No interest in trying to help. Guy acted like I came to the wrong place looking for help with my boat. 0 customer service skills. Had no interest in trying to help or answer any questions. Not sure how he is in business. Blown away. I was sincere and courteous when I went in and he wanted nothing more than to continue sweeping up his dust pile in his EMPTY SHOP. I was hoping for a good friendly Norfolk business and ended up with anything but that. Not sure how any of the reviews are positive unless they were just buying something off the shelf. Unbelievable!
