First time we came here and the middle aged man was very nice, and gave ice cream at 12:am, but next time the staff (guy will long hair ) was rude but got ice cream and again we came because my daughter wanted to eat turtle ice cream after her dinner but we came at 10:10 pm but there was no one and the google site as well as door says open “24 hours “, if they can’t give 24 hours service then they should update the site…as well today again we came at 10 pm and the guy saw us coming but he closed the door and said rudely “restaurant is closed “, and we were not only one at that time there were other families too

Went tonight at 9:45pm, along with a long line of people in the drive-thru and although sign says Open, website says open 24 hours, no one was in store. The doors were locked and no one was serving drive-thru.Be aware that website, Google and building signs are not accurate.

I tried to go through the drive through after 11pm and no one was there. I had to go to quiktrip to buy ice cream instead 😞

Great flavors, clean and quick. Way better then the 40 min wait at Brusters.

Worst at night. Its say its open 24/7 but there is no one to take the order we honked many times then this cashier came to take order. For everything he said they are out. Worst location

The guy behind the counter had long stringy hair that had to have been a health code violation. After ordering and paying he said we dont have that. Ugh!

Says open 24 hours. Door says they close at 12am. Door was locked and employees cleaning store at 11:00 disappointing.

Waited in drive-thru for over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally had to beep the horn. Never apologized for not being upfront since he was the only one working.

They said they were open but it was closed when we got there. No one were there and the lights were open.

Drive through experience at night was bad. There are no sundaes other than brownie one. Attendant seems uninterested. Same experience two times I visited. Might prefer a different location than this in future.

Horrible and rude people! Apparently communicating by yelling is the only way they know. The two ladies besides the cashier were so rude!!! I’ve never experienced this before at other locations! Absolutely horrible they had so much attitude when o asked her to make my drink without ice. It’s not a big deal just don’t add ice other locations do it happily but for some reason these two ladies were so rude and were telling about it. They wouldn’t even replace the drink with the correct one which made no sense.

Ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was horrible. Only thing I tasted was Sour milk. Tried calling right after I left and no one would answer. Place was empty and now I understand why.

Not gonna lie, Im rarely satisfied with customer service and I dont give out 5 stars often. But I came in on the 31st of January at 9.30pm and shehzad (the guy who works there late) and his boss gave us the best service I have ever gotten from anyone. Thank you for being so nice, patient and friendly with us! we enjoyed coming in.

Reminded me of college when we would go for an ice cream and when we would get ice cream cakes for our children on birthdays. Jamocha almond fudge is still my favourite.

Ordered a cake for my childs birthday five days in advance and they called a few hours before it was supposed to be ready to say they dont carry the type of cake that I ordered. Cake was ordered in person and in their store and the incompetent staff couldnt be bothered to tell me then or call earlier. Absolutely TERRIBLE of them to do this for a childs birthday cake.

I dont have that good memories.and then the clerk was totally rude too. Seemed like he just moved to states and didn’t know how to communicate a word of proper English with disgusting Indian accent. World Class Chocolate Ice Cream is the Bomb!!!

Bad service, some of the employees have been a little weird lately in the way they act with customers being a little inappropriate. Slow service, ran by high teenagers.

Im a daily Dunkin iced coffee person. With that said, this has to be one of the worst Dunkin so far. Staff is nice, but they really dont know how to make an iced coffee. The flavor was very watered down and had no taste whatsoever. I like my coffee a particular way and they couldnt do it. After getting back to work with my flavored water milk (supposed iced coffee), I saw it said lite on my coffee cup. I have no clue what that means, but it definitely does not taste like Dunkin.

My family and I were waiting patiently for 50 MINUTES to receive service but the employee that was present left us waiting in the rain. He came to the window twice and saw us waiting to be served and drank his coffee and walked away. This happened on two separate occasions.

Very bad experience...some desi guy is there at night, he doesnt know what he is making. We got the order after 30 mins... Before us this guy had a quarrel with someone and he put all his anger on our order.... Worst service ever.

So arrogant employees we are standing outside of the store and he saw us standing out but the door was shut but he didnt even look at us nor gestured us to open the door while the store is open 24 hours...so disappointed and no hospitality :(

The guy that was working tonight needs to find a new job because obviously he doesnt like his job.

Says open 24hrs. I sat at the drive thru for half an hour before “Shehzeen” noticed. If he wasn’t on his phone and he was doing his job, maybe he would have noticed the line outside.
