Went shoe shopping for size 13.5-1 and didnt have sizes in store. I wish i wouldve gotten the cashier name (think she was manager) but she was so nice and helped me find the sizes online to ship to my door. Got 2 cute shoes and spun the wheel to get $4 off! Great place

Not only was the staff very quick to help, they were not pushy at all. Amongst all of the chaos every single one of the staff members managed to have a mask on which is saying something for the store itself. The manager was very quick to discount the pair of shoes that we purchased because the sale tag was still hanging. This was even after realizing that the sale sign should’ve been removed because it had already ended. That’s great customer service, and exactly why we will return to the store. This was our first visit and definitely not our last.

Today, July 22,2021 Your mgr was walking around the store stearing at me like a stalker. Then page another worker like we was stealing. I came in with a friend to find some Crocs for work. We decided to leave because he made use uncomfortable. We will spend our money else where. Stop assuming everyone steals!!!! You will lose your customers!

Be careful here... they sell used shoes at full price. When I pointed out they were used & the last in that size, they said they could take $5 off. So $40 for some used pumas. No thank you. Bad business.

Decent selection of shoes, prices are very good. Cashier was awesome and very helpful, no pushy associates walking around asking if you need anything every 5 min. Sales are excellent too.

Very good selection, bought my kid 3 pairs for her B-day. I found some super comfy Sketchers with memory foam for $65, I did not buy because I already spent a small fortune... Got home and went on Amazon and bought the exact pair for $41 with tax! If I hadnt tried them on there however, I would have ordered a half size too large because they run large so thanks Shoe Carnival, and Amazon

Inferior quality shoes.

I needed help. I asked a Hispanic woman for help that was not listening to an employee she was training near me. After she rudely dismissed me without helping me. I asked for a manager. She smirked and said she was the manager. I had to laugh at that. I felt sorry for the employees and other customers that will have to deal with her. I asked for her name. She said, Carmen. I went to cashier to check out, who informed me there were other shoes the color I was looking for, so the manager just didnt want to help me look. I said forget it. I will not go back to that store till CARMEN is GONE.

I went in to purchase a pair of composite toe work boots. I could not find composite toe work boots in my size. I went and asked a store employee if they had a section with more composite toe boots. I was told that composite toes only came in womens shoes. I then asked another employee and she called the department manager and was also told they only come in womens shoes. I told them mens work boots come in composite toes also. I pointed to the Skechers that were on the wall which were composite toe. They said not according to the department manager. I then walked out. I have bought my composite toe work boots from here in the past. I guess I have to go elsewhere from now on.

The cashiers are always friendly and make small talk with you whenever you come in. Floor staff is helpful and patient.

Rude staff making rude comments about the customers. They dont understand what customer service means. My friend had to flag someone down for help. A female employee was making personal calls on her cell phone while so-called straightening the shoe boxes near the back of the store. My friend witnessed another employee looking at social media on his cell phone instead of doing something productive for the store. This Shoe Carnival will be the next to close.

We each found a pair of shoes were not looking for. Haha. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We didnt find the size 16 for the nephew, their sizes only go to 14.
