Went for car re-inspection when they opened on a Friday and they got me right in. John, who used to run this shop, was filling in for Tom for the week. It became quite busy but he handled everything and everyone well. He said that he was happy to help there and gave great customer service with friendliness and really good humor. John answered many questions for me about bringing in another car. He was very helpful and assuring. He didnt make me feel stupid or like a bother. No one wants to go in for auto repairs, but John made it the best experience that it could be. Very thankful and blessed!

I had a car with a dead battery at 4:45 in the afternoon. I checked around a few places, and they either wouldn’t take it or charged too much. When I called Accurate-Tune Plus, I was told they were too busy for the rest of the day, which is understandable. When I told him I’d have to get a jump to bring it in the next day, he told me to just bring it in and they would get it done. And they did! In very short time and at a great price! Thank you Tom and Walt (I think?) for helping a lady out on a summer afternoon, when you already had plenty to do! These guys are great!

I come here one a year just for oil changes but this time it was much more.. My Chrysler 300 getting old. Lol... They treated me kind and got me in a out within the time frame that was quoted. The also have warranties on the things they did to my car.

These guys did me right. This is legit the first time Ive ever done a review online for anything... These people deserve as much business as they can get. Got some new tires and State Inspection done way quicker and for WAY less than I would have payed if i took my truck to the STEALership. I super reccomend this place to anyone. 9.5 out of 10 stars

My Stepson Took his Nissan Xterra there, he is attending trade school 5 hours from home, his timing belt had broken, this shop replaced it and also said he needed a new distributor and crankshaft sensor. When finished he had a bad misfire, when he questioned them about it they told him it was likely due to a piston or valve issue from the broken belt and that he could probably drive it that way . So he DID go to them first. Not satisfied he took it to a local Nissan Dealer and found out that the timing belt was off by a tooth on one of the cylinder banks. Hes 20 years old and went himself to discuss a refund, he was essentially told to pound sand. As the son of two combat vets and the stepson of an Army vet, Honor, is part of his DNA and he admits it when he makes a mistake. we are not thru with this yet and hope Accurate Tune makes this right. Attached is the service invoice from Nissan.

My check engine light came on and then I made the biggest mistake to take it to this place. Before I took it, I was able to check the code myself and I got error code p0411. I didnt tell them because i wanted them to do an independent check. When i came to pick up my car, they told me they worked on code p0441. I thought maybe I made the mistake. Two days later the check engine light came back on. I checked the code again and got p0411. I took it back and the guy wasnt happy to see me and he told me to leave the car and theyll check it out. They just cleared the code and called me later to pick up my car. The next morning, the error code returned. Then I took the car back the next morning at 9am and he said theyre already full. In fact, he was not pleased to see me and he didnt hide it. I took it somewhere else and they immediately told me the error code was p0411 and fixed my car. My $245 just wasted.If youre so negligent to the point that you cant even get the error code right, its a big shame.

I have been coming here for years now, the manager has changed but still a good place to go. I have changed my oil in both my cars here lately. Not sure if they have a state inspector, they have been without before. 49 for synthetic and 39 high mile is not bad. Both times lately I got right in so got lucky.

The classic swindling auto mechanic is still alive and well at Accurate-Tune Plus. I went in for an oil change and told the man behind the counter that I didnt want synthetic and to use conventional oil. He disagreed saying that it would cause damage to my Nissan. I told him the owners manual allows for conventional and he became argumentative and dismissive and refused to do the work. He said, I already told you this yesterday which was not true since I only went in yesterday to check when he was available. Point is, this guy wont be in business long if he keeps trying to con people out of a few extra dollars. Go to Tire Choice down the street.

Can be friendly, only if you dont know what youre talking about. Wanted to charge my $80 to fix a loose upper control arm. It wasnt loose. Business license expired the end of last year (doesnt seem to have been renewed either) and their fire marshal inspections all expired August of 2018 (7 months ago as of writing). DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a chain auto shop that warranties there work.

Inspection. Went fast

Called them up at 8am on a Saturday after my alternator died the night before. Not only did they get my car towed in for a good, low price, but they were willing to use the brand new alternator I had bought the previous day. They kept me updated, had my car done in a few hours (on a Saturday!!) and were pleasant and happy people overall. Im from out of town visiting, but would absolutely use them again if I had a need to while in the area.

This place deserves no stars! Dont waste your time coming here. Go to a reputable mechanic that knows what theyre doing.

Had the rack and pinion done there and 5 months later both my front tires blew out within a week of each other. They did not do an alignment (cause there machine has been broke for years apparently) or suggest i get one. The manager blew me off and said tires wear aint no telling it was from there work.

Stood in the lobby a good 30 minutes before the guy came out of the back, chewing, no introduction just rudely said what do you want? I asked for an oil change and was about to ask his opinion on another problem Im having and he cut me off saying he wasnt taking anymore people today.. they close at 6 and I was there at 11 saying he was backed up, but minimal cars in the parking lot. 0/10 would not recommend

I needed a state inspection on my lunch break. I was able to get in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Thank you Tom for the awesome customer service.And Thank You to Tyler for the great service. I will be back soon for my brakes and new tires and will be recommending you as well.

What a ride!!!! I know people are in business to make money, but trying to take your money is different. Needed a dealership product (which is high already) but to hype it up even more, come on. Then charge you a arm and leg for a snap in place part ( I did in two minutes). It took me longer to get in the back seat then it did to put the part in. How can some people sleep at night. Im glad its over and never again. Be careful who you choose for service and help.

This shop is great and gave us a fair price on a major repair. They stood behind their work too. The manager there is Keith and he took care of us. I highly recommend this shop.

Some and my bestfriend were trying to get a tire for a car because we just had hit a pothole the guy told us to bring it over the told us to move the car because its in the way mind you the tire is busted so its not mobile at all just because I dont know his name Im going to describe his he was a tall white man with glasses and he said he didnt feel like dealing with attitudes we only did what he said to do he said I told yall to let the other place handle it and to keep yalls car over there so then we had had to ride back with the busted tire he was plain ride and ignorant so if your looking to get a tire replaced DO NOT GO HERE!

I talked to the owner about a problem I had with my car. I brought it in early for him to look at it. I got a call an hour later saying theres nothing wrong with my car took it to the next shop and they solve the problem. Owner does not appreciate when a customer knows their car and there is a problem. He is just there for the money. Take your business anywhere else!!!

I love Accurate Tune Plus. The owner is very friendly and cares about his customers and is not rude like most auto owners. I love their work, never had a problem. Their cheap, reliable and close by. I will be comming to their shop more now. They fixed a problem with my car thats been bothering me for two years now turns out it was something minor that all the other car places couldnt find.

Absolutely horrible shop. Do not trust them. I was in an accident, and it took them a week to repair some pretty simple suspension damage. My insurance auto adjuster made a mistake and shorted the shop $25, and the owner called me up extremely upset, demanding I pay him in the entirety that same day. Extremely rude and unprofessional, avoid like the plague. Also upon arriving to pick it up, he had pulled my vehicle back into his garage, and had one of his mechanics “working on it” after all the work had supposedly already been done. Very shady. Again, avoid this place.

They are complete Rip off scam artist! They told me I needed $1500 of work done to fix the death wobble in my Jeep. After going back and forth about it, it dropped to $600 to replace 8 control arms and 2 sway bars to fix the death wobble. The black mechanic wouldnt look me in my eyes to tell me what was really wrong with it. I knew instantly something was wrong. After talking to other people about it they told me to just change the steering stabilizer and to get my tires balanced. I CHANGED A $30 STEERING STABALIZER AND FIXED IT!! I will NEVER go back to that shop for anymore than an inspection. The guys makes commission off each job they do and they RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! Please dont go back there! They will take advantage of you!!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. I had the worst experience ever at this place. Let me begin by saying how unprofessional the staff was. While telling him what I needed to be done to my car he was also mopping the floor and answering the phones. When he finished with his personal phone call and begging for breakfast he asked if he could help me. I proceeded to tell him I needed and inspection and oil change and how long would it be. His reply was oh about two hours. So I agreeded and left my car at 8:30 am. I returned at 1:50 to the attended / cashier/ janitor sitting in my car taking yet another personal phone car. I ask how long would it be he stated another hour. When I asked why he replied because Im really low on staff and thats just the way it is. When asked how a coworkers car that had been dropped off hours after mines was completed he replied well that just how it goes today! He did not try to offer a solution. In fact thought it was funny. Who ever has this white head devil running your business, its a big mistake. He has poor customer service skills and needs to still to tire changes and oil changes! I will never go back for any type of service.

They where busy but time was spent on greetings answer and explanation. It was well worth my wait . Good people!

BEWARE OF SCAMS: Man tried to tell me one of my tires was different than the other resulting in $100 worth of work and my air pressure light wouldnt cut off without the work.Mind you I bought two of the same brand new back tires a few months earlier. All my tires were under the pressure limit, after filling them to the required pressure my air pressure light hasnt been on since. Also, always adds little additional charges I dont ask for without explanation.

Don’t even waste ur time. MF rude and don’t even listen to what you saying. I went there cause I needed brake pads and rotors and inspection. I ask him how much he told me one moment and then he took a guest home. Next thing I know they pull my car in inspection and fail it cause of the brake pads and rotor. I told em they was suppose to do it first and give me a price. So the price was to high. So now I have a failure sticker cause they didn’t listen to anything I ask for 🤬

Every time I send my wife to get the car fixed they charge her an outrageous price for the most simplest things. But whenever I go the price is really reasonable. Just dont send your wife because they will work her over!

This place is great. They were very busy, quoted me a two hour wait and within two hours they completed a break change and oil change. The customer service was great, and they offered great advice.

I had just had my car worked on next door and as I was pulling out of the lot I heard a very loud sound in my wheel well. Terrified that something was seriously wrong, I immediately pull into this lot to investigate the problem. I was not going to be on the road with a car that could potentially harm myself or others. After a brief inspection, I find that the problem is minor and is drivable. The owner (older Caucasian gentleman with white hair) comes up to me and tells me I need to get my car off his lot. I explain to him that I am not staying, I just needed to make sure that my wheel was secure and that I wasnt going to blow a tire. A kind employee that had immediately come up to me to see if I needed anything was offering advice/options. As he was doing this, the owner jumped out from his office and started yelling at me from ACROSS THE LOT for me to get off his property. I was not blocking any traffic from coming in (there were no customers) and wasnt there more than a few mins. Rude and unprofessional behaviour from anyone, let alone someone who is attempting to run a business.

I have had my cars serviced at Accurate Tune Plus for five years. I am a single woman. I have always been treated with respect. I have always recieved a fair price and the work has been completed in a timely manner. No surprises. Honest work for an honest price. I have referred several people to this location. First let me say that I hate being talked down to like Im stupid. Im an intelligent woman and ask to be treated the same way you treat the other woman differently. My money spends the same way. I will NEVER come back here for multiple reasons. The gentleman sitting next to me states he has been here 3 times in a short period of time for his ac. NEVER again nor will I recommend this location.

I went in for an inspection and ended up with a laundry list of repairs that they ‘wanted me to know about, because they are serious’. Only two repairs prevented me from getting an inspection, a nail in my rear tire and a fog lamp was out. So I asked for a rejection sticker with the intention of going home and fixing these minor issues for much less than the quote. I was pressured heavily to get the repairs done but I resisted. At home, I found a nail in the opposite tire and not the one that they said so I called and questioned the inspection. Apparently this upset the man very much. So after fixing a loose fuse that was causing the fog light issue, I went back and asked for a reinspection. The man at the counter was nice enough at first but he continued to confuse himself and the mechanic by insisting that I needed to have the tire fixed. I continued to insist that there is no nail in it. Then he begins yelling at me and telling me he’s tired of my sh**. He yells at the mechanic in the bay to take the fu**ing tire off and show the b*tch the nail. I stopped the mechanic from taking my tire off, asked him to spin it and show me the nail. Guess what? No nail. It took way more effort and verbal abuse than it ever should have just to get a state required inspection. Please for the love of all things good. Do not go here!

!!!...Do not go to this place for your car repair...!!!I do not believe this place give a honest price. They quoted me $35 to replace two small light bolts which freaking less than $5 at Autozone. I replaced those light bolts within 5 min. Second, they quoted $400 for the crack windshield and I took to the auto glass repair which just charged me $175.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I am reluctant to even give them one star. I went in with a coupon for $16.95 and they put additional oil in (without my consent) that did not need to be put in and told me that this time they would not charge me to take off the plate on the bottom. After checking with my husband he said you can change the oil without taking it off and no one else has ever charged us for it before. My $16.95 oil change ended up costing $28.00. Had I kown they would be so dishonest I would have paid to take it where I can trust the people working on my car. I guess there was a reason there were no other cars being worked on when I got there. I have never had an oil change done the second I walk in, usually there is a line and I have to wait. Now I will know better. Save your money and take your car some place where you can trust them.

I didnt like going to this location. I had went once before for my truck and when I went back for my second vehicle I had a bad experience. The service was bad and also didnt care for the inspector who worked on my vehicle. I will not be going back there.

This place is a rip off. They have a $16.95 coupon and then tack on a bunch of additional charges for an oil change. It is very deceptive and they will take advantage of you. Buyer beware.
