My Consultant Candy DeLapp was great, she didnt rush me, she gave me great options, she was very professional and took her time to make sure that I picked the perfect piece of granite. Everyone was great, Chris, Jay and Pareesh. The guys that came to do the templates and the install were very professional and you could tell they knew that they were doing. Everyone was helpful and was with me every step of the way. The customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend AA Marble & Granite.

Beautiful professional job!I was needing a new kitchen sink to replace my 20+ year old damage sink. My husband suggested that we update the counters with granite. I googled granite tops Lilburn. I saw a link for AA Marble & Granite, LLC and clicked on it. The adventure begins. From the initial call to them, Philip was professional. He listened to our request and scheduled an in office personal 2-hour appointment, just for us, for the next business day! We arrived. He patiently explained the process and then allowed us to walk the office showroom & yard to browse all the different types of stones. The stones are all beautiful and so many from which to choose! No sales pressure whatsoever. They addressed all the questions and concerns we had. It wasnt until our second visit that we made a definite stone choice as we were anticipating on installing a farmhouse sink of which we opt out. This was my first time buying countertops and I did not realize it was such a detail-oriented endeavor. I appreciated AAs transparent approach and wealth of informational brochures + checklists. Exotic granite in particular appears much different in person than online; it was very useful to be able to see so many slabs at once. Patient and friendly customer service throughout the process and even communicated with my contractor. Would definitely recommend to others.

Responded quickly to my inquiry regarding my small kitchen. Made an appointment for the initial consult and got to pick out our stone the same day. Guys that measured and actually installed the countertops were extremely professional, so fast and did an excellent job. Lowes would have taken 4-6+ weeks to install, we completed the entire process with AA in 2.5 weeks. Absolutely recommend. Shout out to Philip, Jay and Alex for their help!

Many home projects require various levels of expertise, patience, initiative, and creativity. The working conditions are pretty bad. To the point that they would not even allow for their workers to talk amomgst themselves. Before ANYONE GETS HIRED THEYRE EXPECTED TO START LABOR WITHOUT HAVING ANY PAPERWORK FILLED OUT AND WITHOUT DISCUSSING ANY KIND OF PAYMENT! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR HOUSE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND ARE ALL ABOUT GREED AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES WHICH ARE THE ONES WORKING HARD TO GET THEM THEIR MONEY. Basically this is a SWEAT SHOP, they probably worklike that in Imdia but this is AMERICA and greedy people like that needs to be exposed. They might do an ok job delivering granite but they are TERRIBLE at how they treat their owm staff. TO THE POINT THEY HAVE NO STAFF BECAUSE OF IT AND I WOULD URGE ANYONE THAT SEEKS EMPLOYMENT TO STAY AWAY!

The contractor i hired to do my home rebuild was not being good to me and getting things done in a timely manor. So i went to AA Marble and Granite and asked them to do the counter tops. When i entered the building Candy was so attentive and helpful. She gave me lots of advice on how to work with my insurance and the contractor to speed things up and get things done just her opinion. It was very helpful. She helped me with the choices of the counter top style and color and the sink. Once i started working with Jay he was very helpful as well. He laid everything out and got us a quote put together. In the end there help was so good i was able to get the insurance to cover the cost of the re cutting of the Quartz to fit my counters properly. I love this company and highly recommend it to anyone who needs counters or cabinets or sinks. They are amazing. I cant forget to give the installers a shout out. They were on time and performed a great job and were very friendly. Also shout out to the owner who personally overlooks everything and is very friendly. Some background: We already had our old counters removed, had a specific undermount work station sink (inside railing system), and I am a bit indecisive for how much I actually wanted (debating rolling island etc)Set an appointment super cool staff helped me get set up, gave a great breakdown where I could see the breakdown of costs and the grouping price/sqft. Easy to calculate any potential additions.. Pricing seemed on par with msrp. But imo I really paid for the quality of service. Once I made my decision the ball was rolling and for someone who just wanted to get it done, the scheduling was superb with a great install team. I needed to make calls I was given all the space and time I needed. Instqll was quick and easy and payment was simple without any hidden fees.About the sink: we still wanted our workstation functional and they got the overhang cut PERFECT where we can still use the work station feature of our sink. I was ready to just make due with planking the cutting board but the owner went out of his way to make sure it was done where it wasnt necessary. A+

Excellent selection of granite and Outstanding customer service. Sales staff at the shop was courteous, respectful and informative. AA had a large selection of slabs in a variety of grades (A thru G, low price to high priced). They explained difference in the grades and reasons for pricing them. They also explained in great detail the process, tasks for the homeowner, and what to expect. This was also provided in reference documents via email. Very customer-centric company. The template maker was professional, knowledgeable and punctual (even early to arrive) Again, he explained the process in great detail. The slab layout was done thoughtfully, ensuring that the grain flowed in the same direction on every piece. They explained where and why the seems would be. On installation day, the same fellow who did the template, showed up early, completed the work perfectly, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up well after the counters where in. Overall, an excellent experience. I will note that AA does not subcontract any other services - such as plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc. However, I had an similarly excellent experience with the contractor they recommended.

We first met Candy Delapp and Jay at AA Marbel and Granite LLC 5 min before they were closing the store, she was generous with her time and explained the process to us. We met with her a few days later to pick our granite and the she made the whole process seamless! She walked us through the entire job and helped us decide on the leathered look and its absolutely perfect ! We have had so many compliments. The entire team at AA was fabulous ! We were our own contractor and they were fantastic helping us . The installation crew was fast and great as well. Very personable and informative.

I never gave a person a 2 star review. But in this case, I was not a happy customer. My husband and I decided to make a big decision to remodel and redo our kitchen for the first time. AA MARBLE & Granite was great at the beginning. Phillip was wonderful and very helpful. The day we decided to make a big purchase and install GRANITE inside our kitchen, I was never told granite can easily be stain with coffee. The second day I accidentally spell a small portion of coffee on my new granite. Probably 15 minutes I notice the stain, I freaked out and cleaned it. The PROBLEM was that the COFFEE stain did not come out. I was given a small chemical to use to get rid of the stain. I used that for about 2 week nothing. I was told to try different things to remove the stain nothing! This was just my second day that this all happen. I promise someone will come out after one month trying everything! I used bleach, hot steamer, the chemical thing that I was given, and still nothing. I was so sad and so frustrated that no one I mean no one came out like I was promised! I was told I would have a professional come out and take the stain out for free! Now that right I was happy. I waited and waited and waited for another month no one showed up. I spend over thousand dollars on a new granite top. Hear I am writing you this post because I need you to know that I was not promised what I was told, no one came to my house and help me remove the stain. SORRY AA MARBLE & GRANITE I was not a happy customer. I should of went with home depot and purchase Quartz. So be aware granite top stains very I mean very easily! I believe Quartz is way better and I was told there are easy to clean especially for people who like to cook a lot and forget to clean after themselves.

AA Marble & Granite were great to work with for my project. The communication and customer service were top notch at every stage. When I needed to reschedule a couple of times due to jury duty they were very flexible and when the install had to be postponed due to weather, they were accommodating in the reschedule.

When some issues popped up due to some of the other construction, their installer said not to worry about it and jumped in to make it all happen. Candy was an awesome salesperson. She assisted me with choosing beautiful granite for my kitchen. Mr.Jay was personable enough. I appreciated the reminder calls from Phillip. Amir and his partner were very efficient. Amir called before his arrival to let me know his ETA for both the template appointment and installation date. He also explained how to maintain the granite for years to come. The only negative is I was told to remove my stove and refridgerator prior to them coming to install. Mr.Jay explained because of the tight space they needed to be removed. I didnt have anyone to assist but I was able to get the stove out but not the fridge so I left it in its place. Day of installation the granite was installed perfectly with no mention of moving the fridge. Other than having to move the stove, the process was seamless for me and would do business with them again.

This is hands down the best experience I have had in doing home renovation projects. The process was very easy and they take the time to walk through every step. It was a good experience overall; however, I had to spend $525 on top of what they quoted me for the person (AA Marble & Granite recommended) who came to remove the sink and put it back after they finished. He also added a couple 2x4 studs to reinforce the wall support which I dont think was necessary. I talked to another handyman who came to do something else for me later and he said it shouldnt cost that much to do those things. So if you want to do business with AA Marble & Granite, be prepared for additional costs that may occur.

This company provided excellent service throughout my countertop replacement project. I worked mostly with Phillip and he was very knowledgeable. The entire team at this company seemed to be contentious and courteous. They paid close attention to detail, including their recommendations for others to assist me with tile work. AA Marble and Granite did a great job replacing a marble top of an antique buffet. They had great communication and even helped to entertain my toddlers while I was filling out paperwork!

When you buy your countertop you pay for the entire square footage including the cutouts. But they went above and beyond to get them back to me and even put a nice finish around the edges.4. I already knew which Granite and Marble we want to use. Admittedly I know virtually nothing about countertop materials but that should not matter! I was asking a few questions and then my two-year-old started fussing in the back ground. I asked the gentleman to repeat himself, which he did and then proceeded to ask me, “how many years of business do YOU have in the granite and marble business?”. I apologized and said could I call him back because my two-year-old needed my help and he hung up on me! His question was obnoxious and arrogant and hanging up on me was disrespectful and rude!!! I will never do business with them and share my experience with anyone who asks!

From the moment of walking through the door, all employees were very professional and courteous. We worked closely with Adam Crosby throughout the process. Keylor was the granite installer. He was always prompt (for layout and actual install). We have had nothing short of superb service from this company and without hesitation would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with AA Marble and Granite. Candy was very pleasant to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The template process was easy as was the installation. They were always on time and courteous. There was no part of the process we did not fully understand and there were no surprises...other than how BEAUTIFUL our counter tops are!

Things went smoothly from the initial visit to the install. Candy worked patiently with me as I changed my mind multiple times on the actual granite I wanted. After I had finalized my selection, I changed my mind again because I saw a granite at another showroom that I really liked. However, I had already built a relationship with Candy and wanted to see what they could offer. There was a brand new slab delivered that she thought would work great with my cabinets and fit in my budget. She was right! Thereafter, working with EVERYONE else went smoothly and quickly. I had my template done within two days of my selection, layouts done the following day. I could have had the granite installed two days later, but my schedule would not allow it. So everything was installed the following week. I am extremely satisfied with the work ethic and workmanship performed and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend AA Marble &. Granite. Our countertops look amazing and they were so accommodating on our timing due to delays with our contractor. Our phone calls and emails were always returned promptly and their communication about the install was amazing. We are very pleased with our countertops and will use them again for our next countertops or other marble and granite needs.

I was impressed with AA Marble & Granite as soon as I talked with the salesman on the phone, Adam Cosby. I was remodeling a house in Fayetteville, GA, and wanted to leave the counter tops until one of the last things. Adam was patient with me through this process. The first time I met with him in person, I knew this company was well-organized and really knew about the marble and granite business. Excellent quality and service. We are transplants from out of state with little knowledge of the Atlanta area. After completing our research, we narrowed the list of granite establishment to a handful, primarily based on quality and value. We quickly realized the importance of great customer service upon reading the reviews of certain establishments. From beginning to end, this experience was fantastic. Tracy, our sales associate (highly recommend), was very professional, patient, courteous, prompt, and most importantly, honest. She coordinated all the appointments around our flight schedule, and stayed late one evening to accommodate us. Paresh and Jay were excellent as well and very accommodating, it is clear customer service is of the utmost importance. The process is very straightforward and clear. You are presented a folder with an array of information when you request a quote. This folder has all the information you will need for the duration of the process. The template layers and installers are extremely prompt, detailed, and professional. Following the installation, I could not pinpoint one area of improvement with the granite. We highly recommend and are extremely pleased with A&A Marble and Granite.

We have them replaced our kitchen countertop and the master bathroom countertop recently. I loved their process and how efficiently and smoothly everything went. Everyone involved was very professional. You got to see exactly where the countertop would cover when they did the template. Then you got to see exactly what the countertop would look like during layout before they cut the stones. Every step is well communicated that there was no doubt for me what the outcome would be other than excellence. I would use them again and recommend anyone needing countertops to check them out.

We worked with AA Marble and Granite three times over the last two years. They cut and installed granite for two kitchens and polished another piece of granite for a wine cabinet. Theyre very meticulous about their work, and offer a great selection of options. Well definitely be back again!

What a professional company! I called on a Monday to see if they carried Black Absolute granite and they did. I was in a rush as the remodel of a bar was on hold until I got the granite. I went to their store to look at granite, accepted the price. They came next day to measure and then the following day they installed! The granite had some intricate cut-ins to acommodate a wall in the center and they nailed it, perfect fit! Everyone did their job above and beyond. Recommend Andrew Associates very highly and will use them again as soon as my other cabinet is built

Great ExperienceWe have been very impressed with Paresh, John, Jay and the entire AA Marble & Granite staff. They guide you through the process of choosing the granite, measuring the template, and approving the final cuts. Very competitive pricing. All costs are fully disclosed up front and you approve every step. Jay and Paresh worked and reworked the template to give us the best cuts and only ONE seam! The installer was first class. He arrived on time and was very professional. We also used AA Marbles recommend sub-contractors for the plumbing and tile work. They were both outstanding in their work. All in all we are very happy. They clearly know what they are doing and do it quite well. They also did the granite for our parents kitchen and they are just as happy as we are. Highly recommend AA Marble & Granite.

Fantastic experience! They are meticulous about every detail and even prevented a design flaw my designer didnt even catch. That could have possibly broken the granite around my cook top. Im so happy with them, Im a repeat customer for work in my den. Completely recommended.
