My brother ordered parts for me on July 21. I did not receive an email until July 24 requesting a VIN. then some other questions about why my brother was buying parts for me because the shipping and billing addresses were different. Kind of odd but, whatever. I got another email saying a part was out of stock on July 25. They refused to update shipping even though one of the parts was not going to be included. No reply until I filed a Paypal claim on August 3. I received an email within 12 hours stating my parts were in and ready to ship as long as i removed the claim. That isnt how it works. You ship the item and then the claim is removed. So instead of shipping my items two weeks after I ordered them they cancelled my order. They may be great at the dealership, but the online ordering site should be avoided.

I was impressed with the listing when you search for a part not only does it load your matching results it also shows you the diagram of the part but the entire assembly that is associated with each part numberedto correspond lower down with description Official part number how many are standardly used and almost all pertinent information for a Layman to understand. Ordering was simple and easy updates were always available will happily shop again and again and again and again as well as recommend to anyone I know.

Shuttle service was great, but our agent never met with us until pick-up where he asked for money that I didnt owe. Needless to say, the service was incomplete They really dropped the ball on this one.
