Best North Face ever! Everyone is super helpful! I found exactly what I needed at great prices!

Great outlets...so many stores...loved this place and a lot to do for kids that dont want to be there..lol

Very helpful employees. We were greeted by at least three employees and they all offered to help us multiple times. I felt like they were genuinely being helpful opposed to overbearing or assuming anything else. I complimented them at checkout. I hope they continue with great customer service.

Staff was courteous and welcoming and the store was in immaculate shape. Items were nearly displayed and organized by size. Selection was somewhat limited especially when looking for larger sizes thus the 4 stars.

I visited this place to get myself a windbreaker and was debating with my husband on two choices. As we were unsure of which item to choose, one of the sales representatives assisted us by comparing and contrasting from the two choices and gave me an honest advice which I really appreciated.I bought the one which was recommended to me and I have been wearing only this since. I had the best time shopping here and will be recommending to many others.

This is a huge store with an incredible selection of outdoor gear, jackets, hoodies, etc. They even have a very large children’s selection as well. I have several North Face jackets and they are all high quality and very warm!

Says Face mask required. Mam walking around store with mask under chin. Manager wouldnt address. We didnt need to spend $200/$300 in a place where we didnt feel safe. We left. They lost a large sale.

Nice prices and cool stuff to buy

Great. They have been having really good deals lately. Was able to get some really good coats for my kids.

Store clerk was super helpful from the time I walked in. She was also knowledgeable about the items that she saw me looking at and offered to assist me with anything else that I may have needed.

North face is the place to shop, 2 tees for 30$ awesome, love this store, everyone is so nice.👍💞

Staff was really nice just didnt have a triclimate jacket in my size xxl lol I will return at a another time provided by the associate other than that it was great store was really clean and 3 to 4 employees asked me if I needed help so they were great in there!

All small sizes nothing for big guys

I did not expect to save as much as I did. I needed a thick waterproof jacket to go skiing in Snowshoe, WV and was able to snag a nice tri-climate jacket and a fleece, for a total of ~$220. If I would have paid MSRP I would have spent >$420. Fantastic experience.

My friend and I always loved walking the mall there especially in the summertime

Great staff! I found a jacket on a discount rack, and when I went to pay the discount wasn’t what I thought, but the staff was very willing and helpful to fulfill the discount for me that was on the rack I got it from! Definitely will come back when visiting again.

Nice store. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection and nice prices to match.If you are near Premier Outlet Mall check out North Face store and the many other shops.The mall has ample parking and a very good layout for shoppers convenience.

It really depends of what are you looking for. If you just want to buy casual stuff of North Face is a good place to find a great deal, but if you are a mountain lover dont expect to find any mountain gear as sleeping bags, tents, mountain boots or running shoes neither any good backpack. So good place but not for their mountain gear. However sometimes they have some single jacket or pant of summit series.

I wanted to leave a positive review for the Norfolk outlet employee Ciara! She was so sweet and took care of my boyfriend whose North Face jacket over time had some normal wear and tear, and needed to be fixed. She was understanding and hooked us up by sending the jacket to be fixed. Little does she know that we’d just dealt with Tommy Hilfiger and their poor customer service. Thank you Ciara, no small act of kindness goes unrecognized. I hope your manager sees this!

This place is good but its really just clothes. Dont expect to find any equipment other than backpacks you would use for school. The North Face outlet in Williamsburg had more. But the staff was friendly and the clothes seemed nice. They usually have really good deals on top of their already reduced outlet prices.

Two Days ago I was in North Face shopping for a hoodie to wear that night. As I was looking for my size, (which they didnt have many 2X) I was greeted by a smile that Ray Charles could see. Ciera made my whole experience worth while. She was kind, professional, very knowledgeable of of her store, but more than all she was very attentive to my nedds. I know its just a hoodie but talking to her felt like she was a friend who was helping me shop.i ended up buying two hoodie, and she didnt pressure me into buying anything. I will definitely go back to see her and Im sure she will still be the same bright star of the store.

Love their prices. We brought 4 jackets for our family and only paid $124 and some change. Thank ya Jesus!🛍💖

First time shopping here. I personally found the stores a bit pricey...but did get 2 nice handbags at Coach.

Bought a rain jacket for my son. It was reasonably priced and of good quality. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Blown away at how good the pricing is. Im from Australia and we pay 3.. sometimes 4 times the prices that are marked here. Great staff...very helpful and willing to assist with all sizes and colours even if they arent on the shelf. Very impressed and have been back several times. Great job guys!!

First time in that store. It wasnt crowded considering time of year. The cashier apologized due to no one helped me but that didnt bother me. One suggestion would be to hang signs to determine what section is men women kids. Otherwise nice experience.

This place has been open for a very long time. I think over twenty years. The staff is overly friendly and curtious. The food was good, definitely not the best sushi Ive ever had, but it was good. The owner/chef puts a lot of creativity into his food.What I didnt like is the ambiance of the place. When you walk in you smell incense burning, very wierd for a place that youre about to eat some raw fish. The place looked like it needed to be cleaned up and modernized by about 20 years or so.

Not much to choose from

This is an outlet store. The prices in the outlets should not be higher than Nordstroms or Dillards department stores. The department stores dont sell things at full msrp. But these outlets base their discounts on msrp. Not retail prices. So in the end going to the outlets does not save money. It in some cases cost more than a department store would have.
