The delivery truck driver driving up the interstate with a blow-out, slinging rubber tire tread over other vehicles and scattering it in the road. Not very safe for motorcycle riders to follow guys like this!
I can not even express enough how poorly I feel I have been treated by this company. They do not seem to care at all about me or my products or my clients.Out of 200 sheets of drywall, 25 had exploded edges. Not damaged a little, completely exploded. It looked like a monkey drove the forklift that loaded them. Destroyed. Then when asked to deliver 30 more sheets, it took 3 days before i figured I better call and find out where the fill-in was because it had not been delivered yet. They told me it would be another 3 days. I immediately cancelled the order and called Home Depot. They are delivering THE NEXT DAY, FIRST OUT. and at a cheaper price per board.The delivery charge was explained to me as $2 per board to walk inside. Ok. So $400 to bring into the house. No big deal. Saves me time and my guys backs. On the 30 sheet fill in, it was another $200. So, all in all Im just dissatisfied with FBM. poor sales reps. Poor response from the dispatcher. Just a poor performance.I am not a multi million dollar company. But I guarantee that my $30,000/year in drywall material will not be spent with FBM. maybe they dont care because Im not spending enough. Maybe it was the luck of the draw. Idk. Hope anyone else has a better experience than I did. I feel like I was ripped off and not cared for as a customer.There is more that I could say, but Ill stop.
