I was told about this store from my daughter. Its not a bad place if you want two colors of hair. Too much brown and black. I gave salt and pepper hair and the variety is way low. Never can find a good grey and silver so I just buy small stuff. Wish they had more hair choices for people with natural silver hair. Staff is very 🙂 nice.

I just dont like these stores! Theyre just convenient. I go to these stores if someone is doing my hair and makes a request to pick up something. My visits are very very rare.

Had an experience in the store that showed A Mother is still MOTHER anywhere in the world....ElderMother(Clerk)had a young customer try to pass a counterfeit twenty💰(said she found it on the street) and the clerk said and Im not giving it back to you cause you just gonna try to pass it somewhere else... KUDOS!🙌 MotherClerk A lesson taught with such grace and compassion yet firm steadfast love. No cops called, no raising of voice, just a loving Mothers care. ⛩️🇨🇳

I wish I could give this store zero stars. The security man who works here is mad rude & doesnt care how he talk to people. He assumes that everyone comes to steal. On top of that the people who own this store lock the door 10 min before the hr & they do not let people in after this time & will allow the security man to put his hands on you if you walk in 10 min before the hr. Hope this helps.

The place is so unwelcoming and the guy that secures the place is not a pleasant person. Will not be spending my money there again.

Not my first time in the store, but definitely my last. I prefer to use reusable shopping bags instead of wasting plastic bags (not my first time doing that in this store, either). I had went to another store and purchased something before going into this store and put the item into my crossbody purse so that my shopping bag would be empty, so theres no confusion. I was purchasing a lot of items (braiding hair, in particular) and it was too much to carry, so I was putting it into my shopping bag to carry around the store to be emptied out and rebagged when I was ready to check out. The security guard accused me of stealing because my shopping bag is a personal bag when they had no carts or hand baskets available at the door to carry items. That man was one step from me filing a sexual harassment report, the way he reached into my purse asking what my item was that was purchased at another store, simply because of how my purse was positioned on my body and where he chose to reach his hands. It wasnt until after he accused me of stealing, did i get offered a hand basket to carry my items around the store. This purchase was not just for me and I still spent $50. When I choose to walk to certain stores, I carry shopping bags, I prepackaged them so I know what I can and cant carry and how I want the bags to be packed. I have no reason to steal. No policy was posted on their specific rules about defining a personal bag or not, but baskets need to be at the door! Plus, I didnt know I was stealing because I didnt even try to walk out the door with a bag full of items only from this store. Its not like I was stuffing things in my jacket, my pants, or my very small purse. The cashiers were very nice, thats the only reason this validates this 2-star rating, plus, I cant give 0 stars.

Very unprofessional owners with horrible customer service. One of the owners moved my sons stroller feet away from me without my consent and then argued with me after I told them it was inappropriate to touch my son or his stroller and move it feet away from me. I will never shop there again and will instead find a black owned hair store to support. They are in our community yet they have no respect and courtesy for the African Americans who make up the majority of their customers. Unacceptable!
