years ago and still runs strong. Have not had any major issues with the car minus the few regular maintenance things required as you put miles on the car. Highly recommend this place.

Costumer service was excellent. The employees friendly. I bought a used car and expected some flaws but I have found more since bringing the car home. Did not drive for a couple of days after bringing it home, later I found a crack in windshield, open the side door and the black plastic on the window came off. Before leaving the dealership I had notice a small rust spot, small breaks in front grill. I still purchased it thinking I could get it fixed later. Overall I had a good experience with the people and not so much with the product.

Ken was great. This location is the best place I’ve been to. Professional, nice, and great personality. I didn’t feel pressured and like another sale.

It’s a pleasant surprise when a used car dealer (who are typically known for being shady) was extremely honest, professional, fair, and not pushy at all. The deal actually didn’t end up happening due to things out of both of our control, but I still wanted to let people know that Eric is definitely someone you should request, he’s amazing. 9 years ago I bought the car I was looking for, in great shape, mechanically sound at 1 Stop Auto in Norfolk, VA. I enjoyed discounted oil changes and inspection for the life of my car and an honest shop that doesnt fix anything not broke and does good work. After 190,000 miles I was ready to upgrade and Steve, the shop owner, searched for the car I wanted with low miles and in great shape. Once again I have a great vehicle at a much better price than most places in town and trust it will take me far :). I would highly recommend this business to anyone .

I bought a Jeep Wrangler yesterday off Eric B who was very patient with me in communicating when I’d be able to come there to get it . I absolutely fell in love with the vehicle! Only thing that didn’t give it 5 stars was letting me drive off the lot on empty . I don’t have much experience with buying cars but I know that is ghetto . Staff friendly . Staff Focused on getting to know me & how id review them . Whole experience a bit pushy as well . The owner tried to charge me $875 for having a 2012 Kia for 25 days which they was trying to charge me all most $400 a month with a gps tracking system that was sold to me without then they wanted to install it. Things happen for a reason. I went to 05/29/2019 CARMAX in Virginia Beach same day. I drove off the lot in 2018 Mini Cooper S with 23k miles and no co-signer . My down payment of $1250, no trade and my credit score is the worst 424! Yup I said it. My car payment a month $311 dollars with an extra $50 added on for the extended warranty called max care which is great! Thanks to Jordan for the sell and CARMAX because they work with bad credit to Very Bad credit!. My advice to anyone that’s looking for a car. If you think you have credit issues try CARMAX. They have a Variety of cars that can fit your budget, any credit issues that you have or are going through will be accommodated. This is my buying experience.

I love everything about 1 Stop Auto. I have had my Town & Country for 5 weeks now. My salesman, Scott, was awesome! He was very honest, open and down to earth, no pressure at all. The owner, Steve, helped me get financed at an incredibly low interest rate ( I thought for sure I would only qualify for in-house financing ). 1 Stop provided a 30-day bumper to bumper warranty on my van. In that time, I had to get my headlight replaced and wanted the passenger lock replaced. They took care of both with no questions and gave me a loaner car while fixing the lock, even though it didnt take long! They seriously ease all the worries I had about financing a vehicle! I highly recommend them!!

Robert from 1 stop auto definitely was the best salesman ever he made the buying process super quick and easy and they do everything for you there to so all you have to do is get insurance on the car he answered all my questions and trust me there were a lot and he told me that if I had any problems after the buy to just call him and they would fix it for me he also checked up on me a few days later to see how the car i bought was working just to check in and see how everything was going and was I happy with the purchase would definitely recommend to anyone buying a car to go there

2006 - Hummer H3 (Blue). I showed up at closing time; however, Steve and Floyd still took the time to help me out. Steve even offered to take the H3 for a test ride. There was zero pressure from anyone to make a decision right away. I was reluctant to buy an older vehicle, but I love the look and feel of the discontinued H3. After Steve advised me about their dedication to keep the vehicle running with maintenance schedules and complimentary inspections at the same location, I was sold. It really is a one stop shop with a very friendly atmosphere. Steve and Floyd also helped me with a ride back to their business in order to pick up my new ride.
