I got a king mattress about 1.5 years ago and absolutely love it. Money well spent and the customer service is great.

Had to make an appointment ahead of time. We were able to pick out what we needed. The people were very nice and very helpful. This is one of our shopping places and have always been happy with everything we have purchased from them. We are looking at getting a new bed and now all we have to do is find a new frame for the bed we are getting.

I ordered the Ticking Stripe Organic Cotton Reversible Matelasse Blanket online and it was delivered within a week. It is light but heavy at the same time. Absolutely in love with it. Yes, it was hard to spend what I did on one blanket, but you wont regret it! Hoping it will last many years.

I ordered the bed, bed frame, all new linens, and a wool comforter with the duvet cover. Its all so beautiful and feels great! Susan and Hans were easy to work with and kept me informed about the status of my order. Some of the bedding (the cotton knit blankets and bed covers) need to be laundered before putting them on your bed so read the instructions. This is by far the most solid and comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. The delivery crew was fast and got the very heavy mattress up a large flight of stairs. I will definitely buy more blankets, they are a perfect weight! This would be a 5-star review but the bed frame was not so simple to assemble. Now, the bed frame is made by another company and Im very satisfied with the quality but there were NO instructions. The paperwork included with the parts for the bed frame had a schematic which was helpful and the usual plastic baggie of screws. The paperwork directed us to a website for further instructions but there were NO instructions for the type of bed we ordered on the website. My advice is to FULLY assemble your bed frame well before your bed arrives.

This is my 3rd mattress, topper and cover from CozyPure. The service and kindness of the CozyPure team is consistently amazing and the quality of the products is simply outstanding. This is the most comfortable, luxurious back saving mattress I’ve ever slept on. It cools off a very hot sleeper and breathes so well. The first mattress and topper were in perfect condition after 5 years of use but were destroyed in a house flood, so they also have much better longevity than other mattresses I’ve used.

I just had my Cozy Pure Mattress and accessories delivered yesterday and I cant begin to say how happy I am! I was able to visit the show room and choose the firmness and mattress topper I wanted by testing each. I chose the medium firm with the comfy topper and it arrived on schedule with very helpful and friendly deliverymen who had to haul and remove everything from the third floor. The mattress and topper are awesome!!! I have been experiencing severe sciatica pain and only sleeping 2-3 hours per night last night I went to bed at 7 and slept 12 hours! Im certainly not saying the Cozy Pure Mattress has cured me but it certainly made for the first comfortable, supported nights sleep Ive had in a long time. I got the Hotel Package which included two pillows which are just what they say, soft yet supportive, a wool comforter, organic cotton sheets and a mattress cover. All are high quality and are sized to easily fit. One word of warning, if you havent smelled natural wool the comforter may be a surprise, it smells like natural wool, but I thought that was kind of cool. Anyhow, thank you to everyone at Cozy Pure I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

We ordered the soft mattress with a soft topper, something to the tune of $2,900 and it is so uncomfortable. Definitely not a soft plush mattress, we have back serious pain every morning. Cozy pure will not take the return or do anything to help us, despite the fact that we have let them know we are so unhappy repeatedly. They admitted that there is an inherent problem with their design. The base being too firm to work properly with a soft upper portion - but wont do anything to solve the issue.We ordered a 12 mattress, but it arrived at 10. We notified them immediately with photos, etc. but they made excuses. The 2 topper was 1-1/2 - ugh. After about a year, the mattress started sagging on my side (I only weigh 170lbs) and got worse over the next year, but again Cozy Pure wont stick by the product and wants us to ship it back to them to inspect even though we sent pictures and even video. What are we supposed to sleep on in the meantime?So beware of this company, they are simply not a customer service oriented company - basically, the customer is always wrong mentality. I really wish I could say nice things and gave them every opportunity to do the right thing.

I just received my king size La Noodle pillow with extra fill. Its a great and comfy pillow. Very squishy but also supportive. I love it. I am a mostly a side sleeper. Love my La Noodle pillow!!

I had such an amazing experience with CozyPure. When I visited, their showroom space was wonderful and everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Ive had back problems for quite some time and the switch to a CozyPure mattress and pillows has made such a significant difference in my quality of sleep and the pain levels that I am in the next morning. I have been a CozyPure customer for as long as I can remember. I love the company story. This is an American made product and while many of us talk about buying American made, not many actually do. With most American made products the cost may be a little higher but you have the peace of mind knowing that you are supporting a business right here in our back yard that is hiring local people. Oh, and the business is run by a woman who started it from scratch and grew it to where it is now. But that isnt the only reason to buy. The main reason is value for your dollar and whatever you buy from CozyPure is worth the value in comfort and health alone!The product is clean and refreshing. I own over a 1/2 dozen LaNoodle pillows and have also given many as gifts. Let me tell you, the gifts were extremely well received and I still hear stories about how much they love them. The pillows are so comfortable and will just surround your head making you feel like you are in your own spa. We also own 3 beds from CozyPure and let me tell you this, we have more people that want to spend the night at our house now more than ever. They tell us its because they do not want to drive home, but we know when they do not get out of bed until 10 the next morning that the real reason is the beds. They always come down in the morning and say the same thing. That was the best nights sleep Ive had since...well, since the last time we were here and we have a good laugh. For me, I cannot get enough of our CozyPure beds and pillows. The sheets are amazingly comfortable too.We go to sleep each night knowing that we have supported an American company and product made right here in the good ole USA. It is chemical free and lasts for a long time. One of our mattresses is over 10 yrs old and is still going strong. We do not even notice the quality of it being any less than it was when we purchased it 10 years ago.Thank you CozyPure for bringing something better to the world. Keep up the good work. DO NOT BUY HERE! This company has a good product but terrible customer service and company processes. After testing the mattresses in the store, we ordered one online (one side soft, the other firm). The management of the delivery process was a complicated disaster wherein CozyPure lacked simple communication with their delivery company. The mattress was finally delivered after haggling with their delivery company for two weeks. While we ordered a custom queen mattress with one side firm and the other soft, we received one that was completely medium. Apparently they transcribed the order incorrectly form the web order. We called and called and called and finally spoke to someone that promised to fix it. It sat in our bedroom unused (thanks goodness we still had our old mattress) for two weeks until they finally came to swap out each side with what we ordered.Unfortunately, the mattress still feels like were sleeping on the floor. Its awful. We called about their 30 Day Return Policy and were told that only applies if you dont sleep on it!!! Seriously? Who buys a mattress and doesnt test it by sleeping on it?! What a bunch of bull. Now we have a $2,000 mattress that hurts like hell. Im 5 months pregnant and my husband has back issues. What a waste of money.Go to ANY of the other mattress companies who do the right thing for their customers and let you try it at home and return within 30 days! CozyPure lacks concern for their clients, organization and basic customer communication skills.

Love love love my mattress! After doing a lot of research, trying different brands and stalking the internet, we finally decided on a cozy pure latex mattress. We got the California king size in medium and although firmer than anticipated, it is perfect! We bought the lanoodle pillows while waiting for our mattress to be made as well as a mattress protector. We soon continued to accessorize with the blankets, another pillow, cozy topper, and comforter. It is truly the best mattress we have ever owned!! Plus it is all organic and natural! Just love it! Miss my mattress when Im not at home. I will refer anyone I can your way!

So we now call our bed “the cloud” ⛅️. We purchased the cozy pure hotel collection queen size. Worth every penny! (Their best deal) We receive a great nice sleep. Lanoodle pillows are wonderful! Bedding is great quality and no trouble with washing it. We are saving up to purchase more pillows. Love the warrantees on bedding and mattress itself. I felt we had great customer service. We drove from Boson to VA just to visit CozyPure. Loved the education that is provided with an at store visit or on the phone. The quality of made in USA is what I hope other businesses strive for. For the total package of hotel collection I feel it is very fairly priced. For individual items I know the prices can be a bit on the higher side (quality is worth it), but please keep in mind they do have sales throughout the year. I will be purchasing my nursery items from cozy pure when the time comes. I trust their products and feel much safer and better sleeping in them myself. Their hotel collection sheet set to include lanoodle topper I kid you not is like sleeping in a cloud!Thank you cozy pure - thank you for a good experince and great product.(If visiting from out of town like ourselves, be sure to eat at the handsome biscuit and chow restaurant! The gentleman who answered my call was incredibly rude, and actually hung up on me abruptly in mid sentence. I was calling to inquire as to whether you would be having a Memorial Day sale. Ive been watching the site for several months and have seen the $1200 off marketing language on the landing page, but was holding out for a sale for the holiday. He was unable to have listen or have a conversation with me, so sadly, this company lost my business.

Horrible people. I have been looking to buy a mattress for months and have done my research. It was down to three companies and I waited til Memorial Day to see what the sales would be. I was about to spend over $8k on three mattresses with the company and am SO GLAD I called first - they did themselves a disservice-didnt take long for the companys true colors to come out.This is the type of company that marks their prices up ridiculously high so they can put the price lower and yell SALE!!!

At an attempt to hopefully find my bed frame I am posting a review of CozyPure. My experience with them started roughly 7 weeks ago. I was living in New Zealand but moving to New Mexico. I am pregnant and have two small children so I was trying very hard to align up bed deliveries with when we would be moving into our house. I called a few places to chat with them about that, but CozyPure made it clear I could expect anything and everything I ordered to arrive on May 3rd. Perfect I thought! We planned our move in dates around that date. May 3rd arrives and there is no sound or mention from CozyPure or anyone. I call the office and am told that when you order White Glove service (which we did) it is impossible to guarantee a date. Information I felt that could have been given to me when I order the beds 7 weeks ago. Or when we spoke again on the phone when there was an issue with my billing zip code. Not on the day I am expecting two beds to show up at my house. I was told that the beds would come sometime between the 3rd and the 10th. I called the next day to see if it was possible to get the contact info for the white glove people. I was told Susan will email it to you. 4 hours later still nothing, so I call back. I was told they had a heck of a morning. But provided the contact info with the comment Hope you have better luck. Ok. Found it very frustrating to contact them so often for a simple phone number. I want to also point out that they had the wrong phone number for me, it was off by a digit, but Susan swore up and down that once they fixed it, the delivery people had the right one. Ok. Well when I called STI the second party transport people, they had the wrong number. Also they informed me that the dates were the 8th-10th. Much different than the May 3rd date I was promised. Finally my beds make it to New Mexico but I still had not heard anything. STI gave me the local phone number and it turns out they had the wrong phone NUMBER and ADDRESS provided by CozyPure. Well no wonder they couldnt get it to me. The delivery drivers then brought the beds that evening, working into what I am sure is their personal time to right the wrongs that CozyPure had started. I am still waiting for my bed frame (that is apparently made an hour from my house) and no information has been given. I called Susan yesterday to ask about when it could possibly arrive and was told I would be called back. This is now over 24 hours later and have heard nothing. I feel like this whole experience has been very frustrating. What makes it worse is that all these things could have been avoided, had I A) been told that white glove takes longer and B) verified my number and address, I should have studied my invoice better and then I would have caught the mistakes, but with the international move and children I didnt have time. Would love to have my bed frame as the mattresses are very comfortable and I am pleased with the purchase. I just wish the getting them hadnt required 10 phone calls to 3 different places.
