Our fist visit to the store. Our daughter and husband would not buy a mattress from anyone else so we decided to try it. We bought the mattress and I am ecstatic! Rick Bates at Wards Corner helped us and was so knowledgeable about everything. He answered all our questions and encouraged us to relax on the mattress to test it. I am very pleased. We also bought the low profile pillows they offer. Hubby could not adjust to the new one but I loved it the minute I head hit it! Just give them a try and I am sure you will be pleased.

Both of the sales persons we dealt with were personable, knowledgeable about the products and answered any questions we had. After consideration of the products we tested, we purchased the one which will best suit our needs. The company was able to customize the mattresses to a unique size to fit our specific requirements. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Garren and Rick are awesome. What i love is that they dont try to pressure you into buying a mattress. They will educate you on what they offer and what you are purchasing. If you looking for old school mattresses...the kind that you have to flip over then this is the place for you. They also sale the pillow top, tempurpedic beds. These beds arent cheap. But they do offer layaway. They work with you thats what i really appreciate.

HIGHLY recommended. This is the only mattress chain I trust. I recently got a new mattress from this location and my experience was perfect.Rick, the man working, was literally everything youd want in a salesperson. He was professional but still extremely friendly, personable, and transparent about the entire business.I needed the mattress within 3 days, so he went out of his way to call the chains other stores. He managed to find the exact model I wanted. It had been on display in another store, but was completely untouched. I got a discount because it had been sitting around unused, which made it the same price as the tier of mattress below it. They shipped it to their warehouse location in Virginia Beach and I was able to get it the next day.The product itself (the mattress) is SO comfortable, I absolutely love it. I sleep on my stomach a lot, which is bad for your lower back. However, Ive experienced no pain in my lower back after sleeping on this mattress.I definitely recommend getting the mattress cover too, its about $20-30. My dog started getting on the bed almost as soon as I got it in my room. Shes an older dog and one day she accidentally peed (like with a full bladder). I checked and my mattress was 100% dry, all I had to do was toss the cover in the wash.

We had purchased a mattress that we loved at this store a couple of years ago and went back to purchase the exact one again (hoping they hadn’t changed anything about the model we chose). We were in a big hurry and Rick looked us up in the system and processed our order with speed and friendliness! I will never buy a mattress anywhere else!

I was delighted with my experience at The Original Mattress Factory. The salesman knew his product thoroughly, was extremely courteous and helpful. Plus, the bed, itself, is a delightful sleeping experience.

Well so far I liked the no pressure approach. The products seem well made.

The OMF has the best products for the best prices. And store staff are much less intrusive.

Great environment, Mr. Rick was very informative. Went to browse altho ended up getting a great custom made mattress. Didnt have to put money upfront, nor finance it. Was able to put on layway (at no extra fees) chipped away at it for a few months. Now my sleep has improved 100%. Also if by chance i found another matress at another store and didnt want the one from here, i would receive 100% of the money i invested.IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
