My husband and I came in looking for reasonable prices! Mr. Micah helped us find everything in one sitting. I assumed Id be breaking my pockets but he was so knowledgeable and let us know straight up the deals, pros and cons and everything in between. Mr. Micah was the absolute best. Professional and attentive to our needs rather than just trying to make a dollar and we didnt feel like we were being taken advantage of. We had a great experience laying on all the mattresses and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained the difference between the manufacturers.

The mattress we tried in the store wasn’t the same as the one delivered. There was no label on the mattress delivered to prove it was the one we ordered. Contacted the store and they told us it still needed to be broken in which then pushed us outside the return window. In addition, the adjustable base we received stopped working after two months. The store pointed us to Home Design which we called, left a message, and got no response. Called customer service and they pointed us back to the store. We basically got the run around on all fronts. Will not buy from here again.

Mattress Firm has a nice welcoming staff. I arrived at the Hampton store 40 minutes before closing to purchase a Queen bed frame, but they did not have one in stock. The sales agent quickly picked up the phone and called a few of the other stores and found the item at the Norfolk location. I drove to the other location and arrived 20 minutes before closing. The sales agent was also nice and welcoming at the late hour. The Queen bed frame was laying against the wall waiting for me to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such good customer service at the end of my trying day.

I walked in with no idea what kind of mattress I wanted but I was welcomed by Damon and he helped made the process easier. I ended up choosing a mattress and I left feeling satisfied. The other associates were really pleasant as well but Damon was the one who approached me first. I’ll definitely recommend this store.

Not ONCE was I told how comfortable these new mattresses were. We got one for my stepfather when he moved in with us, but it relaxes him too much, right down to his bladder. I have a mess to clean up four nights a week. I suggest testing out the store model before buying one.

My experience yesterday with Antonio Alleyne was excellent. He was very friendly, kind and respectful. He was not pushy, which I appreciate, in my opinion that makes for a awesome sales person. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the person has a clear understanding of the trial period, and the return policy, we did not discuss that. I read it on my receipt. I did have prior knowledge of the trial date from the website.
